Place was close to everything. House was fun and entertaining.

Perfect location for 12 of us to enjoy Broadway and an NFL game. The house was a great place to hang out together.

We enjoyed our stay at the Oasis. We spent three days/nights there and enjoyed each and every one. Location was good to get everywhere quickly via uber and could walk if wanted for close attractions. Comfortably slept our group and is very spacious/functional property. The host communicated well and was available if needed.

The murals on the walls were even more beautiful in person. Game room was a hit with my family. Very close to all the nightlife. My only negative part of our trip was the construction on the road next to the rental and the semi's. But overall a very nice place to stay.

Overall our stay was good for our group and occasion. The game room was a big hit and is where we hung out most of the time. The rooms were all nice, but for how many people the house is able to sleep, 2 bathrooms was a little tight, but we made it work. The kitchen was very small and not very convenient to cook in, but for most that may not be an issue. Julian, the property manager, was easy to get a hold of and brought us the things we needed in a timely manner. The house is not located in a great area and was not quite walking distance to Broadway as we had hoped due to the sketchy area, but we didn't have any issues getting an uber or lyft and the rides were fairly cheap since it was a close drive. Overall we had a great time and the house worked great for what we needed.

For starters, this rental is located right in an industrial area. If you want to venture to the downtown area often, this would be an ideal rental. We felt perfectly safe and actually like how private it felt. We walked to Nissan Stadium (10 minute walk) for the CMAFest concerts and either walked back or took a very short Uber ride to the house. The inside is very nice! It worked well for the 2 families we had in our group. Adults in the individual rooms, and kids in the bunk rooms. The rooms were very nice with comfortable beds and each room had a television. Bathrooms were great also. Kitchen had almost anything you could need. The rec room was a nice hang out area for everyone and had a lot of choices for things to do from the large tv, dart board, Shuffle Board (I think that’s what it’s called?), a pool table, and some games which we enjoyed! I appreciated that there was already toilet paper (with extra rolls) in each bathroom along with laundry detergent and dishwasher pods. Most rentals don’t necessarily provide you with that. The towels were really nice and plush! We had plenty of them too. The last thing I would like to add is how responsive the owner is! He was always reachable with any questions and also checked in to see how everything was and if we needed anything.

If you are searching for a fun place to stay in Nashville that is also centrally located then stop your search here!!! We took a girls trips to Nashville for a Concert and wanted something that was close to the strip but not "on" the strip (Uber from the property was definitely affordable). We had a group of 8, the rooms were very clean and spacious for those who shared a room, none of us felt overcrowded at all. The artwork throughout the home, matched with the lighting, makes for some amazing photos to capture your memories. We loved several things about the property, its exactly as pictured! The outdoor space seemed to be where we gravitated but we also enjoyed the game room and learning the fun game of shuffleboard- look up the game rules and just play... you'll thank me later. We absolutely LOVED the sound system theoughput the home too, download the app and BOOM, playing music in all the open spaces... even outside! The host of the property was so easy to work with from day 1 and communication was more than expected. You can tell they really care about their renters and want you to enjoy your time there. 5-stars all the way!!!

The host is very accommodating and responsive which makes you feel very comfortable during your trip. This was a very cool place to stay and the outdoor patio was a blast to play games and hang out with friends. Close to downtown as well which was an extra plus!

Plenty of space and great location

Stayed in a Sunday and Monday night while attending the Taylor Swift concert. Place was large and perfect for our group of seven. We had only seven but the extra living space was welcomed. We were able to take some unique group photos in the colorful hallway, walk to stadium, sit outside and park four cars with no parking fees. All in all, it was a win.

Location was perfect for our group. It was walking distance to downtown and far enough away where it was quiet. The garage/living room was stellar with great amenities.

This was perfect hosue for my family. The bedrooms were big and the game room was perfect for us all to get together.

We loved our stay at The Oasis. It was so easy to get comfortable & cozy. We enjoyed most of our time in the game room gathering & playing all the games it has to offer. Check in process was convenient. It was a short walk to Nissan stadium & a short uber ride to broadway. We would definitely stay again!

This experience is the best I’ve had for a stay away from home. That game room was everything it promised. The beds… super comfortable, TV’s in every room, game room couch also was so comfortable. James was great, he checked if after our first night, readily available for any issues but did not hover. If your coming to Nashville Stay here. I will definitely book again!

Great house in an area just far enough away from the action to get a sleep break before the next day of Nashville action. You are not likely going to get any noise complaints staying here and the house is party ready. In my opinion this was the perfect VRBO for the Nashville scene.

The house was in a unique location , but once inside you feel like you’re on a true vacation. Garage/entertainment room was super fun. Lots of activities! Just a quick 5 minute Uber from broadway and a 10-15 minute scooter ride. Property management was top notch with communication. Just wish the garage door opened up fully. My only flaw. Other than that, highly recommend

Perfect place for a bachelor party in Nashville.

The house was great. We were there for a bachelor party and had a blast. Pulling up to the place, we were skeptical given that it’s in an industrial area, however, this meant no additional houses around us for the group to bug. It’s a short Uber to Broadway, the game room is awesome, and the house is well kept. Thanks James!

Awesome house for my son’s bachelor trip! Space was awesome and centrally located to everything in Nashville! Enjoyed game room when we were briefly snowed in! Owner was very accommodating to our unusual flight situation! Thanks so much James! Wonderful time!

Property owner/host James was outstanding and has done an awesome job furnishing a cool space for large group getaways in a fun city to explore and enjoy. Staying in is always an option too with pool table, darts, pong, shuffle board in ample space entertainment area

This is a perfect place for a guy's weekend! The main room has a pool table, shuffle board, a large TV and Sonos speakers. The location is only a 5 minute Uber to Broadway. Very clean. I very much enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone. Thank you!

Location is great with easy access to downtown and Nissan stadium. The neighborhood is commercial but the house provides plenty of entertainment that makes up for the surrounding area.

House was exactly as listed. Perfect house for you and friends or family to get away and have a great time in Nashville. Will definitely be using them again!

Perfect house for a guys trip. Close to downtown, walking distance if you really need to. Quick uber to downtown and neighborhoods around downtown. Very nice house with great beds and top of the line t.v's and pool table. Would highly recommended this place.
