Stayed at the property for the Ironman 70.3 race. Location was great. Access to sidewalks and bike paths were great. The property is clean and clearly well kept. Highly recommend.

Well loved it that we are gonna move there

Accommodations were very clean, spacious, and as described. Great Location! Close to restaurants, shopping, beach. The property owner was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely book again!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Place was clean and had just what we needed. I really liked having 3 full bathrooms for the bedrooms.

We stayed at this property with our out-of-state family due to our home being under construction. The property was in an excellent location - close to restaurants, shopping, beach, etc. Two beds upstairs, each with full baths and 1 down with full bath as well, made it quick to get a group of 6 ready. The townhouse was spotless and had every kitchen item we needed to feed two hungry boys. The owner was very accommodating and responsive to needs and questions! We will definitely use this townhouse again for out-of-town visitors or just a great getaway! Highly recommend!

Great location with easy access to the beach and shopping. Awesome amenities especially the lighted patio for evening activities.

The accommondations matched the VRBO listing exactly! It was extremely clean and just as spacious as it looks in the advertisement! Highly recommend! Located perfectly to Wrightsville Beach and within all shopping and entertainment needs for a family!! Cannot wait until next year!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. We were in town for a long weekend and a family wedding. Plenty of room for our family which included four generations. The property was very clean and provided some terrific amenities. We also enjoyed the easy access to so much in the Wrightsville Beach area. A thumbs up for sure.

Overall this was an amazing place to stay! The location was incredible as we were very close to Wrightsville beach, downtown Wilmington, NC and lots of great restaurants. The house is so spacious and was evidently cleaned well before our arrival. We were allowed to check in early without requesting to do so! And I could bring my sweet pup without any issues after paying the fee. Communication with the property manager was very easy and he was super friendly. I even forgot something behind after checking out and was easily able to communicate and coordinate going back to pick it up. We only had 2 very minor complaints; one being that the handle of the microwave broke off/was already broken with us barely touching it (but it worked fine regardless and things like that can just happen!). Secondly, we did encounter a massive cockroach on the living room wall and a small roach upstairs, but we know the property was obviously cleaned before we arrived and the rain all weekend likely brought in the roaches. Ultimately, we really enjoyed our stay and would still highly recommend this place to everyone. It allowed for a fantastic stay in this area!

Loved the location and the townhome.

We really enjoyed our stay at Steve's condo. The place is very clean and bright, extremely spacious, and has a great kitchen and family room area. We loved the 3 bedrooms that each have their own bathroom. We were happy to have big TVs to watch the hockey games! Steve is a great host. The condo is located close to lots of good restaurants and only a short drive to the beach. We would recommend this place to others and would stay here again if we're in the area.

The condo was placed in a very close drive to the beach. The cleanliness and amenities allowed for a comfortable stay with minimal requirements of us to bring items. The owner was clear and concise with instructions on how to enter the home and how to leave it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Steve's Vrbo! We were in town for a race that started in Wrightsville Beach and ended in Wilmington so the location was perfect. We were a short drive to everything but the space was quiet and relaxing. The layout of the condo was great for a large group - every room has their own bathroom and you can easily spread out. It was super easy to get a hold of Steve or his daughter the few times we needed something. Definitely recommend!

The condo was truly a home away from home. With this rental you will have everything you need. We loved the fact that there were food containers in the kitchen for leftovers - as well as many seasonings and spices to cook with. For the beach there are plenty of towels, beach chairs and several coolers of different sizes. The bikes work out well too. This was the most convenient VRBO I have stayed in to date - and Steve was wonderful to work with!

We rented the property for a wedding. Easy convenient to the Wrightsville Manor and beach. Loved the flamingos and palm trees ! Wished they lit up!

We were in NC for the first time for our daughters meet and greet, Engagement Party ,Bridal Shower, Cook Out, and boat cruising. The place was the perfect location for our events. It was very very clean. The bedding in the Primary bedroom was top quality. Towels were as well. Air conditioner and fans worked fine. Communication with host was prompt. We would book this place again when we return.

It’s close to the airport, the wedding venue we went to, restaurants, not even 10 mins to the beach ! It’s a perfect location if you don’t care that your not on the beach! The owner was very accommodating and told us we could even get in earlier since it had been already cleaned. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again !

We were very happy with our stay here, it truly exceeded our expectations. Worked out perfectly for the wedding we attended as well as a few quick trips to the beach. I would definitely stay there again.
