Plenty of room for our family, lots of hot water even on the 4th level! Fully equipped kitchen so very easy to make meals, beautiful sunny front porch, so close to the beach and playground. We loved being there in November without large crowds and letting the kids run freely on the beach- beautiful home and both owners and property managers prompt and accommodating

Everything was just perfect at the beach house in Kennebunk! I would love to come back! Our family had a really special time. Everything was just as the photos portrayed. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone! The view was really magnificent too! Sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking!

Easy entry even in the evening. Instructions were great. Plenty of options to ensure appropriate house temperature. Spacious and beds were very comfortable. Great washer and dryers plural. Best view around. The chairs in the front yard make people envious for sure. Will be staying again.

The view was just stunning… we spent a lot of time in the front because the view was spectacular. We had a great ping pong tournament and really enjoyed sitting around and enjoying each other. The house was unique and comfortable. Shops were close by and offered great pieces.

Everything was perfect.This is the second time and we will be coming back next year.

We spent a long weekend for a family reunion and found the place to have absolutely everything we could want. The location is right on the water. The house has plenty of comfortable bedrooms, a lovely sun room porch facing the water and a cozy living room. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining room is ample on size for family gatherings. We highly recommend this place.

The house was absolutely amazing. It was so big and full of character. There were 7 of us who stayed there and there was more than enough room for us to spread out. The house is on the beach and the views were fantastic. The hosts were very helpful in providing us information about places to eat and means of transportation. That said, I would recommend renting a car. We were there in the off season and ubers and other ride-share services were spotty.

The owner(Olivia) was pleasant and easy to deal with. Amazing home with lots of space and unique features. Unfortunately we had to deal with a well below zero cold snap that came with some challenges. Overall I would still recommend this house.

From 3 to 66 years of age this Kennebunkport beach front house was absolutely beautiful for all ages to enjoy! The house is well appointed with everything a large multigenerational family needs to enjoy the beach during the winter! Games, views, locations to nearby restaurants and activities including ice skating made for fun family winter fun! Olivia the owner was so responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this home for a great family getaway any time of the year! Our grandkids want to go back to this home again next winter!! 😁

This charming and well appointed 100 years plus home had everything for our group of 8 (4 couples). Location? It’s right off a small beach in a very quiet neighborhood. Sound of waves will put you to sleep in no time. You wake up to the rising Sun on the horizon. Plenty of well furnished bedrooms and bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. It may not be a big cook’s kitchen but it was plenty for our group. Plenty of hang out spaces throughout the property to gather for coffee or small talk. There are lots of games, including a ping pong table, to keep you entertained. Olivia was great with quick replies and lots of good recommendations. We’d definitely consider returning next year during the summer!

Our extended family had a wonderful three-night double-whammy events celebration on the glorious Main seashore. The property is relaxed yet stately, delightful, even somewhat breathtaking, yet homey and warm. It speaks- within and despite the many trappings of modernity--of another era. We loved our stay!

This beautiful home exceeded our expectations. It was large enough to fit our entire family, clean, and the location was amazing. To wake up every morning to the sound of the ocean and having coffee on the porch was an absolute dream. The kitchen was well equipped and the butlers pantry was a great perk as well. Communication was exceptional with the owner and management company. We are already planning our next trip back and will be staying at this amazing home again!

I was very pleased to be able to rent a cottage that until recently had been in my family for over 100 years. I spent summers there with my family as a youngster and was happy to see the new decor but in other ways the same as I remembered. The view of the ocean , the beach right in front and sound of waves at night were wonderful

Olivia is a great host. Always very responsive to any questions. We very much liked the updates to the house. Looking forward to renting next year.

There are 4 children and 6 adults in our family . We enjoyed being close to the ocean and loved sitting on the porch. One of our adult sons fished from the rocks. and it was convenient to walk across the street to the beach with chairs and sand toys. Also, it was a beautiful neighborhood to walk or run.

Our family enjoyed an extended weekend stay with ocean views and plenty of room for kids to distance. The bedroom accommodations were perfect for extended family to gather and an extra refrigerator made meal planning easy. Some of the more adventurous members even took a "Polar plunge" for New Year's Day with the beach access right across the street.

We recently had a group of 12 family members to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday. Although it was December the place was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room, everyone had plenty of space. Long walks on the beach and close to town to enjoy Christmas Prelude activities. We come back, just wonderful!!

We had a group of 12 adults and we were all comfortably accommodated in our own beds. The property was everything the owners said it was and more! Great communication before during and after our stay. Beautiful unobstructed views is the wide open ocean and easy access to beaches. Would definitely stay again!

We have been visiting The Kennebunks for many years and know the area very well. It would be very hard to beat the beauty and convenience of this location. Best place we have ever stayed. Plenty of room for our eight adult party. Magnificent views from deck and sunroom. Wonderful dining room for family dinners.

Wonderful place to stay!

Our family (12 in total) enjoyed this first time Kennebunk vacation so much! The house is very spacious, with room to gather & for kids to play & with the 7 bedrooms , there was plenty of room for all to have their own personal space. There was more than enough linens , dishes, 2 refrigerators ( very helpful with a big crowd) & the most extraordinary view of the ocean! The beach across the street felt private & was fun for the kids searching for treasures in the tide pools or surfing the waves on their boogy boards! And other nearby beaches ( Mother’s & Gooches) were lovely too! The playground a couple minutes walk away at Mothers Beach was a great treat for the grandkids! There were a few minor issues which Olivia (owner) & Nathan ( property manager) addressed. Olivia was so helpful & responsive throughout our entire pre vacation period & made sure all was good once we arrived. Our family felt grateful & blessed for this wonderful vacation ! Thank you Olivia & Patrick (& Nathan)!

My family was thrilled with our stay in this grand & lovely 7br/6ba beach front home In Kennebunk. The location is amazing, right across the street from the beach and an easy drive into downtown Kennebunk. The 6 couples each had separate quarters that included well-lit, nicely furnished rooms and also could gather in the generous main level living room//kitchen/dining room /sunroom. The front porch with its ocean view was wonderful too. We enjoyed the antique furnishings and the modernized features of the house (good a/c, good WiFi, new washer/dryer, cook’s kitchen with everything needed, with linens & towels well stocked too). Our property manager was kind & responsive, available for questions quickly when needed. I’d highly recommend this house for a large family gathering and would gladly rent it again myself.
