We had a large family traveling together. The apartment was just the right size and had everything we needed.

Apt was nice and easy access. Close to downtown Nashville but far enough away from all the traffic. All the supplies you needed were there.

This was the perfect space for my friends and I!

The location is awesome. The place is smaller than it looks and the walls are thin. You will hear everything. All in all it was a good place.

Stayed at this property for 3 nights in October. We were visiting family nearby. Property is clean and has everything we needed. Nothing fancy just a clean, warm place to stay. Neighborhood is under construction.

Great stay

The house was small but it worked for us! I felt like the space wasn’t as clean as advertised but it still could have been worse. The location was okay but at times felt unsafe. Overall we had a good stay and the host was very nice and responsive!

Perfect for a weekend getaway. The location was easy to find and the room was clean. Would stay here again.

Construction next door was horrible!!!! Construction next-door was not disclosed until we could no longer cancel. I would not have rented unit if I have known. Very hard to sleep in with all the noise. Thankfully, they weren’t working on Sunday and I could get the rest I needed. The workers were walking all over the property, including the porch to get into our section of the house, running extension cords on our porch to their property. One construction worker was just hanging out on the stairs. He did smile when he looked in the window at us. I didn’t appreciate all the dust from their construction all over my new truck. Driveway was not wide enough for my truck. I had to pull up to the stairs of the front unit and it still felt like I was in the road when I unloaded. With the metal fence up, I felt unsafe having to back out in the streets. Only one hand towel in the bathroom for 6 people. Light bulb on porch was not working. Very scary coming back in the dark and not knowing the area. Light bulb flickering in bathroom. We were 2 bath towels short One dish towel but no dish rag to wash dishes with. Only one travel shampoo provided not enough for stay. Listing says shampoo provided. No kettle for my tea when listing states provides one. Patio furniture is very wobbly and couldn’t sit on it. I also wished the listing would state that it had four units in one building. Had to look close at the pictures after it was booked to figure it out.

The beds and couch is are very comfortable. The host went above and beyond helping our stay be one of the best in Nashville.

My family of 5, including 3 grown children, stayed in this comfortable apt. East Nashville was a nice area with fun restaurants and shopping near by. The apartment was well kept and had many amenities that made for an easier stay.

Great location and very clean property! The host had complimentary snacks and bottled water which was a nice touch. It did throw me off that the furniture does not match the photos. The living room furniture is very outdated (which doesn’t bother me but I did find it misleading). There is also construction next door which did get loud at times and there were nails in the driveway (obviously not the hosts fault but a heads up would’ve been nice- I was worried about running over a nail in the rental car). The construction starts right next to the side of their driveway and there was about a 2 foot dropoff if you were to go over. This made it difficult to get out of the car in the very narrow driveway.

Short Uber ride to Broadway! Place was very clean and as described. Efficient communication with host. Parking is a little tight but we were able to fit 3 cars in the driveway. Would stay again!

Location was excellent for those wanting to be close to Nashville hot spots, and the space was very nice.

Great spot close to downtown. Host was very responsive. Will fit 6 people comfortably but only 1 bathroom. We had a wonderful time.

Enjoyed staying here with my three friends. We each got a bed, the living room/kitchen were nice and the location is within walking distance to several great restaurants and a really short Uber to "downtown" East Nashville, as well as to downtown/crazy touristy Nashville. Would recommend!

Such a great experience in Nashville. Easy location to get to Broadway and The Gulch. Best to take an Uber which was <$20. Everything was perfect. The only suggestion I have is to get new mattresses as they were very uncomfortable and had body impressions in them. Would definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for our little group for a weekend. We loved it!

My family of four stayed here with another family of four for 2 nights. The space is very cozy — not much room to navigate/get ready/store our luggage — and if one person is awake, everyone is awake. The bedding and furniture were not as pictured (super outdated). But it was pretty clean and served it’s purpose. Would we stay again? Maybe. It was a little too small for our group. More suitable for a group of 4, not 8. But the neighborhood seemed safe and the price was fair. The host was also very communicative, but we also did not have any reason/issues that would cause us to reach out during our stay.

There were 4 of us ladies and the accommodations were excellent! Thank you for the complimentary water and snacks as well. It was very clean and comfortable for the 4 of us!

Nice location...fairly close to downtown...lots to do close by

It was a $10 Uber ride to downtown. We were in town for a two-day cheer competition so the Uber was very convenient for our group. We did that over paying for parking. House was nice, however, the couch is not what is pictured (its an outdated decor couch) but it served the purpose. We would rent again. Big plus is the gas station next door for easy walking to get drinks/snacks.

We stayed 3 nights and came to town to celebrate a 30th birthday. The location was great. We could usually get a $10 uber to downtown. The property was clean & well maintained. There also some good restaurants just down the street which was very convenient along with the gas station. Would recommend as an affordable alternative to staying downtown. We had 4 adults staying and it was perfect size for us.

We had a good stay. The location of the property was convenient to restaurants, groceries and Broadway. Parking was a bit of an issue. Other than that, we would recommend this property.
