the bungalow was lovely, fully equipped.

Location was tucked away behind a metal fence very close to other properties.

Cottage self contained, two bedrooms for two old (school) friends, great kitchen and lounge area. close to a fast charger at the nearby supermarket, for my EV. Loved the coffee machine!

Hard to cool the bedrooms down and the bedding was too hot for summer. Quite a bit of traffic noise at night. Not exactly central to Napier CBD, but a good place to explore Hawkes Bay.

Nice size with well equipped kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Nice furnishings and comfy beds.

Right next to a motel where the customers use the table which is immediately outside one of bedroom windows. Table is used first thing in the morning and last thing at night which isn’t helpful for an early night or lay in.

Very comfortable beds and couches. Very clean. Lots of towels. Flexible checkout.

Had two days without Wi-Fi as it would not work. Someone did try to help us on Sunday morning but it still wouldn’t connect so I had to hotspot from my phone data to do work which was not ideal. Also had problems with the sky remote not working properly.

Lovely neat little home away from home.

The carpet is new and the beds were comfy. The property was clean and there were loads of towels etc.

The property is on the same site as a residential lodge. The property is contained within a long run steel fence on that site. The allocated parking space is part of a larger car park. We were woken by somebody vomiting outside at 4am and again at 6am by people talking/smoking outside the bedrooms.

Property was Very tidy and clean.

Couldn't remember the lock box number on departure - also early risers from the next door lodge were noisy having conversations at 5am

We had such a lovely time. The beds were cosy and there was a washing machine and dryer available as well.

Our only complaint was the neghbours/owners family at the parkside hotel outside every morning and late at night yelling at their children, swearing and slamming car doors etc which was quite disruptive but not in association with this stay.

The whole place was very well maintained. There were a lot of kitchen utensils that made cooking very easy. The bathroom amenities were also well stocked. There was a BBQ grill but we never had the chance to use it.

There was only 3 chairs for the dining room area, having 4 would be ideal. The cooling/heating unit was not sufficient for the whole house, so the 2 fans in the rooms were quite useful. A rubbish bin for the bathroom would also be appreciated.

when you arrive at the lodge it is quite off putting but once inside the cottage it is great.

Large area , like complete house with outdoor deck you could sit at. Well provided with cooking needs.

Was enclosed behind a fence, which felt a little prison like. Fence was there to provide some privacy from accompanying residence next door.
