Great trip and loved being so close to the beach. Enjoyed the pool also!

Location is fantastic. There is no AC there’s a portable AC so the bedrooms get extremely hot. The sheets are like sandpaper. The beds are hard. There are minimal cooking vessels are base issue with the communication with the property manager And the timeliness of concerns being addressed. The shower broke Friday. We let them know. They said they would have somebody out in the morning by 4 o’clock. No one had come out so we decided just to head up and go home since we had not been able to shower in 24 hours no accommodation or type of refund was offered. They said OK sorry for the inconvenience.

All the amenities of being at home. Unit had a portable AC if needed, but the cross breeze and ceiling fans were enough. Gated lot, quiet complex. Didn't use the pool because temps dropped a bit. Will definitely stay again.

We have stayed here before and it t is fabulous. Close to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood and has everything we need for our stay. Comfy beds Wi-Fi and nice furnishings. If you cook while you are there you will need to purchase everything except salt and pepper but we usually eat out or with family. Cafe Elysa is close by and has the best breakfast. We will definitely stay here again.

We came to run the Carlsbad marathon and this was the perfect place to hub out of. Walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, and shops. The VRBO was clean, quiet and safe. I’d stay again

Really enjoyed our stay, the location and amenities were great! It was within walking distance of the beach, with all the beach accessories provided, so it was an easy trip! The restaurants and shops within walking distance were great and we definitely plan on coming back!

Great little escape and so close to the beach. It was clean, modern, and had everything I needed. Check-in was a breeze. It was a quick stay, but will definitely comeback to explore this cute beach area.

Clean! Walkable distance to restaurants and the beach. Plenty of kitchenware with clean propane grills on the property. The pool was nice and luckily the complex never got too loud for our family during the night time. We will keep this in mind for our next Carlsbad trip.

Easy check in and really nice place to stay. Close to the beach and restaurants. Beds were really comfortable and the place was very clean. Nice to have some tea and coffee available. You will need to buy anything else you need for cooking except a few seasonings but that was not an issue for us. Likely due to Covid and wanting it to be really clean. Parking off street is a perk and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. We will look to stay there again during future visits. Owners/managers really responsive to any questions.

Consistent car traffic going over 35 mph, worst during day making it hard to keep windows open. But it is quiet at night. Location is within 2 blocks of ocean and the village. Worth the stay but just take road noise into consideration.

This property exceeded our expectations. We loved being able to walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was immaculate.

This property was all it claimed to be and more. Clean, well furnished and stocked. Convenient to everything beach. Quiet, safe. Pool was out of service for the weekend which was a bit disappointing to the grandkiddos, but the beautiful Pacific ocean was “open” all the time.

Excellent location to both beaches and restaurants. We all will be back to this location in 2023 again. Angel came to greet us, she was a great host while we were there.... Chairs, beach umbrella and boards were all there for our use and enjoyment. The pool was very clean and well maintained along with the surrounding landscaping. We had a excellent stay!

We have stayed at this property a couple of times and always love it! The proximity to the beach is perfect and we love that all of the beach toys, chairs, towels ect are provided. We also love having an outdoor patio with a big patio table- it’s really perfect! We will definitely be back!

Very clean, AC unit for living area, extremely well stocked kitchen, great communication with owner. On Sunday morning we went to use the shower and the pin that transitions it from bath to shower was broken. I contacted the owner and by the time we got back from the beach it was fixed...on a Sunday! Amazing experience...we will be back again.

My sisters and I had a great, relaxing time. We were able to park the car for the extended weekend and walk everywhere. To the beach, restaurants and shopping! Such a nice place that I'm bringing my husband with me next time.

Ideal location & well maintained
We had a very pleasant stay. The unit is only a block away from the beach. It is well furnished, very clean and well maintained. It is also walking distance from the Carlsbad Village which has quite a few restaurants and shops. Parking is also in a gated area at the property.

Perfect getaway
This was everything we needed it to be and so much more. Close to everything - beach, restaurants and shops. The property has two patios and a pool. We didn’t utilize it enough but will definitely be back.

Perfect Get Away Spot
We celebrated my sister's 25th birthday and this was the perfect spot for my family that came to visit. It had everything we needed and more! We loved the location! I can't recommend this cozy space enough! TV was perfect to watch the Super Bowl on too! Go Rams! :)

The property location and check in process was excellent. The unit is very clean and has everything from plenty of towels, lines and pillows to a well appointed kitchen. This gem is right by the village and a short walking distance to everything you need.

Nice property. Everything was clean and well appointed. Kitchen was large enough to cook dinner for Thanksgiving! Location is a very short walking distance to the beach in a quiet neighborhood.

Had a wonderful stay! Walkable to the beach and downtown. Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated. Host was excellent at communicating and answering all questions. Perfect VRBO for small family or friends trip!

Perfect location! Walking distance to everything! Beach is a short block from condo. This 2br/1bath is completely remodeled, modern, and stocked with EVERYTHING you need! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and even a wagon to carry it all provided! Pool was a plus! Private patio was awesome to eat and enjoy the sea breeze! Lily (property manager) was friendly and so helpful to work with answering any questions we had. HIGHLY recommend this place and we will definitely be back!

Great Get Away!
Such a great time had by all of us. So close to beach and town so our car parked in the parking lot the whole time. We were so relaxed and didn’t worry about anything. Our third time renting here and will definitely be back!!
