The property is an 8 min drive to South Jetty/the hot pocket (aka Mothers Beach). The unit was well equipped and the kitchen was nicely labeled to make things easy to find. We had a few hiccups during our stay (couldn’t get in one day; water stopped) which can happen; but Johnny was so great and easy to talk to really not a big deal at all as it was all immediately handled. The unit is very cute and comfortable. Internet worked great - I was able to work from here while the kids were in surf camp. Great experience, we’d definitely return.

We stayed for a couple of nights for the 2022 Christmas holiday and had a great time!

The house is perfect! It has everything you need for a great beach stay. The backyard is huge & private. Very quiet & serene! We are already planning another trip here!

We had a great time here. This house is large & clean, conveniently located. I think it's even more attractive than the pictures show- nice remodel. Kitchen is great!

Just as good as the pictures show. Really great to relax, plenty of space and clean. Less than 10 min walk to the beach. Would come again.

The property is amazing! Super location to the beach, lots of good access to parks, restaurants etc. The backyard is perfect for family and my grandsons loved the sandbox! Such a bonus! We would definitely stay again!

Johnny's place is totally and beautifully remodeled, and it was done with quality and style. My family of four enjoyed our stayed there very much. The house comes with games, bikes, boogie boards, electric scooters, ping pong table, big screen TVs .... etc to keep your whole family entertained. The nice backyard is like a mini private resort; very relaxing! I highly recommend it.

Johnny's house was clean and stocked everything we needed for our stay. It was exactly as what it was described. On the day we arrived, Johnny greeted us at the entrance and showed us how to use the keyless door lock. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time there.

Beautiful house! Clean and excellent communication. Lots to do at the house kept our kids busy. Walking distance to beach and a local park!

Everything was so clean and it had everything you could possibly need. So much thought was put into providing for a family to stay there. We were so impressed!

This place was perfect from start to finish! The pictures are a wonderful representation of the property. Beautiful and easy home layout for family and friends to enjoy a quiet time away. So much to do for entertainment in the home, we never even left to go to the beach! The hosts were so kind with very detailed guides, directions and suggestions and very quick to respond to any questions. Looking forward to our next visit ASAP! Thanks again for everything!

The back yard is so nicely set up for kids and adults to hang in an enclosed space, with a dining table, sand pit, pingpong and small grassy area, which is rare for this part of town! The kitchen island is the envy of kitchen islands everywhere. It's a great spot that has something for both the kiddos and adults to enjoy.

Property was just as advertised. Clean and easy to use. The kids loved all the games provided.

Bunk room with video game, shuffle board, outdoor fire pit. Very clean, newer house with nice interior decor. Two electric scooters are a big bonus.

This Duplex unit is newly renovated and is exactly what the pictures reflect online, very nicely appointed. It has a upstairs tenant with shared driveway parking, two parking spots are allocated for the unit. The property had numerous upgrades, video games, shuffle board etc. and was very clean with the exception that the dishes and glasses had heavy soap deposits? The only other downfalls that we noted was the entry was located in such a manner that every time you entered or existed you had little to no privacy. This was primarily because you faced two units next door that had a full view of their living rooms and the occupants inside. We thought that some kind of privacy fence or barrier would have been very nice so you didn’t see the neighbors and vice versa numerous times daily. The fully fenced backyard was beautiful, however for some reason it did not have a gate to secure it? We had our grandkids visit a few times and had to chase one of them down because there was no gate... Again, overall very, very nice duplex unit, it looked almost brand new...

The property is spacious, well decorated, very clean and organized, and extremely family friendly. The amenities had us never wanting to leave the house - except to walk less than 10 minutes to a gorgeous beach. We loved the outdoor entertaining area for roasting s'mores as the kids enjoyed the sandbox. This really was the perfect place to spend a vacation together, Thank you Johnny and family!
