The house was perfect for our summer family vacation. The area was was safe and neighborhood quiet. The pool area was used almost everyday after our off property adventures. There is so much to see and do in the Lead area. Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, Bike trails, Hiking trails, waterfalls and swimming spots all within an hour or less drive. The house has plenty of room for gathering together for meals and also room for times to have ds

Lots of room for all with ample parking for all our vehicles and trailers with Rangers etc.! Nice neighborhood with beautiful scenery! Close to the highway and Lead!!! Great place to relax!!!

The cabin is quite beautiful, spacious and cozy.I do have 2 complaints: we were excited to use the hot tub when the children went to sleep. We removed the cover to find the hot tub had not been filled, there was a container of shock treatment on the deck. I contacted the after hours maintenance number but was not able to get ahold of anyone. I also emailed asking how to fill it, no reply all weekend. I then called Monday to see if we could get it filled so we could enjoy it on our last night at the cabin. I was told it would take several hours for it to be warm enough to use.Secondly, the propane tanks for the grill were not filled. The 1st one lasted for 1 meal, the 2nd one was completely empty. Called the office and was told someone would bring us another one later in the afternoon, we were mid breakfast, we had to scoop the 1/3 cooked potatoes, bacon and sausage off the griddle and finish everything inside.2 huge obstacles that were very disappointing.

Our family of six really enjoyed staying at the house. The kitchen was well stocked - even had dishes for the dog - and everything was very clean. We enjoyed using the hot tub and the kids played pool every chance they could. The house is in a nice location; very quick drive to Lead and Deadwood. We would stay again!

Great location for riding, visiting Deadwood and just relaxing... About an hour to Rushmore, Hill City and Keystone. Activities in Rapid are also about an hour. The house was very nice however there is NO GRILL only a griddle and we ran out of propane with one day to go. I had to cook for 12 people on my little portable grill that I just happened to bring along. Also, the air conditioner kept freezing up while being set on 70. The house got very warm and uncomfortable. We got lucky the temps didn't get too high.

The home was exactly how it was presented in the photos online. Clean and ready for us when we arrived. We enjoyed all three levels, and there was plenty of room for our group of 16. The location was great for our itinerary that included activities from Spearfish Canyon down to Custer State Park. My only request would be a window covering in the second story bathroom. There is not one there currently and would just make me feel more comfortable if there was.

House is very nice. Great location. Nice bedrooms and bathrooms. As soon as you walk into the house from the garage your punched in the nose with a wet dog smell. There was only four of us staying in the house for three nights. Walking around the house with socks on you will pick up lots of pet hair. Pet hair on the furniture and window sills also.

House was very clean. Lots of room for my family. We ran out of toilet paper and dishwasher tabs but management brought some over right away. The only negative is House description is not correct-says 4 car garage space but not accurate as owner has 2 areas filled with snowmobile/atv. Also bedroom description was not correct says 2 main floor bedrooms which we needed but only one on main floor (2 bedrooms with king is upstairs) and one only on main floor.

We had a great stay at this home! There were 3 families traveling together and we were able to all have comfortable accommodations, never ran out of hot water, and loved the location! We enjoyed having a nice clean hot tub to use, a garage to park our side by sides in, and a convenient location!

Very good cabin, although the location is a bit out of the way. The cabin was fairly well appointed - could use a couple lamps in the living room so that it’s not all or nothing for lighting in there. The room arrangement is perfect for families. Floors were a little dusty, but not too bad. Management was responsive and helpful throughout the rental process.

Snow'd Inn was an ideal vacation rental - we came with 6 kids and 8 adults - plenty of space/beds for everyone! The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook food at home, as we have a child we a food allergy and needed a kitchen. The outdoor space was very well utilized and we couldn't have asked for a better week in SD!

The location was great with quick access to Terry Peak. The layout of the cabin was perfect for our group with plenty of space to spread out. Our kids enjoyed outdoor swimming at the community building. The community building and the cabin were all very clean and well taken care of.
Only a few cons. There weren't any cookie sheets or other types of baking pans provided in the kitchen and more towels would have been nice too. We quickly went through the provided dishwasher detergent and laundry soap with our group.

This cabin was everything we were looking for. We had plenty of room for the 4 couples that went. We could all sit down in the living room together and eat at the table together which was something we were looking for. We found the checkin and checkout instructions easy to follow.

50th anniversary celebration for us. We had 13 people including 5 teenagers. Everyone enjoyed the experience. One kept saying, "how did you find this place, Grandma"? Loved the garage, hot tub, pool table and pool!! It was perfect for our crew! Location was ideal for side by side riding.

Overall great stay! Great location! We had 8 guests total and wasn’t enough towels to shower and use pool/hot tub without washing them so would recommend bringing swim towels. Also no baking sheets or pans so depending what you’re cooking you would need to bring them. Also it’s a Blackstone grill so a flat top grill not regular grates. We didn’t have any propane but called and they brought it within an hour. Beautiful property and pool was warm enough to swim in! Great stay overall.
