I couldn't be more pleased with our stay here. I actually thought the place was better in person than in pictures (which so often is the other way around). The view was spectacular. We would sit out on the deck and admire the beauty of Mary's Lake with the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains. I mean, wow! Elk and deer would come and feed in the large grassy area just off the back. The location was perfect! It was so close to everything Estes has to offer--Rocky Mountain National Park, the Arial Tram, The Stanley Hotel and so many great shops and restaurants!! The beds were super comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and bbq some of our meals there. They even had a basket with a bottle of a white wine from a local winery, chips, popcorn and cookies! After each day out exploring all of the beauty of the area we were so happy to come "home." I can't say enough great things about this place. We can't wait to come back someday! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay in this property at Estes Park. It was the perfect getaway for our family. We enjoyed many hikes in RMNP and came home to a cozy, comfortable and clean home. Our kids said it was the best cabin ever! We saw elk and deer in the evenings in the meadow. The cabin was stocked with everything we needed and more - plenty of kitchen supplies to cook at home if you want. Tom and Leah were responsive and easy to communicate with. Hoping we will be coming back to Estes Park for another vacation and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was an awesome location to get into RMNP, and after long days hiking, we so enjoyed the comfort of the home! We had a great stay for 5 nights. The views and location are very good, but we marked it down slightly due to the road noise from Marys Lake Road which was mainly during the day. Thanks Tom & Leah!

Stylish, clean and has the best views! Get place to unwind, enjoy the nature around off the back deck, and watch storms through the floor to ceiling windows! Comfortable beds and even with the two levels this place felt open. I have a special needs child and I felt safe with him going up and down the wide stairs safely. Close enough to town and Rocky National Park. Great communication and overall experience. Thanks for sharing your place. Made good memories with my boys here. I will keep this place in mind when I visit again.

I would get up in the mornings to watch the sunrise over the wonderful view out the living area windows, very comfortable in the recliners or sofa seating. Sitting on the porch and watching the hummingbirds zip by was special also. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking dinners. The video game machine took me back to my misspent youth playing Tempest and Asteriods. The location is perfect for the RMNP. Thanks!

Everything about it was perfect. Such nice touches with the welcome basket and starter supplies. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly neighbors. We will certainly be recommending this location to anyone traveling to Estes!

Our stay at the Kiowa VRBO townhouse was great. We had it for only 2 nights, as we were pretty limited for time. We had our daughter and husband and 2 young boys visiting us from Chicago and we wanted to show them one of our favorite spots in Colorado. The house was perfect and the location was great. The views from the decks were like you would see on a postcard. It had all the conveniences of home plus a wonderful view. The owners were so easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We hope to return to Estes for a longer visit and would definitely try to get this same house. P.S. Forgot to mention how clean everything was and comfortable the furnishings are. This is so important to us and definitely helped make our visit so pleasant.

This unit is spacious comfortable and cozy. Beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains and Mary’s Lake from the living room & Kitchen! The back deck has chairs and tables to sit outside. The kitchen was nicely stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our getaway at this beautiful, spacious, and clean property. This was an extremely comfortable home away from home! The property has a wonderful views and is located well to be away from crowds but very near town and RMNP. I cannot speak highly enough about the communication with the property’s host. We we’re arriving extremely late and Leah went above and beyond to make sure we would have a wonderful arrival and start to our vacation. We are looking forward to visiting again!

The pictures of this house doesnt do it justice. It is absolutely beautiful! It was so nice sitting on the couch and being able to look out at the mountains. Leah and toms hospitality showed that they cared about their guests. The house was very clean, it was easy to book, they worked with us when i had to cancel the first time and book a different stay. I recommend this house for anyones stay in estes park. Im hoping to be able tongo back and rent the same house!

Look no further......Absolutely everything about this property met or exceeded our expectations! Perfect location with a gorgeous view of the mountains and overlooking a meadow where we enjoyed observing elk and deer. Spacious, well furnished and immaculately clean. Very close to RMNP entrance, great restaurants and a market for grocery shopping. Without question would highly recommend, we hope to return for additional stays.

This was our second stay at Leah and Tom's condo. We love the location, just outside of town and it's proximity to hiking in the park. Our hosts have made the space very comfortable, and the views from the deck with our morning coffee were beautiful. The house is very clean and the kitchen has everything you might need. Would love to stay here again!

Short and sweet - this is the best VRBO our family has stayed in on a vacation. We stayed a full week while we visited RMNP. It’s 5-10 minutes from the entrance to the bear lake road. There are two bedrooms downstairs with a Jack and Jill bathroom, then a master suite upstairs. Leah and Tom have everything you could possibly need (or have forgotten) for your trip. Most of all, the home is exceptionally clean! Great quality sheets, towels, and very comfortable beds. We were blessed to have elk camping out in the backyard when we arrived. Also, neighbors in the next unit have an amazing little hummingbird feeder operation that makes for a tranquil morning coffee experience on the deck. Another plus that I loved about this home, there was not a checklist of outrageous things to complete before you leave. We didn’t have to strip the beds and start the wash! We simply left it as we found it. We will be back!

Great views from the condo and it was the cleanest place we have vacationed at. Highly reccomend.
