Could not have asked for a better vacation. The house was in a great location, clean and had easy acces and view of the beach! Home owners even xhecked on us halfeay through the week to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was just what we needed. When we walked in we saw the welcome basket and a spotless home. From the deck which we spent a lot of time we seen amazing sunsets and had a beautiful beach. Thank you Alex for checking on us during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. For those of you that love ice cream Hersheys Ice Cream shop was the best! Thank you Alex and Debbie for a beautiful experience!

It was a little colder this year than expected so it was a little disappointing not to get to enjoy the water. Loved the location and the fact that everywhere we went was within a 10 minute drive. Owners were great with any problem that we had.

It is a very nice place, all is clean and available. The owners are very friendly and available. Everything worked and we did not have any problem. We would like to come again. The beach is very nice.

Great location on a dead end street. Beach wasn’t overly crowded even with it being a holiday week and close to a public beach access. Great communication from owners. Loved all the recommendations and local advice from Alex.

The owner’s made you feel at home and they left snacks and a little note welcoming you when you got there! Checked on us to see if we needed anything during our stay. Location is perfect and the house is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Tons of room in the house and we just loved everything about it! Hated to go home- lol!

This beach house was awesome, had everything anyone could need, great decor, great little neighborhood and extremely clean. Will definately go back.

Love the property! Was so nice waking up to views of the emerald water. The house was perfect for us. Probably could have shared with another family even. The location is perfect for playing a baseball tournament at the new Publix sports park. About 10 minutes away. Close to restaurants, mini golf, etc. Can't imagine staying anywhere else at pcb.

We rented the house for two years in a row and we really enjoyed our stay each time. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The large deck is a nice bonus and just steps from the beach. Great communication with the owners.

Also, I really appreciated that this house had more than enough towels (both for showers and the beach) and had everything you needed in the kitchen. It was also very clean. Thanksgiving at the beach was wonderful. Best VRBO hosts! House was exactly as described. Very cozy accommodation. Kitchen had everything we needed. We felt at home and made great memories. The little things that matter: all the beach toys, chairs, and towels needed, clean grill, real toilet paper, welcome snacks, and access to the owners for questions about the area. So close to the beach - children could play while I watched from the back porch. Will stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here over her birthday and our anniversary. The house is great and in a perfect location! Just steps from the waterfront and a huge deck to enjoy the sunsets from or just to relax and enjoy the gulf waters and wildlife, we watched the dolphins playing, monarch butterflies migrating, dragonflies, a Bald Eagle even flew over the deck one day, and of course my wife’s favorites… the sandpipers. The beach was pretty empty this time of year which was really nice. The house is also located minutes from St. Andrews state park which is a great place to visit. Bottom line we had a great vacation and would highly recommend this property. Thanks Alex and Debbie for the personalized touches and great communication, we look forward to going back next year!

Excellant location! We had family with a two year old stay and it was really nice to be so close to the beach as the two year old was constantly coming and going. The house was very nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Alex was a great communicator and stocked a few items such as k-cups, snacks, soap, etc - enough to get us started which was very helpful. The back deck is huge and we made great use of it while there. It was a great vacation!

The property and owners were very just as listed. We will definitely be returning.

This place is amazing. Perfect for our family of 8 of all ages. It was as clean as could be and had everything we needed. The beach access was the best I have ever had. We will definitely try to return to this location in the future.
