Sehr sauber und zentrale Lage. Allerdings muss man wissen, dass man am Rand des kritischen Bahnhofsviertels wohnt. Für unsere Zwecke war die Lage perfekt. Hand- und Badetücher sowie ein guter Fön sind vorhanden.

Der Verdunklungsrolladen direkt neben dem Bett war nicht vorhanden. Dadurch, dass nirgends zu erkennen ist, dass es Hand- und Badetücher gibt, konnten wir das Fenster mit den eigen mitgebrachten Badetüchern abhängen. Mir wäre es allerdings lieber gewesen, vorher zu wissen, dass ich die Badetücher nicht mitschleppen muss. Diese Auskunft konnte mir nicht mal die Hotline geben. Zudem finde ich 4 Gabeln etcimmer ein bisschen knapp bemessen. Damit brauche ich dann auch keine Spülmaschine.

Il giorno della partenza non è stato possibile lasciare i bagagli nella struttura in quanto non tutti i giorni è presente lo staff.

Wir waren am Wochenende da. Es gibt vor Ort keinen Ansprechpartner, alles funktioniert digital. Wir hatten zweimal Probleme mit den Schlüsselkarten, dabei wurde uns aber beide Male mit Geduld freundlich geholfen und sinnvolle Lösungen gefunden. Danke nochmal an Marco!

The place was clean and the staff were really nice. The apartment is also really well-equipped and can't complain about the location.

We stayed in July so the temperature in the room was a bit high, also it was noisy outside when opening the windows.

Once we upgraded to the larger room, we appreciated the closet space and the cross-breeze from the front and back windows. The staff are very pleasant.

Literally everything else. The location is dangerous (I was assaulted twice); our first room was small and stuffy and had black mold; the cleaning staff doesn’t do floors and shows up randomly and then gets mad if you need them to wait a little while to clean; bike storage is loaded with cockroaches. We tried to leave, but because it was non-refundable through booking.com, our only option was to pay extra for a larger room.

The room was a good size and was clean. Easy walking distance to most sights.

The check-in experience was awful. The property looks like an abandoned building from the front and as we arrived on a train earlier than expected, my 6 & 9 year old and I (and our luggage) waited outside in the drizzling rain til the electronic key finally worked at 3.00. There was no signage inside that there was a lift, so we hauled our suitcase up 3 flights of stairs (only to find there was a lift after all - just in an unsigned, unlit side room behind a heavy door at ground level). The hallways and stairs were in darkness unless we moved. It was creepy. In the whole time we were there, a slamming door sound was the only other sign the building had any other inhabitants. Otherwise it felt like being alone in an abandoned building with no people around. 2 windows had nothing but net curtains so the bright street lights lit up the room all night. Even with the windows shut, the traffic noise was considerable. The aircon didn't work - we had it set on low and tried with low / med/ high fan speed - but it was stuffy and hot (and opening the windows wasn't an option overnight if we hoped to have any sleep). The bathroom lights flickered on and off. This was our first time visiting Frankfurt and we were looking forward to "#Staying with Friends" who might make us feel welcome and give us some tips for sightseeing. Instead we got a faceless building with no people, fully automated machines (and poor signage which meant a LOT of work lugging a suitcase up to the 3rd floor) and dark hallways. I would have appreciated a human to welcome us and give us tips on the sights of Frankfurt. No-one answered on the phone number, nor did anyone respond to email. In a whole month of travelling around Europe, this was by far the most depressing (or rather, only depressing) stay we encountered.
