Amazing place. Cant wait to go back.

Stayed here with a group of 10 and the house had everything we could've asked for. Location could not have been better for boating and there was plenty to do at the house. Michelle was also great and always available. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 8 adults- house is beautiful,location is perfect and everything was as expected!! We come to the Keys every year and this property is our favorite!

Every year we spring break with our family of 4 and our best friends family of 4. This was the best house and location we have been to!!! The pool is perfect, sombrero beach is right next door, the house was very equipped for fun and there are so many great restaurants a quick car or boat ride away. We rented a boat for the week and it was easy to dock it at this house. Our kids swam, fished off the dock, kayaked, played beach volleyball, and even got to see a rehabilitated sea turtle being released back into the wild right at sombrero beach!!! The owner was very responsive and even sent us tips of things to do during the week. We would definitely stay here again.

We just had the most wonderful vacation at this property! We traveled with 8 adults, 2 toddlers, and a baby… and there was more than enough room for everyone here. The property owner thought of everything (industrial ice machine, mini fridge and cooler by the pool, beach wagon, floaties, beach toys, towels, bathrooms/tvs in every bedroom, and all the kitchen supplies you could need)! Our favorite part was the pool/Spa by far… My 3 year old spent every waking moment in that pool, and continues to ask if we could bring the pool home 😂. We even made friends with “Earl,” a rather large iguana, that stopped by the pool to visit from time to time. The beach was also nice, and a very short walk away. The longer areas of beach had quite a bit of seaweed, so we stayed close to the side with the little pier, which was lovely. By the little pier is small beach, which is very calm and shallow. It was nice for the small kids because they could walk out several feet and still touch the bottom. I️ would HIGHLY recommend this place! The weather was perfect, the views were gorgeous, and Michelle the owner was always very available and helpful! We had the best time 😁

We travel quite a bit and stay in VRBO type properties and this one was just amazing. Open Floor plan layout, amazing pool and hot tub, and a very short walk to the beach. The property manager was wonderful, and gave us recommendations of things to do while we were there. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! Had such a blast. This house was the perfect fit for the 10 of us. We plan on staying here again in the future. Great location; short walk to the beautiful Sombrero beach yet off the main road so there wasn’t a lot of traffic in front of the house.

Fantastic accommodations!

This property was perfect for our family! Close to the beach, amazing pool/hot tub, on a canal with fish cleaning station and it had plenty of space for our family and friends. Marathon is our favorite area in the Keys to bring the young kids. Michelle was so great to work with also. Awesome house, location and vacation!!

House was amazing, Michelle was super friendly and extremely quick to respond throughout stay. Would definitely stay again in paradise!

The place was great and wondered location. The set up for our family was awesome! Pool and outside was perfect. The kitchen was lacking normal everyday items. Not enough toilet paper and no Kleenex and paper products!

Everything was awesome and our host was top-notch. If I could make a few recommendations for improvement, they would be 1) Refresh warn out pots and pans, 2) Repair kayak seats so useable, 3) Extend checkout time to 11:00am instead of 9:30am.

This property was more than advertised. Great location with every amenity you would ever want. We had a great stay in Marathon. They even provided boat to fish from our pro at dock. Michelle, the property manger was so attentive and responsive. You can’t go wrong with this property.

Been to this neighborhood twice before but was definitely the best property and location. Hopefully we can do this again.

Access to the Atlantic is about 10 minutes by boat to get outside the no wake zone. Absolutely beautiful property with all the amenities and the property manager is on top of anything you need. Will 100% go back and stay here

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful. We were able to park our 28 ft boat at the dock and enjoy it daily. Mother Nature showed us a few bad storms during our stay but we were able to squeeze in some boat and beach time each day! The ants and noseeums were bad so bring your bug spray! We will definitely be back! Loved this property❤️

Everything was wonderful. The photos don’t do the house justice. We stayed here while hurricane Ian was happening. We never lost power. Enjoyed the wind storm in the hot tub. Publix is right down the street and had everything we needed.

We spent the week at the house with family to get away and had an amazing time. The house is comfortable, clean and in an excellent location. Will be going back next year.

This is a perfect home for a great family vacation. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The pool and hot tub were really nice. All the light switches, shades and pool/hot tub controls were labeled and easy to use. Great location near beach, grocery and local restaurants. Would recommend for anyone planning a vacation in The Keys.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Very clean! Easy booking and check in process. Nice rooftop sunset views. Great pool and hot tub. Very close (easy walk) to Sombrero Beach. Two kayaks to use and 50’ of dock space for your boats. A lot of stairs if you have little kiddos or mobility issues. We would book again!

We loved the house and enjoyed our stay

The location and set up of the house was perfect for our use of 10 people with different interests. This ia a fantastic new solid house with 5 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, boat slip, short walk to the beach, pool with jacusi, grill, plenty parking space, scenic view from huge rooftop. Beware, you may need to organize your group to distribute the effort of constant cooking cleaning and follow garbage/recycling rules as was in our case. Also, 9:30am check out time while collecting linens, trying to wash and putting away dishes, was challenging to meet with our large group, but we managed somehow lol.

We were a group of 6 adults/6kids (6-9yrs old). We stayed April 23-30. It was the most amazing week! The house was amazing! Beautiful, clean, equipped with everything you need! Within close distance to stores, restaurants and within walking distance to the beautiful Sombrero Beach. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and we enjoyed it everyday! The kids swam morning till night! We swam, went to the beach, snorkeled, boated, fished, ate a lot of Key Lime Pie 😋, explored Key West, and mainly relaxed! This was a vacation that we will never forget! Lots of memories were made!

This was the hands down best beach/keys vacation experience we’ve ever had. The location of the home is only steps from Sombrero beach, and the boat ride from the house to the ocean is only a couple of minutes. We loved the flexibility of walking to the beach before or after fishing, and then being right on the water for fishing and cruising with the family. The house itself was first class all around. They layout was accommodating for our two young families. The furniture and fixtures were very nice as well. We all enjoyed the different porches throughout the day. One of the best features was that the pool received afternoon shade, as the house faces west. There is a porch under the house that overlooked the pool. After a long day of beaching or fishing, the kids were able to swim in the pool, while the adults relaxed on the porch - all in the cool shade of the afternoon. We will 100% be returning to visit here. Very thankful for the opportunity we had to visit the home, and cannot recommend it and more highly.

This was such a great house for a family trip. Great open kitchen and family room. Plenty of places to sit. Amazing pool and hot tub. And great covered area under house for those who want to be outside but not in the sun. Would definitely stay there again.

This house is well thought out and a great location. It was fun to rent a boat and just dock it by the house. It is a quick 5 minute drive to the grocery store. We enjoyed our 3 minute walk to the beach for volleyball and sunset every evening. The industrial ice machine... yes, it is that great! This made for an unforgettable Thanksgiving! Rental was easy and the property was great.

Everyone in our family loved this home! We have stayed in many and this is our #1, so close to the beach and playground! We also enjoyed the upper level area. All around a fabulous place. Say yes!!

We had an 'after 2020' family vacation 9/18-10/02. Our family traveled from Seattle, Chicago, Michigan and Illinois. To say this place exceeded our expectation is an understatement. Beautiful home. Great location. Just wonderful. The house is modern and roomy. Kitchen was fully equiped for cooking. Great pool and hot tub. Nice grilling area and outdoors space. Fishing on the canal. Boat dock. And fantastic ice machine! Close to the beach, Publix, restaurants and tiki bars. We had a great vacation-the only problem: everyone left with Keys Disease! Google it. We will definately be back. The few issues we did have were taken care of by Michelle promptlly.

Our yearly trip to the Florida Keys was one we’ll never forget. Our group of 11 slept, cooked, fished and swam very comfortably at this property. The dock fit our 28ft Seafox, had a giant ice machine (clutch) and the pool and jacuzzi were perfection after coming off the water each day. Great location, water access and accommodations.

Really nIce house in a perfect location. Convenient to Publix and very fast to get from the house to open water. Totally designed for fishing, everything you could want and the ultimate ice machine!
