Great place with enough room for three families. Easy to get in and out of and close to the beach. Highly recommended.

Great place

Everything was great except the towel situation. The lady that came counted the towels and was very rude. If she counted the right amount of towels, then why did she give us additional towels. She also went through our personal bedroom belongings looking for towels. Otherwise the place was beautiful and we enjoyed.

The house is beautiful, located in a quiet neighborhood with nearby beach access. Very clean, comfortable and well furnished home.

This property is better than advertised. Plenty of room for the 11 of us. So close to the beach and a beach wagon, boogie boards and toys supplied. Games and toys in the house for all ages. Books too. Well stocked kitchen. It has everything. The kids really enjoyed the Eagle’s nest. We hope to return next summer. Definitely 5 stars

Everything was very nice.

We had a family gathering for a beach weekend at All Decked Out. The house was beautifully decorated, spacious and had so many amenities! The kitchen was stocked with just about any cookware/bakeware/utensils needed to prepare and cook meals. Dishwasher, huge fridge w/ice maker, lots of counter space made our stay very pleasant. Kitchen table sat 8 which was perfect for us. Our one year old granddaughter sat at the head of the table in the highchair provided. She was delighted to find so many toys for her age there. The bathrooms were awesome, great water pressure, hot water galore. We didn't use the Eagles Nest game room but it could easily have been a 5th bedroom, if needed. The many decks allowed us to spread out. Two of the larger decks are screened in. Deck chairs for everyone and kids picnic table too. There were also beach wagons and beach chairs. Our little one loved being pulled to the beach in the wagon. And sit in her pint sized beach chair. Crystle was very responsive when we had any questions. We had a wonderful weekend and highly recommend this home!

Wonderful stay. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we need needed. Close to the beach. Make sure you get Groceries and supplies before you get there. Grocery stores are scarce and expensive. Overall a great place and would definitely stay again.

Kitchen was very well equipped. The host responded quickly to any issue we had.

Thanksgiving weekend with 6 Adults & 8 Children. It rained non stop. The chances for a great stay were minimal. The house has more entertainment choices than you can imagine. Toys for the infants to the 10 year olds. TV options galore. Books, puzzles, etc. But the kitchen! I bring my own equipment in anticipation but never touched a single piece. Better equipped than a Bed Bath & Beyond. Owners were magnificent in communication and flexibility. Never a better rental.

I’ve stayed in many rental, this one has to be the cleanest of all! Very roomy, great views, and well equipped! You will not be disappointed!!

This house is clean and lovely. There is plenty of space inside and many porches on which to play/eat/relax. The neighborhood is very nice. The Property Manager is very communicative and helpful. After all of those compliments, nothing can beat the location of this house. You can sit on the porch and look at and listen to the ocean, even though it is the third house in from the beach. Getting to the beach is a minute walk!!! Our kiddos loved it!!!

We stayed here for a long weekend in September to get in some sun/beach time before the end of the summer. The whole family (from 13 months to 67 years) had a great time and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location, with less than a 5 min walk to the water, is amazing. All the toys - inside the house and for the beach - are a really nice addition. All the kids were happy! The house was clean and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. You can find things like a salad spinner, toasters or a garlic press, literally do not need to bring anything. Everyone in our party slept comfortably. I would recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat!

We had such a great time at this house. Easily the best provisioned kitchen I've had at a rental. Lots of nice touches, like a big sturdy wagon to bring all your stuff to the beach. Five great decks that always seem to catch the breeze. The owner responded quickly to our questions about minor problems and was great to work with. We were at the house in early August and we always had our pick of where to set up on the beach. Everyone loved this house, so if you're looking for a place away from the seawall, I can't recommend this place enough.

My family and my sisters family met in Galveston for a week of family vacation. The layout of the house and rooms was perfect for the mixture of adults, teens, and young children. The house having toys, high chair, and portable crib was a major bonus for us. The location to the beach and easy access was incredible.

We had a great time at the beach house! Plenty of space, clean and provided lots of amenities! We will return!

Just like the pictures. Short walk to beach. Fully equipped kitchen. Only issue was mattress in main floor bedroom. My husband's knees prevented him from using the bigger bedroom upstairs.

From start to finish it was a great experience. Crystal is an excellent host! The home was better than advertised. Great location for family time. The furnishings were outstanding, top to bottom. We have found our vacation home!

This was a great place for all ages of our family members with all of the accommodations you could need. There were many things that we normally have to bring with us on trips, that this property provided-beach stuff, every kitchen appliance/utensil you could need, entertainment for all ages, packnplay, highchair. We were very impressed. Any issue or question that came up was immediately resolved by property manager. Great place to enjoy the beach!!

Our extended family of 11 stayed here the week of July 3 - 8, 2022 (six adults, 5 teenagers). We loved this property! It was perfect for a family our size and such close proximity to the beach! The pool was a tiny oasis 6 minutes (walk) away that we enjoyed several times throughout the stay and we had it to ourselves each time! Accessing the beach was easy, especially with the wagon provided, and the beach toys were an added bonus! We camped on the beach during the day and fished in the mornings and evenings. We used the grill several nights and cooked in the very well-stocked kitchen each other evening. Went into town a few times for fun, but it was so nice to just be able to hang out at the house and play games/enjoy food/hang out with the family! Definitely recommend this property! The whole neighborhood is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the space was perfect for us!

The property was as described on Vrbo. It was nicely decorated, clean and ready for our family to stay. Plenty of space for our group of 11 and accommodating even the baby with a playpen and highchair. Really appreciated the 2 wagons downstairs to haul our stuff to the beach. The only problem we had was the hurricane door when we got there; however the owners sent a locksmith out as soon as we called. Thanks for that! We will definitely return for our family getaway again.

If you have kids look no further! This house has it all; pack n play, highchair, indoor toys, loads of beach toys, bunk room and plenty of space for everyone. We loved our stay. Crystle was amazing and quick to answer any and all questions. The house is about 30 minutes from downtown and Walmart/Kroger, but it was so worth it. We basically had the beach to ourselves during the week.

The house was perfect for our extended family (6 adults, 4 children 6 and under). The beach was very clean and only a short walk away. The house was in a lovely area surrounded by grass, which the children loved. We had everything we needed in terms of space, sleeping, and preparing meals. The home was well cared for, updated, and the kitchen completely stocked. The outdoor toys, hammock, and wagons were such an added bonus! A great house! We will return!

This house was perfect for our whole family. It was fully equipped for all of us; including children (ages 3 and 16 months) as it had a high chair, pack n'play, room darkening curtains, dinnerware for kids, inside and outdoor toys; you name it, the house had it! Very comfortable house and easy access to the beach! The host was most accommodating and quickly responded to any questions we had.

We had a wonderful time staying at All Decked Out! The house had everything we needed for three families to comfortably stay. We will definitely stay here again!

This house was awesome! The views from everywhere were wonderful! The owners have thought about what you most would like in a rental and provided it.

Our families live in Florida, Nebraska, and Texas and we were looking for a place to gather to celebrate Christmas. Found this property on Galveston Island and it was perfect. We needed a home with 3 bedrooms with ensuite for 3 audult couples. This property delivered. The home was furnished very well and the kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dinnerware, glasses, silverware, etc. The location was just steps away from the beach and the home owner supplied wagons and beach articles to help transport supplies to beach. Overall, we enjoyed the property and our stay and highly recommend this home.

I can’t say enough great things about this property. We had 8 family members with plenty of bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and the property was exactly as described. Lots of toys and beach equipment for kids. I was able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner the kitchen was so well stocked!! The owner was excellent at responding to questions!! This is definitely my favorite beach on Galveston.If I have to find something negative, it was a little far west on the island so a bit of a drive if you wanted to go into town but we mostly wanted to hang out with family so it was awesome!!We would stay here again!
