We truly enjoyed our visit!! The house has everything you need. Our children and their spouses really like the bedroom each with a private bath. Plenty of places to hang out together, while still enjoying their privacy when they wanted.

We've been vacationing in the FL Keys for more than 40 years ~ this house had it all! We were very pleased with the kayaks, bikes, heated pool and hot tub plus numerous electronic games! THE MOST COMFORTABLE BEDS!! The pier was sensational for sitting around, enjoying the views and the amazing sunsets! Highly recommend!!

Everything was spectacular! The house is perfect for entertaining with family/friends. The owners made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and stress free. Already making plans for next year!!

This vacation home is everything! There are a lot of stairs but other than that everything was absolutely perfect. The home is at the end of the street so very quiet and private. Everything you need is there. Plenty of activities for everyone in the family. A perfectly place to dine outdoors or read a book. Would definitely stay again!

Only problem was not knowing that the home was on a dead end. Hard to maneuver boat. Would have not brought it down to home if we knew. We would have went straight to ramp.

Coco Plum on The Bay has thought of everything. Communication regarding check in was flawless. Darlene sent an email with two contact numbers and advised us to text when we were 1 hr from the home. We arrived to Marathon around 11 and the home was ready for us 2 hours early. *We were welcomed with a lovely note and key lime pie. The scrabble board even spelled out Welcome Family! *Each bedroom was equipped with bedside chargers, comfortable mattresses, extra pillows and blanket, & full size shampoo/conditioner. *The Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. *The living & dining rooms had plenty of seating for our whole group and a huge TV. Wifi had a strong signal throughout our stay which could handle several teenagers streaming data. *We enjoyed use of the kayaks, paddle-boards, & bikes during our stay. *The first level outdoor area had the most amazing breeze and plenty of table space to rig up all our fishing gear in the comfort of the shade. *Our 30' boat had plenty of dock space and we enjoyed fishing from it, cleaning all our days catch, and watching the numerous manatee's. *The home felt secluded and private.

Had and absolutely incredible vacation. This home rental has everything you need for a great stay. From the porches we enjoyed countless numbers of birds out by island along with some of the most beautiful sunsets. We kayaked and saw dolphins and manatee right off the dock in the channel. Caught and eat snapper right off dock. Great location and super quiet neighborhood. We would love to come back and stay again sometime. Would recommend this rental home to anyone. Awesome vacation. We loved staying at this house. It had everything we needed and more, and we loved all the outdoor amenities and games. We really enjoyed using the kayaks each day. So much to do at this house! But our favorite thing about the home was the amazing view of the sunset each night. We can’t wait to come back next year!

This vacation home has it all! Stayed for a week with 3 families and had a wonderful time. Beautiful views. The layout has a lot of stairs but provides everyone areas to gather yet have their own private space as well. Highly recommend.

Loved it, one of the best in Marathon.

This was the best vacation we have had, Darlene communicated with us and addressed a few minor problems immediately. I don't think it could have been any better. The property is amazing and the host was just as amazing!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here at Coco Plum on the Bay. The house was very clean, well stocked with bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and outdoor supplies. The house is also well stocked with things to do. The communication with the property manager was fantastic and very accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again!

We were 3 generations (all adults) staying over Christmas week. We had a different experience than most because the weather was very cold, so we were able to take advantage of the inside of the property - video game table, plentiful board games, and corn hole. The homeowner could not have been more responsive to questions and we did have one issue of the heat not working when we arrived (again, not a usual issue in FL) and somehow the homeowner was able to get a repairman out on Christmas to fix it. Once the weather warmed up we were able to enjoy the pool, pool towels, kayaks, fishing, ping pong table, and hot tub. Great stay for a multi-generational family. Fantastic location and amenities!

We chose Coco Plum after a recommendation from a friend. It is an amazing place. Eight adults and 2, five year olds. All amenities were used everyday! Bikes, paddle boards, basketball hoop, fishing poles were all pretty new. Loved the outdoor areas. We are all foodies and the kitchen is outfitted well. Loved our week here!

This property has everything you need and more for a perfect vacation. You probably wouldn’t have to leave to keep busy. Very clean and great communication with owner. The only drawback is all the steps.

We loved this house. We travelled from the UK in October half term and had wall to wall sunshine, 28 degrees. We used the kayaks and fished from the dock. The pool was a lovely temp without needing heating. Such a great house to have a fun holiday in. We ended up staying a bit longer because we had a slight mishap with our passports and the owners were so kind and helpful. Will definitely return one day!! Sombrero beach is gorgeous, particularly at sundown and we did several boat trips to fish and snorkel.

We enjoyed the home so much! It was fantastic for our group and family on our yearly 2 week trip!! So much for everyone to do! Darlene went so far above and ordered an appliance for the home that I planned on bringing because it would be a good addition to the house! So prompt in responses and every small detail including our name on scrabble, and the sweet treat in the fridge! Thank you again so much! So sad to leave !

The house was great! Every detail is thought of. The only thing I would recommend is putting a fridge outside on the ground floor, this would make this house more than perfect! We will definitely stay again!

Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful property! Everything was as advertised meeting all of our expectations and more. We had so much fun playing volleyball, cornhole, fishing, riding bikes, swimming and exploring on the kayaks. The accommodations inside were beautiful and comfortable and well stocked with fun games. We would recommend this property wholeheartedly!

Property has everything you could want in a summer key’s vacation, we kept our boat on the dock, easy ocean access, bedrooms nice and spacious, pool, hot tub etc, hosts are gracious and accommodating

The house is everything it appears to be in the pics. Bedrooms are huge with on suit baths. Living area upstairs is very nice with all you need. Pool and hot tub areas are clean with outdoor speakers to connect to with your tunes. The dock is also very boat ready. Power water and nice tall bumpers to protect your bot at any tide level. 4 couples and a boat this spot is PERFECT!

We really enjoyed the property and all of the amenities. The pool, dock, kayaks and all the porch areas were enjoyed by all. Would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property for a week in April 2022. The house and location are superb and just as represented. We felt little need to leave the property because of all the amenities. It is also very peaceful with the most wonderful breeze! Darlene was also a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. We highly recommend this property!

This house is a vacation all its own! None of us ever felt like we needed to leave to have fun. And the views are spectacular with a perfect shot of the sunset every night. House has everything you could need with tons of space. There’s lots of stairs so be prepared for that. The only thing I wished I would have brought were a pair of slippers, other than that, perfection!

Couldn’t have asked for any more. 4 couples over from the UK so bedrooms and bathrooms worked perfectly for us with en suites for all. Additional bathroom by bbq/lounge area and another on 2nd floor alongside main living area were brilliant bonuses. Views and sunsets to die for whether doing the dishes, laundry, or sipping a drink on the balcony or board walk. But while this is an outstanding house and location the owners were the highlight. Exceptional communication before we arrived including even helping us book local restaurants and calling a Miami place for me that I couldn’t get a reply from. And during our stay several requests were promptly and patiently dealt with. We couldn’t have asked for more from a property owner. A wonderful experience all around.

Positive, easy, and enjoyable!

We loved the property and amenities - the pool, kayaks, ping pong table, lanai, ample seating throughout to enjoy all of the awesome views. Great communication with the owners and really happy with the overall experience! I definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting Marathon!

Our family, 6 adults and 4 children, had a wonderful Thanksgiving week at this house. Home is beautiful, well stocked, and very spacious inside and out. The only difficulty was finding each other! Many available activities on the property - pool, kayaks, bikes - well, you can read the property info for the details. From the lanai, we enjoyed watching the iguanas and birds on what we called "Bird Island" - including the magnificent frigate birds. Saw manatees too. Darlene (owner) was easy to contact with any questions. Absolutely no regrets!

What a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday! The property is magnificent!! The kids loved the paddle boards ! Everything we needed was available! Thank you Darlene for the s’mores and scrabble board message… very thoughtful!
