Property served all our needs and the location is spectacular. Enjoy Hanso Cafe for Brunch/Coffee. The proximity to Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace is a very short walk. Property manager was super responsive and very organized.

Nice apartment. Accommodated our group of 8 we’ll. There was nothing unusual or special about the apartment, but it was large, well maintained and in a good location. Cute little coffee spot right next door.

This apartment was large and spacious. It easily accommodated our 3 families, with a total of 10 people. It was well located as we walked almost everywhere we visited. The kitchen was will equipped. The hot water heater made enough hot water for our family to shower. The apartment is nicely decorated. We had a pleasant stay.

Best location, everything in need is steps away from the apartment, and all Madrid attraction within short walk. The apartment is big and has everything you need. The only comment is the WiFi signal wasn’t good out of living room.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well-equipped to accommodate a large group. Absolutely no issues with check-in despite our late evening arrival. Located within walking distance to major sights.

We rented for 7 people and were pleasantly surprised with the stay. The rental company met us at the property, right on time and were very accommodating. The location was excellent and everything was spotless. No complaints at all!!.

This apartment is huge. Check in was easy and Raul met us upon arrival, showed us the apartment and map of Madrid with points of interest. Beds were very comfortable. Great location to walk everywhere.

We were a family of 10: 5 adults and 5 children. The apartment was quite large and everyone felt comfortable. There were two grocery stores very close as well as El Corte Inglés which has a very complete grocery section. We were able to walk to most of our destinations or take the Metro. The managers were helpful and answered our questions quickly.

Very spacious in great central location. Check in a breeze. AC worked well. Kitchen has all basics needed but nothing fancy. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! We had four adults and three kids with more than enough room. Location was fantastic! Rooms were large, full shower baths in all the rooms was an incredible luxury. Manager was very responsive throughout the stay.

The apartment is comfortable for a large group. We were 10 people. There are plenty of rooms and bathrooms. It is clean, but requieres a bit of maintenance. Its very close to the Opera train station. The staff at Heima homes were very helpful and responsive. Would stay here again.

This apartment was perfect for two families (4 adults, 5 kids total), and the entire experience was exceptional! The property was very clean, spacious and well designed. Each of the bedrooms felt very private and quiet, perfect after busy days exploring Madrid. The location was wonderful - Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, metro stops, taxi waiting area, restaurants and more all within brief walking distances. Everyone at Heima Homes was responsive and helpful, and they provided great suggestions and also helped with transportation arrangements. Cannot recommend this place highly enough, and will absolutely be back next time in Madrid!

The apartment perfectly matched our needs - 6 colleagues sharing it during an exhibition in Madrid. We had a good time and the apartment was really nice: nice rooms, nice bathrooms, nice interior design and well equiped kitchen. The apartment was clean and is very centrally located. The only small issue was that one of the rooms was an office with a bed which was not so comfortable (when you are a tall man) so the colleague sleeping there ended up sleeping on the sofa. And just a minor (and insignificant suggestion in the big picture): put some tags on the soap disposers in the shower (in the large room at the end of the corridor) as it is not known what is shampoo and what is soap. :-)

We were two families travelling together with a combined 7 children, including one in a wheelchair, and this apartment was perfect for us: accessible, local and easy to use. The apartment was clean and spacious and the kitchen was perfectly serviceable for breakfast and quick meals. We couldn’t have been in a more central location. But the most amazing thing about our stay was the exceptional service we got from Miguel: from photographing and measuring the shower stall to confirm accessibility, organising a ramp for the downstairs steps and arranging transport for our group of 12 (including a wheelchair taxi)- Miguel always responded cheerfully and often within minutes. Before getting there I thought it might be too good to be true, but it wasn’t. Fantastic standard of customer service.

Excellent location. The apartments was perfect

Miguel was very helpful and met us upon arrival. The six bedroom, four bathroom apartment more than accommodated nine of us. The wifi was available only in the front room and was not strong if Netflix was being used on the TV and another guest was streaming on their iPad. The kitchen was small if you wanted to cook more than breakfast and lunch but was well equipped. There were many great restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The photos of the apartment were a little misleading since it was narrower and darker than the photos suggested. The front room was very sunny. All in all we had a great stay.
