This was the perfect property for my family for my daughter's wedding at the McCreery House. Comfortable rooms and a playground in the back yard for my granddaughter.

Wow!! This property had it all. We had 4 kids ages 1-10 and this house was their favorite part of the trip. My 6 year old told me he missed the house and backyard when we were traveling home! Traveling from out of state, I was able to carry one less bag full of toys. It had kids dinner plates, cups, cutlery as well as a booster chair and pack n play with a mattress and bedding. The beds were all comfortable too which was a huge plus; I’ve stayed in so many rentals with bad beds. We enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit and used the grill as well to cook dinner. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need. Centrally located, we walked into town for lunch and coffee and stumbled upon a cute farmers market / art fest in Loveland. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were pleasantly surprised with not just the rental, but Loveland overall. The rental served as a great base to rest and unwind in between hiking and travel ventures. We included some of the activity and restaurant suggestions from Mary’s Visitor binder into our trip! The area was peaceful, welcoming, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Mary for all the efforts that went into making your home a wonderful experience for guests, we hope to visit again in the years to come!

We had a good time thank you also one thing I would say needs fixed is all of your puzzles and games have missing pieces and some of the puzzles pieces were in the wrong boxes so that’s was ideal but other then that it was great thank you

Great price for space of the home!!

We enjoyed our stay in Loveland. The home had plenty of amenities, and communication with the host was easy. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay within walking distance of downtown Loveland.

The host has truly gone the extra mile to ensure that our family had everything needed while staying there. VERY family friendly! The backyard was extremely well maintained with plenty of activities of all ages to enjoy while sitting around the fire pit or grilling. The house is very well located, not far from downtown Loveland, Estes, or local restaurants. The cleanliness was impeccable, and several amenities were supplied. Truly beautiful house with unique charm. The host also had several indoor activities for kids (games, puzzles, toys, tv's). Our kids truly enjoyed staying there, and enjoyed the "reading bed" by the window. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms and closets were very spacious! We have family that live in Colorado, and I think we just found our new place to stay everytime we visit!! Mary was great to work with and very communicative with quick responses when needed. While there, I lost my wedding rings and was completely devastated. The next day she found them at the property and safely returned them to me! The whole trip, property, and host were absolutely amazing!!

This is a great little house in a residential neighborhood located in the center of Loveland. This was our second time staying here. We love how family and kid friendly the house is. The fenced in backyard and playground are a big hit with the kids. There are always extra toys both inside and out for the kids too. I was a bit disappointed on the cleanliness of the house during our 2nd visit. It is my understanding that there were some difficulties with their last cleaning company. I hope they secure a new cleaning company to help keep up with the deep cleaning going forward (kitchen and floors particularly). The owner is easy to contact and promptly responds to all communications. We would love to stay here again. Great location and kid friendly!

House is clean. All the rooms are large. Bedding is good. Bath towels are awesome. Kitchen and bathroom are well stocked. Kitchen was stocked with spices, coffee and every single utensil baking pan etc. you could want. Location of house is near a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping.

This is the second time staying at this property! Nice area and backyard. House is roomy and nice!

The kids had a blast playing in the backyard on days we stayed in. We were close to a grocery store and not too far from the mountains. Great visit!

This is set up great for a family. We loved it. 8 of us were comfortable there. Well stocked. Every comfort seen too

Our visit was extremely enjoyable! Communication with the owner was excellent, the house was clean, and the accommodations were beyond our expectations. There were lots of extras in the home, including cooking utensils and spices, kids toys, TVs in all the bedrooms, and outdoor amenities. Our children enjoyed the playground, and the adults enjoyed the fenced in backyard and patio. A great place to stay, close to family.

My husband and two young adult children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this bungalow. It was the perfect size for all of us. The kids had on and off online classes/work to take care of and the wifi was great for that. We could come and go to different lakes and hikes around the area including a couple trips to Fort Collins . The house itself had comfortable beds and a good shower. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The owner was very responsive and there was a binder with excellent information about the surrounding area. Would highly recommend!

Home was beautiful and very well stocked with extras you don’t always find with vacation rentals. The back yard was amazing for family time. Very clean and well maintained

We were looking for an easy get away from Denver. We specifically picked this place because of the playground in the backyard and walking distance to downtown Loveland for morning coffee. It was perfect. My daughter loved having a playground so close by. They have countless toys available; a doll, a few "tent" playhouses, playsets like kitchens. My daughter loved it, especially on the day it rained. It was an easy walk to Loveland for coffee or cupcakes, another city playground and library very short walk. House was perfect and comfortable. We enjoyed our time very much and recommend for anyone, especially if you have little kids.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Has a great backyard. Quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is supplied with everything you will need. We loved the architecture of this older house. Very nicely updated and well maintained. We would love to stay here again!

This house was perfect for our three night stay. It had everything we needed but was also beautifully decorated which made it so pleasant to be there. We could spread out or hang out together in the living/dining area. Back yard was great for the kids. Highly recommend!

We had a nice stay at this Loveland home. Very close to downtown area and shops. Quiet and safe street. Our group of five had plenty of space to spread out. We would use this house in the future for sure. Thank you :)
