We were a group of 10 who get together every year and this house exceeded everyone's expectations. Recommend it highly.

Overall, this location was wonderful for our friends group to enjoy a quick get-away! A more accurate detailed listing of electronics in the kitchen would have been helpful in packing/preparing (i.e. there were like 3 or 4 crockpots, but there wasn't any of that indicated that on the listing). There were a few dirty dishes in the kitchen and the 2nd floor had a few unclean places, i.e. the floor and a bathroom sink. Our group had 23 adults and kids; it was PERFECT for our rambunctious kids to have a wonderful time and the adults to relax.

Quick response for any issues. Lovely location. Huge appliances. Couldn’t have been better!

Enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and spaciousness of the living area and kitchen. We loved the pool and hot tub and porch. Bedrooms were all well-appointed. Had plenty of parking for our group. Would stay again!

This property was the perfect place for our family to stay together. We came down for a wedding and literally everyone was able to stay together. Would definitely rent this home again!

Better then the pictures!!!! This place is amazing, the amenities of pool and hot tub and view CANNOT BE BEAT! I took a group of friends and now have to go back with family too. The dishwasher wasn't working halfway through our stay and there are no beach chairs/toys so that's the only thing I might add, but other than that it was fantastic! Plan to go back!

Great home and location for our large group. Property management was quick to respond to small maintenance issue. Being close enough to Schooners to walk and grab a bite to eat another plus. Would rent again.

Great house and wonderful location. Walkable to restaurants and the beach was extremely private. The oven was a little dirty but the rest of the kitchen was great and well stocked. Lots of areas to socialize. Would definitely stay there again.

Best kitchen we’ve ever had! Pool was just the right size 3-5 feet deep. Long tables and chairs inside and out for dining and games. It’s hard to find properties that will sleep our 6 families with 22 people. This is the fourth weekly rental we’ve had over the last ten years and family rated it as the best of the four.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and roomy beach house. The house was perfect for our group of 16 adults and 3 children. We slept comfortably and the rooms were spacious and cleaned. There was enough room for everyone to spread out. We enjoyed the openness of the kitchen and living room, alongside the beach view. This was amazing! Hubby and I stayed in the top room. Access to the big balcony was great and the view from the top balcony was spectacular. However, we weren’t aware this room would not have any privacy as there is no door to the top room and no curtains or blinds for the sliding doors.. Also, the bed was not as comfortable as the other rooms. It had a plastic fitted sheet which the sheets kept moving and made it uncomfortable to sleep. When we got there, one side of the refrigerator was not working, a bag of dirty linens was left behind by the cleaning group. We contacted Ben, and he immediately sent a technician to fix the refrigerator and got it working same evening we checked in. The same night, the cleaning lady came by to pick up the dirty linens. We were happy this was taken cared of the same evening. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with a large group. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. 🙂

The property was awesome!! The construction nxt door was 10 hours a day mon thr fri. No naps for anyone....no conversation outside without shouting, also 1 refrigerator made a horrific noise constantly.. Take your own t.p. too. Great house and location otherwise...

My family has been coming to the beach multiple times per year for over 40 years. This has been one of the most amazing visits. The house was beautiful, well stocked and comfortable. We had 12 adults and 4 kids and it never once felt crowded. The outside was fabulous. Multiple seating areas, meticulous pool and hot tub, steps to the beach and an outdoor shower. Any needs we had were immediately addressed by the kind staff. We celebrated our 25th anniversary and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting. We will definitely be back!

Overall a good time. The continuous racket next door due to major construction was a pain, but certainly was not the fault of our property owner.

Absolutely amazing place! It was exactly how the pictures looked. My only concern is the top bedroom sheets were not as cleaned as I like. Other than that great property

Our experience with Ben's Beach Homes was excellent. Making Waves was the perfect PCB retreat for our family. We all wanted to stay forever!

Great location, short walk to Schooner’s beach restaurant. Love the layout of all three floors. Lots of amenities. Had to install 3m hooks and cover the window over a first floor shower for privacy. Water leaked unto the floor from 1st floor shower stall. Found black mold in 2nd floor bedroom. I know this is Florida, I expect to see roaches outside but not inside the house.

We absolutely loved our stay. The space was perfect for our large family & loved that the kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Loved that we were only steps from the beach & enjoyed the pool each day as well. We certainly hope to make it a family get away each summer.

Bens Beach House was all that was advertised. This house is ideally located on the beach and has so much room and space to enjoy a perfect vacation or getaway. We had 7 people on our work retreat trip and everyone shared the same opinion. The private pool and hot tub are the perfect finishing touch before walking down the private boardwalk to the beach. Ben was extremely responsive and there was never an issue with anything. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms in this house almost seems unlimited. No one ever felt crowded. We would highly recommend renting this house for any beachfront vacation!

We have been going on an annual beach trip with friends and close family for almost 10 years now. We have always stayed in the same house. Due to our family growing we needed more space, and decided to change houses this year. We were nervous trying something new, but the house was such a great fit for our family. We loved the open floor plan, and the deck space was incredible. You cannot beat the location and being steps away from the water. We had a few issues while we were there. We contacted the rental company, and they sent someone over within the hour to fix the problem. The check in process was seamless, and the communication was great! We have already booked the house for our trip next year, and cannot wait to go back!

We had a great family gathering at Making Waves. There was plenty of space to spread out but we all enjoyed our meals together at the huge dining room table and the view just couldn't be beat!!Ben was very responsive to our questions. We had a great time and are already looking forward to doing it again!
