We absolutely loved the house. Large, clean, well stocked kitchen. Nice pool and hot tub. Great location. Beautiful views. We would love to stay here again! Only negative, and it was extremely minor, I almost hate to mention it, but the grill was dirty and out of propane. We just changed plans a didn't cook out. No big deal.

Had a great spring break with our children and grandchildren. Heated pool and hot tub was just what the little ones needed. House was roomy and everyone had space to have privacy. Had an issue with the hvac system on second floor going out on our last night. Got up to 80 and humid so had to scramble and have people sleep on first floor on couches and doubled up. Maintenance came to look but said it had frozen up and was leaking and had green mold. Also said it was not fixable and would. need to be replaced.

Not one thing to be disappointed in. Clean, comfy, roomy! Warm pool for all, especially our 5 month old grandson… no purple lips!!! We left for a few hours and the pool got cold. Less than 10 minutes later, the pool was fixed.

We loved this house. Lots of space for everyone. Well stocked kitchen. Great pool, hot tub, deck, walk right out to the beach! Close to shopping, restaurants, and fun!

Awesome views! The house was right size for our family. The mattresses could be softer. Over all everything was great!

Bathroom to right as you come in front door , when using hot water in shower , there is a very loud sound from plumbing , heard through out house , there were other issues , but we had a blast !!!

This house was perfect for my family’s vacation. The house was very spacious, the house was very inviting and clean, and the decor and furniture had been updated. The covered deck was great to sit under to get the shade. Being right on the ocean, you get the ocean breeze which is really great. Appreciated that there was a wooden ramp to the front door. There were two refrigerators which was great for the amount of people we had. The house is also in a great location to get to most things easily and quickly. My family had a great time here and will most likely stay in this house again on future trips.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Holiday Fin! Our family was 20 ranging in ages 70 down to 1 . The house was arranged perfectly for us! Very comfortable! Beds were amazing! It was equipped with 2 large stainless steel refrigerators which was much needed! We had a couple issues with a shower and a toilet but was immediately resolved. The heated pool and hot tub on our deck was a hit with everyone! It’s right on the beach. Owners were very accommodating. Would highly recommend!

Loved the location, quiet (minus the renters next door but it was a house full of college kids on spring break, luck of the draw)! Pleasantly surprised with the new renovations inside, new furniture, decor etc. ( I recommend updating the pictures on VRBO as it really was lovely) Pool and hot tub were great! Few recommendation: more wine glasses and coffee mugs, there were only 5 for a house that sleeps 20. Extra bed linens. We didn’t have any extra blankets for the pull out trundle beds and the extra pillows provided did not have pillowcases. The fireplace was not working which was a little bit of a bummer for those chilly nights. Little things like this can really set the place apart from the rest! Overall loved our stay and would definitely book again!!

Family of 14. Plenty of room for everyone. Lots of memories.

The layout of the house, the outside area and location on the beach was perfect for our family's vacation. Plenty of bedrooms, places to sit inside and outside. The hot tub and pool was was a definite bonus after a long day at the beach! Owner responded immediately to all communication. Just a couple negatives...upon arrival we had to wipe down kitchen counters and clean food off the deck floor (cheetos/chips). Also, there were only 11 of us (house sleeps 22), but there were only 9 forks and the kitchen supplies were sparse, as well as towels. Owner promptly brought additional silverware and kitchen towels! There was nothing to complain about - we would definitely stay here again and hope to soon!!!

Just remember to bring basic things since it doesn’t stock things like garbage bags, kitchen sponges hands soap and those little things that folks like me from out of state needed to buy. Great place tho if h we would love to return.

House has been updated since the pictures posted on here and is even better than we expected! You can’t go wrong booking this house. Amazing view and plenty of space for the whole family!

The staff from ben’s beach homes were very helpfu! The house was great for everyone, from 2years old on up! Plenty of space! Pool and hot tub made everyone happy and beach just steps away! Overall, very happy with the house....

Loved the layout of this house. We were able to check in a little earlier which was great as we were traveling with our 4 grandchildren, the youngest being just 9 months old. Very nice house and beautiful beach!!

The house is beautiful and the location is great but there were too many maintenance issues and a major remodeling project on part of the floor and walls which was not completed before our arrival and that was not communicated to us. The owner was very flexible and responsive and fixed most things quickly however there were just too many issues that disrupted our stay. (i.e. door locks, appliances, microwave, grill, floor, pool heat, etc.)

I was not able to go but my children did. They had a fantastic time there. No complaints at all. I saw pictures and looks like a beautiful place. Hope to rent again next year and I will be there.😊

For the past 5 years we have stayed at a Ben's Beach House, in PCB. These homes cannot be beat!!!! Great quality homes & extra fabulous views! Literally steps from the beach & the pool & hot tub are awesome. Homes are simply beautiful! Cannot wait to start planning next year's trip!

Perfect location that makes you feel like you are the only one on the beach. The home was well equipped with everything we needed for our week stay. Clean and up to date furniture that made you feel like you are home. We had a full house that ranged from 2 months old to 80 years old. Everyone had enough space and enjoyed everything the home offered. The beds were comfortable and there was enough seating while eating. Just a heads-up, there are no chairs at the bar/island but there was additional seating outside. One of the couches in the main living area would sink in more than the other couches, I would suggest maintenance putting a piece of wood under that cushion if another cushion cannot be purchased. There are two microwaves and that is because the circuit would break every now and then when you used the stove and microwave together. Please note this controlled the garbage disposable as well. The trundles were not as clean as I would have liked but they bought new mattress covers right away. We still didn’t use them since a couple of the kids used the bunk bed area in the upstairs family room. I would suggest having cleaning service wipe down both beds and spray Lysol on the mattresses since they are tucked under the bunk-bed with little to no light/air to have a fresh smell. Main living room fan could only be on one setting due to missing remote control. These are very common issues you have at your own home so I truly had no major issues. In addition, to the beautiful home we also had around the clock care on the home. Any questions or concerns were answered immediately. We will definitely use Ben’s Beach Homes again.

The Holiday Fin is conveniently located within walking distance of everything! The home itself is right on the beach but very close to the neighbors on each side. You can’t help but to get to know your neighbors (we loved ours). There were some glitches with the breaker box, the microwave and the hot tub. Ted, the maintenance man, was very personable and worked really hard to help us. We never had a working hot tub but the heated pool was a good substitute. Holiday Fin is the perfect place for a family vacay or a large group of people.

Property was beautiful, comfortable, loved the proximity to the beach.
