The decoration was great. The parking option awsome. And staff so nice and helpful. Really love the stay. The location was great, near cool places to hang out.

this pub has no lift so lots of stairs to get up to your room. But the lovely lads carried our bags up and back down the stairs so issue

The only thing I wish we'd had was a cooked breakfast but it's my own fault for not prebooking. Will do it the next time! The continental breakfast was amazing!

Our rooms were lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was continental style with delicious pastries and fresh coffee. We all felt relaxed and welcomed by all the staff throughout our stay. It was absolutely brilliant and we will definitely be back. We enjoyed the banter and the staff were really friendly.

There was nothing we didn't enjoy. Maybe a bathroom bin would have been useful.

Excellent location. Friendly staff and 12 pm checkout which was great.

There was a need to book the cooked breakfast at the property and this didn’t come across clearly when I booked - perhaps something can be done in description of property . Disappointed not to have hot breakfast the next morning

Friendly welcoming staff, modern comfortable clean rooms. Great atmosphere in the pub below. Good selection of beers, drinks and excellent food. Lovely place to stay in Glasgow.

I enjoyed staying at Babbity Bowsters. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's in a great location being centrally located. We travelled in and out of Glasgow by train and the hotel is only a short walk to the either of the main train stations (both Central and Queen Street). I found the room itself to be very quiet during the evening so no problem with noise for sleeping. The breakfast was good and, additionally, we had an enjoyable meal both evenings in the pub.

I've noted in some other reviews that the shower pressure is a bit weak. I'd have to agree with those comments but it wasn't too big of a deal for me.

Location quiet and not far from train station. I was on my bike with paniers and the staff kindly put my bike in a safe place and made it accessible early the next morning. I had to leave at 7am so I was given a substantial breakfast tray. One of the staff also filled up my flask with fresh coffee. All welcome as I had a 4.5hr train journey then a bike ride across London to catch another train for 2hrs.

I want to say that Babbity Bowsters has surpassed my expectations! WOW! What an amazing place. Everything about it was awesome. I really loved the shower room. It was state-of-the-art. Refreshments were also provided in the room in the form of beverages i.e. tea and coffee. I will definitely be staying there again.

The cereal just being in a massive bowl uncovered, think it was done to make the table aesthetically pleasing but could have done with it being in a plastic cereal container to ensure freshness

The room was great. Not sure why I didn't realise it was a pub- it was very busy on a Saturday night, but the room was quiet. Glad to have a fan in the room as it was quite warm. The staff were very friendly and helpful with luggage.

I didn't realise that there were a LOT of stairs and no elevator. Because of travelling alone with luggage I wouldn't normally stay at a place with no elevator. Thankfully, the staff were very helpful in carrying bags up and down stairs (but it's not great for them to have to do that either)

There is no elevator so climbing to the third floor at our age of 75 with bad knees was a problem for us. This should be mentioned on website.

An excellent overnight opportunity right in the centre of Glasgow. A few off-road parking spaces and we were lucky to get one. The combination of a characterful city pub (with a delicious bloody Mary!) offering food and lovely rooms upstairs is great. The room and shower room were cosy but nicely presented and very clean and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was nicely presented and perfect for us.

Very nicely renovated. Small room but perfectly appointed for a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely nice, very helpful. Surprisingly quiet even though the rooms are above the pub.

Great pub. Nice and busy, great food and drink. The place attracts people of all ages all of whom are good fun. Don’t miss the Wednesday lunchtime live music. Rooms are at the top so unaffected by noise from the bar.
