This home was as described. Very comfortable. Jessy was great to work with. Would stay here again.

The home was beautiful great location near lots of restaurants bars shopping The house was awesome we had 5 couples everyone had bedroom/ bathroom - it was clean and spacious - the pool was clean - the neighborhood was ok - the house next door has this large black thing in backyard so the view was not great across -Few cons were there was only 2 small dish clothes and no spices at all ( ie salt pepper) only one garbage bag and towels in bathrooms were dingy looking need to be updated - the first night we were eaten alive by bugs and would have been nice had the owners suggested bringing bug spray or had some outdoor citronella candles to keep bugs away! communication with owners was probably the worst I have ever had - prior to trip I sent several notes and some never got response or long time before received All the VRBO I ever rented before always had great communication and the owner would Pass along useful information -the directions we received from the owner had that there was a Kmart on the street to turn down to get to the property and there is no Kmart it’s a Winn Dixie now - owners need to communicate better update the towels and have more dish towels we were told to wash 2-3 loads of laundry before leaving but no laundry detergent was provided -if you expect guests to do laundry then provide soap -there are sprinkles in the cupboard that smell old but yet no salt pepper very strange

This property is a must if you are thinking of staying in the Florida Keys. Beautiful, spacious, updated, clean and so much to do. From the pool to the pool table my family kept busy and had a blast.

The house is beautiful but there is not enough things for 12 people. One chair was missing at the dining table, there was not enough forks and knives. All the dishes except for the cups were plastic and not microwave safe. We had to buy wine glasses. The distance to the beach is ok, but for younger people. Is was to far to walk for my parents in the 80-90 degrees heat. The beach is dirty because of algae , and I don’t know if it’s being cleaned daily. Also from the description I was under impression that the house is by the marina. It’s not. These are minor issues though. The house was very clean and our stay overall was pleasant.

Blue Paradise is an outstanding property with many amenities! This home was immaculately clean and provided for a wonderful week with friends. I have stayed at this location in two consecutive years and simply love it from a relaxation standpoint. Wonderful and friendly neighborhood close to all the fun places. Highly recommend.

The home was perfect for our group of 5 couples. The heated pool was amazing and the outdoor kitchen was great for evening meals. The house was clean, beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Great location for walks to the beach and close enough to rent a shuttle van to take us all to Key West for the day/evening. Jessy was amazing to work with and her communication was great!

Our visit in December was fabulous! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. It is well stocked and appears to be well taken care of. Very clean too! We had 4 couples and an en-suite in every bedroom. This house has it all. We spent most of our time in the outdoor living spaces. We took a Bluetooth projector to watch movies and games at night outside. Jessy was amazing, prompt and pleasant with every question we had for her. Can’t wait to go back!

The house is awesome with plenty of room for 10 to 12 people. The outside kitchen worked out very well. The pool temperature was comfortably warm.

The house was perfect for our needs and we had a great time. The pool and game area was a huge plus and Sombrero Beach is within walking distance. Would love to stay again!

cannot say enough good things about our stay! house was beautiful. we had 11 in our group including 3 teenage boys. the downstairs bedroom was perfect for them. they had plenty of room including their own bathroom with a large shower. great place to stay!!

The property was beautiful just as described it had plenty of space and room for us to do things together or have our own quiet time. The outdoor kitchen was a hit with the males to cook for us! We will definitely be going back to this property again. Jessie Was wonderful with communication with us and thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home.

Clean, close to beach and accommodations were perfect .

This house was extremely clean, and very roomy. The outside game area, outdoor kitchen and pool area was perfect. We spent pretty much the entire time in that area. It has everything you need to entertain. The floor and outdoor steps do get slick in the morning from the moisture. So be careful!! That was our only concerns. But we would for sure stay here again and the property was maintained extremely well and we loved it! Great location and quick 5 minute walk to beach and close to all the attractions in Marathon. Also, it was a quick 45 minute drive into the keys. We took a day trip there during our stay.

Our family stayed for the holiday break and loved the home and it’s layout. Plenty of room for all nine of us. Definitely would rent again.

The house was great. Offered a lot of great amenities and plenty of space for our party of 10. Walking distance to the beach and great communication from the property manager.
