Apartment was clean and okay

There should be a more efficient processing of security deposit refund for foreign cards

It has great location and great staff! House was clean and it had modern vibes. I will definitely book here again in future.

The walls were somewhat thin and sometimes it is possible to hear loud sounds, and the water heater was kind of small so hot water is only enough for one person to shower in every hour.

everything about this property was amazing everything was clean and was the perfect sized apartment! parking was on the property and free so was really easy to go to and from the place! the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to situations i couldn’t have asked for better! I would 1000% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in reading in a home away from home :)

The flat is below ground level so the air flow was a bit of an issue some times.

The property was very clean and modern. facilities were great, there was even milk in the fridge and tea/coffee when we got there which was a lovely touch. Easy communication with the owners.

The central location, availability of parking which is difficult in Reading and the comfortable clean accommodation

Access into bathroom with toilet. due to restricted movement. Bathroom has low door way and 3 steep steps.

there was no tea towels found in the kitchen. The access to the drive has a steep drop, causing the car to scrape on the drop. A minor fault.

how warm it was

it was perfect!

This is a spacious, clean and well decorated modern property.

the only downside to this property was that I could hear every footstep above me. it was almost non stop not only was it hard to sleep but it also woke me up. I couldn’t tell if the person was stamping on the floor or if it’s just the floor above itself.

I recommend this apartment, very clean , comfortable, nice space , preferred this than a hotel room.
