Tim was very nice to work with and the place was perfect for 11 of us! The kids had fun staying downstairs and loved the popcorn machine and Nintendo switch. This was our first time staying on the bay side and we really enjoyed it! Beach was so close by and we had fun fishing, swimming, and paddle boarding/ kayaking in the bay. House had everything we needed!

We have been renting vacation homes for 30 years and this is one of the best.You can not beat location and the views. The owner was very responsive to questions. We stayed for a month. I nearly cried when it was time to go home. We have already booked next year. Highly recommend.

Although the unusual cold weather arrived just as we did and even though two of our party were, unfortunately, unable to join us due to the weather, the nine of us who stayed in the house each found our little piece of bay bliss. As noted by other guests, the views are to die for and they go on an on. It was too chilly for us to enjoy the kayaks or fish, but we were able to utilize the grill, the fire pit and the many decks. Inside, on both levels, it is very comfortable. Two of the younger persons in our group quickly lay claim to the downstairs - perfect for teens or younger adults who want to stay up all night. Or older folks who still like staying up all night!! The primary suite, as well as the other two guest rooms upstairs, was pretty and roomy, all bathrooms well appointed, with plenty of linens. Can't say enough about sectional sofa with its comfy throw pillows, the large TV, the even larger dining table and mammoth bar. (We needed a mammoth bar!) All enjoyed throughout visit. Kitchen well stocked for cooking almost anything you can think of. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart, as you will want to make the three minute trek to the beach. Happily, we encountered no issues that required we contact host, Tim, during our stay. However, prior to check-in, he was very responsive. I would definitely book this house again and I can fully recommend it to anyone wanting the quiet end of the island. And, if you want less noise, great shopping, and need to be fully fed and watered, you will only be minutes from all of that! Book it!

Nice property

This is one of the best vacations I've ever had! Tim was an exceptional host - accommodating multiple special requests and available our entire stay. I almost want to leave a terrible review so that this house is always available! Every detail, want and need is done to perfection. My mom, who has mobility issues, was so happy here, along with my aunt and sister. "Comfortable" doesn't even begin to describe how luxurious this house is. The showers especially! It's absolute perfection and we're already planning our next trip back! Thank you, Tim, for the best family vacation we've ever had!!

The house is large, well maintained, and super clean for a water rental. It's well equipped not only for the living necessities but also for entertainment. Very nice first floor living area includes games, table and chairs, even a popcorn machine as well as a frig, coffee machine, large TV, kitchen table for card games, bedroom and most convenient an easy access bathroom while fishing on the deck, even an outside shower for those playing in the water. Includes 2 kayaks and water board. A fenced yard is also great just from a feeling of security point of view. The upstairs is large, roomy and comfortable. Very clean. We loved it.

We all (4 adults) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The home is so clean, and you can tell that Tim and his family take pride in their property. The beds are super comfy, the bedding is luxurious, and the bath towels are so fluffy. The kitchen is well equipped with whatever you need. We cooked every meal at the home except for one. We always enjoy going to West End Marina in Sea Isle for dinner at least one night. The balcony over the boat house offers great seating to enjoy views of the sunset. In fact, we sat out there every evening. Tim is a fantastic host, and quickly responds to any questions you may have. Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation rental. We had such a relaxing weekend. Thank you again, Tim. We look forward to renting your home again next year!

Owner very responsive and helpful. Property beautiful with ideal location. LOVED having kayaks and paddle board to use while vacationing. I would not say this property is wheelchair accessible. The main living is upstairs and there is no elevator. However, once upstairs, the property is w/c friendly. HUGE outside deck extended the living space. Would highly consider staying here again!

We had 4 couples staying here for the weekend and the house was perfect for us to hang out together, play games around the big kitchen table, and spend time sitting around the comfortable deck chairs in the evening. We caught some keeper specks as right off the dock! Overall great experience.

1st stay though stayed next door in smaller, less nice home for yrs. Owner/manager was handy for ac and TV issues resolved quickly. Will return.k

This was our second stay in this property. The house was clean, bright, well stocked and comfortable, as we expected. We spent most of our time enjoying the views and the breeze at the deck, we also kayaked around the bay, and took our bikes to the nearby beach. Tim is a great host. Will definitely come back!

Family gathering (grandparents, adult parents, grandchildren). Wonderful sleeping arrangements for all, shady areas on covered deck for relaxing at all times of the day, fishing, kayaking, and games for all ages. Wonder home on the bay! Host was extremely helpful with questions. Highly recommend.

Wow! This spectacular home in is an even more spectacular location on the West End of Galveston Island. This was the total package, offering ways to enjoy the outdoors all year round! Great set up for 2 families with the downstairs living area features a bonus “kitchenette’ and coffee bar station. Kids loved kayaking, & spent late nights fishing with the lights both above and below the water.

While we had storms on & off during our stay, the fishing was still good. House was perfect. Owner was extremely responsive & helpful during our stay. Wound definitely return & recommend to others. Five star for us!!!

This bay house will not disappoint. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Owner was very responsive. We most definitely will be renting this house again.

The location is great. The house is clean and beautiful. The deck's really awesome. The only complaint is the long rental agreement we have to sign and it indicated that we needed to bring all our stuff including dish soap, detergent, trash bag etc, so we brought all these stuff including multiple rolls of toilet paper, only to find that the house almost has everything. We had fun fishing, kayaking or simply doing nothing. The owner is responsive to questions and helpful as well. Thanks Tim!

Drove in from Houston for a mini-vacation. Family had a great time. Enjoyed views of the bay, kayaking, and fishing.

The house was amazing! You cannot beat the gorgeous views from the house or the deck. We caught so many fish off the deck and had a blast doing it. There was enough furniture for everyone outside. The large connect four and cornhole bean bag toss had the kids occupied. The only thing missing was storage space for our luggage but we used the bedroom not being used for some of our stuff. Plenty of bathrooms upstairs for use. Everyone enjoyed the stay and we look forward to returning. Thank you Tim!!

Beautiful home with all you need. Tim is super responsive to any requests or questions. The parking is a little tight so if you have a boat definitely back down the street before pulling it in. Fishing is great and the beds and linens are all high end and very nice and comfy.

The house on the bay side which made it good for fishing. The beach was just a few minutes on the other side and not crowded so great to take our littles. House came with kayak and canoe that kids loved. Kitchen was well stocked & beds were very comfortable. Lots of space for our 3 generation crew. Tim called or texted back to all my messages quickly and was a gracious host. All parties had a great time and want to make it a yearly tradition (especially the kids).

Our family of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect for fishing, sunsets, the beach with a fantastic unobstructed view of the Bay. We caught Speckled Trout off the dock, and gigged for Flounder close by. We all enjoyed the canoe and the Kayak. Space was perfect for our group and the house was really nice. Tim, the owner, was super nice and responsive. We will be back!
