House was perfect for our group! Yard was beautiful, pool was great, and plenty of space for everyone to sleep

Overall great experience. Pictures online don’t do it justice, place is even nicer! We came with 15-17 people and there was Plenty of room, pool is wonderful, check in seamless. You’re about 5-10 minutes away from anything you want. Would highly recommend and if the opportunity presents itself I would make a return trip.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous spacious home! This home was fully loaded for a more convenient and comfortable stay. The pool was an added bonus for my family as most homes do not offer this amenity. Check in/Check out was super easy. The host, Jeff was very pleasant to communicate with and he made certain that we felt that he wanted us to enjoy his home! We will definitely stay at this home again!!! Thanks again!

The house had plenty for room for our family reunion (9 adults, 9 children) and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. The house is lovely, well stocked, and convenient to lots of activities that we enjoyed. Altogether a great time. Thanks, Jeff!

We were at the house for an extended family vacation. The house was perfect for our needs. There are a number of "family suite" areas, a lot of entertainment for kids, and the house was well stocked for an easy stay (kitchen dishes/glass/pots/etc, lots of pool towels, etc). The host was wonderful and went out of his way to accommodate our needs as things came up. Recommend the house and area. We would stay here again!

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for our daughters wedding which was located right next door! It was the perfect location for us to be next to the event. The house was immaculate, stocked with everything we needed, the grounds and pool were beautifully maintained. We had plenty of space and there are separate wings which allows for privacy if several families stay together! The pool table, games, arcade, pool , basketball court, fire pit enjoyed by all! It was a great weekend and highly recommend the house!!

The property is exactly as advertised and the photos give an accurate description of the property. It was extremely clean and well stocked with all the necessary kitchen equipment and glassware. The outdoor space is very nice with a fire pit we used for making s’mores, heated pool and a grill that we also used. The fourteen adults and three children were very comfortable in the house. Great property.

We had a great time at this property! My partner and I got married and it was great having this house right next to the wedding venue! Our family and friends loved the space for indoor and outdoor activities. 100% would recommend!

Our large group had a great time at this house. The main draw of the property is the pool, which was kept in excellent condition. We saw the pool maintainece company come a few times to clean it, which we appreciate. The house is spacious. clean and gennerally exceeded our expectations. We had a no ipad rule, but the kids spent hours on the old arcade games in the house. There was inoperatable dishwasher, but the host Jeff was fantastic in resolving this and it was never really an issue as there are two kitchens. Communicating with Jeff was great. In regards to two kitchens, in my experience its a huge convienence for a large group as there less of a concern for firdge or freezer space. A couple of things could be improved. Some of guests noted the beds were too soft for them. The kitchen could be better stocked with better/more sheet pans and other pans. Though we were able to use the BBQ and its great that the gas is plumbed in, the unit has seem better days. The outside area chould use some shade with a canopy or large umbrellas. Overall, it was a great experience and we were lucky to have stayed there.

The house was amazing - plenty of space, clean, great outdoor and indoor space for kids and adults to play and hang out. Jeff was so helpful and very responsive - I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

Property is very well kept. Very clean and well organized. Communication with owner prompt and responsive. Lots of spaces for different size groups to gather and activiities--pool for swimming and pool table!-- for young and old. Would definately rent again.

This is a wonderful property for any large group of people. The house is extremely well appointed, immaculate and comfortable. We would certainly consider returning! Jeff was very quick to respond to any questions we had before and after our arrival. There are 2 grocery stores close by so not a big need to shop prior to arrival.. Great House!

We stayed there in May for a 90th birthday for my mom. There were 12 of us and 4 little kids. The house was very clean, plenty of sleeping room, nice pool table, foose ball table for older kids. Lots of games, toys and sidewalk chalk for the little ones. Plenty of towels, dishes etc. There could have been more bigger pots and pans but we made do. Outside was beautiful. Nice pool but no shade. The pool was dirty when we first got there but the next morning the pool guy came and cleaned it. Could have been because a circuit breaker tripped. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to all questions. I would stay there again or recommend to a large family. ALso the fire pit was great.

The house was exactly as advertised. Plenty of games for adult and children. Short drive to get supplies if needed. Plenty of fresh towels for all. Plenty of kitchen untensils. Except the kitchen could use a few more very large cooking pots to occommode 24 people. All in all my family and I had a wonderful say at this estate. We spent 3 nights in February 2022 and makingd plans to go back in the summer to enjoy the pool and the outdoors.

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property over the past weekend. The house was beyond our expectations. We had a wonderful time. The house was fully equipped with everything needed. The house was very clean and cozy. This was the first time I rented a property and didn’t need to reach out to the owner for anything. I would love to visit this property again in the summer and utilize the pool and outdoor space. We unfortunately couldn’t use the fire pit due to the weather (rain) but hope the next time around we can. We highly recommend this property and can’t wait for our next visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed being together for a few days to celebrate a family Christmas. There was plenty of room to spread out, play games, shoot some pool, or just sit by the fire and work on puzzles.

My family went for the weekend to go to peddlers village. The host was nice and the house was gorgeous and clean. It had everything we wanted, the fire pit, Bluetooth speakers, and space for the whole family to play games and eat together. 10/10 recommend.

It was a great rental, we had one problem with a breaker tripping made one call and it was corrected. It was like having an electrician on site.

We found the property to be exactly as listed. It accommodated our entire family and extended family with ease. When we needed help the property owner was responsive and friendly.

We had our wedding in Philadelphia with friends and family from all over the country. This house was a wonderful way for us all to be together in the days leading up to our wedding. It was exactly what we wanted for this time in our lives!

This property was delightful! Great communication prior to our trip and during our stay. Mark would answer all questions promptly. House and decor exceeded our expectations. With their great attention to detail and cleanliness I was so happy with our decision to stay there. Both kitchens had all the tools we needed to cook our meals and we appreciate that the Home as a whole was very well equipped . Games, google Home speakers, smart TVs and much more! Hurricane Henri left us with intermittent rain showers and yet we were entertained during our entire stay. All age groups, Indoors or out. At one point the bbq ran out of gas, which mark assured had never happened before due to their larger tank size and autofill system. However he responded promptly and solved our issue. Like other reviews have stated, because the property is located near farmland, flies were all around the table outside and in the kitchen because of the foot traffic to and from from the pool. We weren’t surprised because we had been warned. I was just happy that it was harmless flies and not mosquitoes. All in all, great property that was ran very well. Can’t wait to stay there again in the future!

Very spacious inside and out! The attached guest house was perfect for the teens. And the acreage in back accommodated for playing soccer and baseball. Great communication with the host when we had a question. Very much enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect location for our Annual Girls weekend (ages 29-75), especially since it was a milestone year for us! Thank you to the owner Mark who was always speedy with a reply to any questions we had both before & during our stay. The house was amazing, lots of space for all the ladies, with some separate spaces if anyone needed a break. We loved the pool and loved the huge kitchen for cooking! It was great having a second kitchen as well! We spent one day one a wine tour and one day tubing in the Delaware River. Other than that all our time was spent at the house because what more could you possibly need!! We will definitely be back!
