Awesome view of Beach and Inter-coastal water from Balcony. The sunset views from condo are the perfect ending to a day at Navarre. This is our second year at this Condo because it offers everything our family of eleven could want. Thanks for a great experience again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Belle Mer 1104. The location, views, & cleanliness were outstanding. The reservation process & communications were very thorough & promptly answered any questions.

We had a great time in Navarre and loved this condo! We were traveling with 4 kids under 6 so the bunk bed room was a favorite :) it is as beautiful in person as the pictures show. We plan to come back in the future!

We had a fabulous stay in this condo. First of all, it has fabulous views! The unit is well appointed, clean, and comfortable for three couples and three adult children (our family). There is a workout room (which I don’t think was in the description, so nice surprise), a nice pool and hot tub, and of course, the beach. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a few miles. We had one minor maintenance issue that was addressed within an hour. This is one of the best places we’ve rented on VRBO!

We LOVE this condo and we also LOVE Coastal Vibes. This is our 2nd year to stay in this condo and the couple of minor things that we reported last year were fixed this year when we got back. So that means the owners and managers do listen and do their best to make the condo as great as possible. I LOVE the view and the beach access. It is the best! We love this condo and love staying here. It is a 4 bedroom but I don't suggest using the bunk bed room for adults. For children, it is great but there isn't enough air flow in the bunk bed room for adults. I totally recommend this condo and Coastal Vibes. Will definitely rent this condo again when we have a large group going with us!

This was without a doubt the best place we have ever stayed at. The condo was very spacious, clean and well stocked. The views were incredible from all rooms. The communication prior to arrival and while we were there was excellent. We would definitely love to stay here again

Everything was as advertised.

The four bedroom four bath combination was perfect for our family getaway. It allowed us to separate and have our own private time as well as come together in the big living room, eating area combination. The views were spectacular. We did have issues with the air conditioner over the weekend, but someone was sent to fix it on Monday. The battery on the door entry also went out but they sent someone to fix it within two hours.

Beautiful condo with amazing view. It is so well stocked with everything you would need. We had a couple bathroom issues and they were resolved immediately. I would highly recommend this condo with anyone. I hope I can come back.

The unit was beautiful and so spacious. We would stay here again for sure! We love Navarre Beach!

The condo overall was good and fit our family needs of 13. Needs some TLC (paint, rugs cleaned, kitchen cabinets adjusted, patio cushions replaced, etc) to match the photos portrayed on VRBO. One bedroom didn’t have the room darkening curtains so sun shined through early morning every day. Bathroom off bunk bed room needs some rubber stripping replaced as every time you showered the floor was covered in water. Master bedroom toilet has a stopper leak as it ran all day. Room intake vents and ceiling fans covered in dust. Master bedroom sliding door to deck was taped up so it was unusable. Need more bath towels. Had to wash them everyday so there was enough for everyone. The Belle Mer owners need to paint parking lines. Parking is limited and with no lines cars leave gaps just enough so you can’t fit a car next to them. We had to park in the neighboring lot. Overall we had a good family vacay!

Booking Property was a great experience, when we arrived the property was tidy but not cleaned as I’m accustomed to. Contact with property management was easy. We enjoyed our stay and will be back

We rented Belle Mer 1104 for our family vacation. We were 8 adults and 5 children age 3 and under! The condo was wonderful, the views were superb, the kitchen was well-stocked and we had a wonderful time. We loved the floor to ceiling windows and the fact that the condo was on the beach. The mgmt team was very responsive, polite and considerate. We definitely would stay here again!

First time at Navarre Beach and we will be back! The condo was so spacious with amazing views and super easy access to the beach. Saw two manatees and dolphin in the ocean. Gorgeous beach and a great bike ride to the National park!

We rented this property for a week with another family. It was the perfect layout for our two families of four. The views were spectacular and we loved how open the unit was. We definitely plan on coming back.

My family and myself come to Navarre every year for spring break. This was our first time staying at Belle Mer. The check in process was smooth and easy. The owners provided me with everything we needed several weeks beforehand. We had a great stay other than it being unseasonably cold the first half of the week! The condo was great and had everything we needed. The only “annoying” thing was that on windy days/nights, the balcony railing would make so much noise/vibrations, that it would keep several of us up at night. I know nothing can be done about so I just turned my fan up that I brought with me. We had a great time with family and hopefully we can stay again next year!

We loved everything about this property and trip!

Rental via VRBO was easy. Checkin and checkout process emailed to us were very detailed and easy. The beds were super comfy. Hardwood look tile throughout for easy cleanup if a little sand got tracked in. We booked more than a year in advance and got a fabulous rate. I would absolutely love to stay at the condo and would recommend to family and friends.

This place is the place for a family of all shapes and sizes. It has enough space and comfortable beds. Gorgeous views of the beach and we enjoyed our time. The only thing to be aware of is the wind if you don’t like your balcony rails above you humming at night. To us, it provided white noise and was just fine.

Property manager super. The accommodations were excellent. Decor was really nice and the view spectacular!!

This was a great condo for 5 adults. We had plenty of room and the condo was well stocked. Would definitely consider staying again in the future.

If you love to snuggle up on a comfy chair, drink coffee, and watch the dolphins play this is the place for you! The wrap around balcony is amazing and furnished with comfortable couches, chairs, and tables. We would sit out there every night and listen to the ocean while having a cocktail. The condo is also extremely well kept and spotless. I am a germ freak and always read every review before staying somewhere. If this is you as well, rest assured you will be extremely satisfied staying here. We also love that it is not extremely busy around the condo. Navarre is quiet and laid back but Destin and Pensacola aren't far away if you want to go shopping or go out for dinner. We are already planning our next trip!

Parking and beach access is great. The view of the beach is excellent. I loved this being a corner unit and being able to see all the way down the shoreline and even being able to see the sound side of Navarre. It was almost a 360-degree view. The elevators are fast and gets you down to the beach quickly. The sunrise and sunsets are AMAZING!! You need to walk down to the boardwalk to the beach to see the sunrise. It was worth getting up early for every morning! Location of this condo is great. Convenient to the grocery store and just a short drive to Pensacola. Really loved the location. Great water pressure in the showers. There were 8 adults and we had plenty of hot water with us all taking showers almost at the same time. There were 4 towels and 6 wash cloths per bathroom. Air conditioning works great. There are 2 air conditioning units in this condo and that was a plus with us having 8 people on our trip. There is a huge pantry in the kitchen and that was great for storing snacks and food for the week. Kitchen is well equipped, but I recommend bringing a few dish towels and cloths with you. The ice maker in the fridge didn't work well. We tried to pull the ice maker out to check it, but the fridge door on the left doesn't open all the way because it hits the pantry door. That was kind of awkward throughout the week. I reported this so they may have checked out the ice maker and fixed it by now. Washer was ok. Dryer didn't seem to dry well on some settings. I suggest you use the timed setting. That worked the best for us. It's a high-tech washer and dryer so maybe we just didn't know the right combination. There were several laundry baskets you could use and that was nice. I don't suggest using the “bunk bed” room as an adult room. The beds are really hard in that room. Not sure if it's a bad mattress or just extra firm. We thought since it was a queen bed, it would be fine for me and my husband but there was no air flow on the bottom bunk and with it being so hard, we went and bought us an air mattress. There isn't any furniture in that room for nightstands, etc. I know it is set up for a kid's room, but it would be nice to have some side tables in there to lay your phone, etc. on. The 2nd king bedroom is small and there aren't any side tables for that room either and our daughter said that mattress sinks down in the middle. The master bedroom and the 2 queen bedroom were great. There was plenty of furniture in those rooms. Overall a great condo. Communication with the David and his team is excellent, and I loved the booking process and all of the communication I had renting from them. We will definitely book with Coastal Vibes again!

Will never be back!!! Mold in bathrooms sandy floors when we got there, water turned off 5 times my bathroom sink clogged balcony dirty cushions dirty!
