Very nice place we enjoyed our stay and Navarre was great. This is the first time we have been here usually go to Pensacola Beach. The condo was perfect for our needs and the condo property was very nice also. We will be returning.

What was great….Right on a beautiful beach. Close proximity to shopping, medical and recreation. What was not so great. Some of the furnishings were showing signs of wear. The range top did not heat well. Took 30 minutes to boil a pot of water. Not a great selection of cookwater but lots of older cookware. There were 2 elevators, but was was out of order a couple of times. Premium price for a condo that needs refreshing, update cookware and a coat of paint.

Overall, we had a fun time. We appreciated having three bedrooms and three bathrooms for seven women. We were near the elevator for an easy walk. The lounge chair on the patio was broken and the rest of the patio furniture looked weathered and old. The stove was very slow to boil water. The showers were good. It took us quite a while to figure out how to use the code on the door to get in and out. We succeeded on the last day for sure. That’s how it usually works.

We stayed with our 4 kids ages 9 to 16 and everyone enjoyed this trip very much. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Check-in was super easy. Keypad was convenient so didn't have to worry about keeping track of a key on the beach. Kitchen had everything's we needed plus more. Condo was clean but due for a deep clean of baseboards, corners, and wiping down of doors. Beds were comfortable. Beach was amazing! We enjoyed the snorkeling area which is approx 1 mile away and saw fish, sting-ray, and sea turtle snorkeling. Saw lots of turtles and dolphins on the pier. Found crabs on beach at night. Beach is very crowded during the day but starts to clear late afternoon. Ocean water was very clean. We were concerned that we may have to spend lots of time waiting on elevator since we were on 10th floor but that was never an issue. We have already considered booking a return stay.

This condo was beautiful and spacious; it’s probably my favorite of the many places we have stayed all over the Panhandle. Kitchen was well stocked and had extra nice touches like a large spice rack and a state of the art ice machine. I have stayed at the Beach Colony and it’s a very property with all the master bedrooms having garden tubs overlooking the ocean ( big selling point for me). There is not one negative thing I can say and I kind of hope that these reviews don’t lead to too many bookings because I will be back!

We wanted to take a family vacation and at the same time celebrate our daughter’s high school graduation with her choice of where she wanted to go to the beach. We choose Navarre. A beautiful and slower paced family oriented place. This condo is just like a home. We loved it and didn’t want to leave the beach or house. Breath taking views. Th home is beautiful.

Our family enjoyed our week here very much! This condo is so spacious and beautifully decorated. Comfy beds, linens and towels. Games available in the unit. Kitchen has all you will need. Balconies have lovely views of the beach, bridge and bay SO nice to have the ice maker and the extra large washer & dryer. This Beach Colony property is the perfect beach location - with a wonderful pool, pretty landscaping, and plenty of easy parking. There are two good restaurants, the longest pier in the Gulf, Navarre's Sea Turtle Conservation Center and a Marine Park where we enjoyed snorkeling -- all within walking distance! Owners were quickly responsive to all of our questions and very helpful in making this annual family vacation the BEST!

We enjoyed our stay. The view of the beach was beautiful and we loved the large balcony. The condo was clean and a great set up for our family with adult children and grandchildren. The kitchen had all the amenities we could have needed. We would recommend and consider returning for another family vacation here.

This is the perfect place to go for a relaxing family vacation!

This condo was very spacious, clean, & within driving distance to local restaurants & activities. The balcony is big with lots of chairs to enjoy the sight of the beautiful gulf. The kitchen is well stocked. It also has a separate ice maker which works great for taking a cooler of ice w/drinks to the beach. The beds are very comfortable. The pool is large, never crowded, & clean! I would highly recommend this condo.

I have been going with my family to Florida from Pensacola to Destin every summer for 20+ years. This is by far the best place we have stayed. The condo was clean and roomy, had plenty of towels, plenty of dishes, and was only a few steps to a Large pool and the beach. The overall atmosphere was very family oriented and the beaches were not overcrowded. We also enjoyed the beach umbrella and chairs that came with the condo. I hope to stay in this condo on future trips.

Great trip even with a couple of rainy days. The owners have games and puzzles there, which was nice. Kitchen is well stocked.

I’ve stayed in several condos in Navarre and Pensacola over the years and this was by far the nicest. So spacious and all the furniture was very nice and not the typical cheap stuff you usually see with rentals. We had a slight hiccup with check-in but they were very apologetic and went out of their way to make it up to us. I don’t know what kind of magic the cleaning service has but there was NO sand in the ENTIRE condo. And with only four units per floor there was never an issue with noisy foot traffic. We will for sure be making this our regular place for vacation

This was paradise on earth! Views from the ocean from every window! I couldn't have asked for more, it was amazing. We saw dolphins almost every morning. The beach is clean and beautiful. We will definitely be back.

The manager was wonderful and made the process every easy! We are a very short walk to the pier for fishing. Beach chair that come with the room are first come first serve. It was very spacious with all the amenities needed. The ice make was a game changer!!! Overall we would defiantly stay again! Best vacation we have had in a long time!
