This is the 3rd year we have hosted a multi-generational girls trip at this property. We like the privacy, quiet location since it is located on the North Shore and easy walking/hiking. We bring our meals with us and there is everything we need in the kitchen and more. Plenty of glasses, plates, bowls, etc. etc. The property is very clean and stocked with plush towels and toiletries in the shower. The game room is an added benefit and the jacuzzi is placed to fully enjoy the lake view and surroundings. It is the perfect setting for a perfect weekend!

We decided to rent a cabin for our family to spend time together after Christmas and this property was perfect for us! We had 12 adults, one 13 year old and one infant. The owners provide everything you need to stay and some! We truly enjoyed our time and will definitely be coming back. Communication with the owner was quick and easy! Great people and beautiful cabin.

Beautiful and well appointed house that feels like home. Incredible view of the lake and mountains. Very nice host that is very helpful. Plenty of electronics, outdoor furniture, kitchen equipment and games. We highly recommend this rental home and host.

The location is perfect. The thoughtfulness of the host and amenities in the home were some of the best I have enjoyed at a VRBO and we are regular tenants. Our coffee maker was broken, however, the Krups coffee machine was more than adequate and the host replaced the coffee maker anyway. The home had everything for a great family vacation including a built in baby gate at the top of the stairs to hem in our 2 year old. I highly recommend this property.

They thought of everything. We brought yard games but they had a bunch there. Endless fun on the lake, playing pool, playing games, enjoying the weather and ending the day in the hot tub. Every room stocked with tv and power cords for your phone. Great place to stay.

Location is superb. The view from the Fawnskin side of the lake is better than from Big Bear City and this home is situated perfectly. Very quiet neighborhood. Very easy trip to get around the lake. The host communicates very well. All the amenities are available and easy to use.

Awesome stay, definitely give this place a stay if you are looking for a great time in Big Bear!

This is second year we stayed at property and will probably make it an annual event. The view on the late is beautiful - we were a group of 8 and there is plenty of room for us to be together at the dining table or separate for reading or alone time. The kitchen is well stocked - we brought food for all our meals with plenty of dishes and a dish washer that works great. Property is very clean , upgraded towels and hot tub placed to enjoy the sunset. Close to North Shore hiking area. Highly recommend this property!

This house sits right on the lake and has all of the amenities you could hope for in a vacation rental. The host was very communicative, organized, and gave us all of the information we needed (and then some) to make our stay a 10 out of 10! Would definitely recommend this spot to friends and family! Our extended family had a wonderful time celebrating our mother's/grandmother's birthday! We would definitely stay at this home again. The owner is friendly and communication was great! The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked, and shopping was close enough for anything we needed. It was a great balance of relaxing with beautiful scenery, and fun game options for our older children.

The property was so beautiful, well kept and stocked with everything we could possibly need! The host was prompt with any questions I had and we can't wait to stay here again!

We spent a long weekend with 12 friends of my daughter who will be married in 3 weeks. The goal was lots of time together and we planned meals so we did not have to coordinate movement to restaurants, etc. This house could not have been more perfect. First of all, the view alone was relaxing and stunning and set the mood. The living space worked for games, puzzles and meals. Hot tub got a lots of use! So much to do we just grazed the surface and wish we had more time. The kitchen was well stocked, as described in the description. The property was very clean and everyone appreciated the plush towels and shower amenities. Easy access to walk along the lake or the Cougar Trail. We may just make this a recurrent trip - was enjoyed by all!

This location was perfect for all people in our party. The view was amazing! Could just walk out to the lake and go fishing or sit on the patio and enjoy the view.

This cabin is pretty awesome ! It has everything you can need for a great time. We enjoyed every single bit of it. Kitchen was fully stocked, coffee bar was a hit every morning. Boys loved the playroom, jacuzzi beautiful backyard area. The only thing I would say was not a negative but a little weird was the rooms downstairs from the living area and beds ... one of the rooms the beds are super high so don't plan on putting grandparents or little kids there and the other is just bunk beds, cant really have a couple there so really only one bedroom has a regular king bed, the other 2 are for like kids and teenagers. Other than that the place is amazing cant wait to return in the summer !!

We love this place and love Big Bear Lake. Such a beautiful property with all the bells and whistles for us to have a great time. Games, spa, kitchen, TVs, chargers for devices and dock for your boat right on the lake. Michael thought of everything to make sure guests are comfortable. Michael was very responsive with any questions we had while we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back next year.!

We enjoyed our stay on this beautiful lake front property. Was our second time there and are looking forward to going back some time.

We traveled to Big Bear Lake from Arizona for a family getaway. The house had everything we could have wanted - quiet area, well-stocked, plenty of activities, and epic views. We had a group ranging from age 1-60 and everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly! Perfect spot for groups and families.

House had everything we needed and more. Michael was communicative and helpful. We had two families with children stay in the main house and the grandparents enjoyed the casita. Beautiful lakeside retreat! My only suggestion would be to have the home cleaned more thoroughly in between guests. The floors were vacuumed, but the kids feet quickly became dirty on the first day, so mopping would be recommended.

Pros: -Gorgeous location -Excellent host communication and service -Accommodations impeccably stocked: spices, cooking utensils, trash bags, accoutrements, hidden lighters, towels, washer/dryer/detergent. -Beautiful home and guest house is lovely -good ceiling fan situation -awesome amenities -5/5 everything except cleanliness Cons: -cleanliness: unfortunately, this is the one reason that I did not give 5 stars. Cleaners need to better dust and clean of all furniture (yes, even under the kitchen mat), there were bugs inside the house despite strict keeping screens closed (hole in the screen possible etiology?) It should have been cleaner. Lots of dog hair from previous guests. Too dusty. -No air conditioning (which isn’t listed as an amenity, so fair enough). The house gets hot.

My family and I loved every minute of our stay. This house is really special. Not only is it right on the lake, but it is stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. Michael is also so responsive and an awesome host. We absolutely can’t wait to visit again!
