The kids thought the castle-style double door entrance was cool. The Mexican Restaurant next to it is GOOD!!!

Five of us stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the loft. It was clean and comfortable. The hosts provide step-by-step instructions on how to get into the building which was really helpful. Vosen German Bakery is across the street and fantastic for breakfast. Chile Tepin is next door and offers a great meal at a great price (get there early-insanely popular.) It’s only a few blocks to Temple Square-a pleasant walk.

We stayed here last Saturday to Sunday. I'm only giving it a 4 start review because when we arrived around 5pm the cleaners hadn't been there which was frustrating, but whole we were there, another cleaner showed saying that the cleaners that were supposed to come earlier we're in the hospital due to a car accident so we let them in to finish up what we hadn't done (before the second cleaners showed up). When we got back to the condo, it looked great and we're able to enjoy our night with close friends.
It was much bigger than I thought it would be and was impressed with the layout of the rooms and loved the decorations. Kitchen and bathrooms we're fully stocked. I'd recommend this place to people in the future especially if you want to be right in the middle of downtown and in walking distance if bars, restaurants.

The location is great and close to downtown. The communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The checkin process was made so easy with a virtual walkthrough. I would highly recommend the Downtown loft.

The property is in the perfect location to downtown and next to the best restaurant in Utah! It is such a unique property that has been refurbished into a loft with great detail. the property was rented for a small birthday party because the description said "small events allowed". At the gathering, we asked some uninvited people to leave and in return they pulled the fire alarm. It was completely out of our hands. We were then kicked out around 11:30 (the party was over at 10:30-10:45 to maintain the sound curfew). When we were kicked out we were in the middle of cleaning up, whoever it was didn't care to hear our side of the story and when we went downstairs some neighbors said they understood, It was imo an unavoidable situation, however the apartment was very clean, nice decor, and in a good location. Thanks!

Location is wonderful and the property owners were wonderful to work with! They did everything they could to help us out when traveling with an infant! I would definitely recommend this space!

Great location in relation to downtown hotels. Would be better with elevator working for carrying luggage. Also picture of air mattress in kitchen is misleading as it appears to be loft area.

I like the modern look unique brick look. The bad part was no parking and no elevators and transient’s all around. Not you problem by any meansWe will use it again. Thank you so much

If you plan on staying down town for the majority of your stay, this is the spot. Very easy to walk to many great bars, restaurants, and events downtown. The unit is on the 3rd floor and the elevator is in-opt and appears to have been for a while. It would have been nice to note this in the listing. Being an old warehouse building there are signs of rodents. We asked to check in early but was rejected due to cleaning, however there was mouse poop in the closet as well as right next to one of the beds.

We had a quick one night stay but enjoyed the location in downtown SLC. Gated parking easy to use and helped us feel safe. We appreciated the extra touches added by the host: water bottles, sound machines, books on the area, earplugs, etc. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Would definitely stay again.

The property was beautiful... we had an issue at first with the elevator, but that was not the property owners fault. This was totally out of his control... The loft was beautiful, equipped with everything we needed. (I asked a bout a crock pot, and he drop one off for us which was so generous for him to do). Because of the issue with the elevator, he dropped off some donuts from crumbles.. such a sweet gesture and unexpected. I would highly recommend staying at this loft and if traveling back to SLC, will stay again...

I Really enjoyed staying in the loft. Ithe loft was very well looked after. The location was great with short walks to downtown restaurants and nightlife. Would stay here again.
