It's a nice property connected to the MGM Grand by along walk way. The room was just as pictured and there was a very nice view of the strip and the mountains from the balcony. The bathroom was also spacious with a separate room for the toilet.

The suite was exactly as advertised and didn’t disappoint! In Vegas for a business convention, and it was perfect! You were both wonderful, informative hosts, throughout the months that I had all the questions!! We will definitely be back!

Great location, will definitely stay again
This is our 1st time staying at the MGM Signature and we would definitely do it again. The unit was exactly as described, high floor, amazing view. We were able to see several fireworks off in the distance for July 4th. The unit was clean and fully stocked with kitchen items. We cooked breakfast in the room every day, which we loved. There were a few questions/concerns about the room and the owner was super responsive and helpful. They also have on-site maintenance available (for example, the safe was locked upon arrival, maintenance arrived in minutes to fix). We were in Tower 1 which was the most convenient for main pool, casino and restaurants. Check in was super easy, getting taxi/car service was a little more challenging than at the main casino entrance, so plan ahead for that. Either leave with plenty of extra time or plan to walk through the casino to the main resort entrance. There was no additional towel service for our 3 day stay (not surprising as we have stayed in timeshares/VRBOs before), but good to know if you are expecting "hotel" daily service. There were no excess washcloths for our family of 4 and only 2 extra bath towels, so be careful that your kids don't just throw towels on the floor! If there was anything I would recommend it would be to have better quality towels, especially since they have to be re-used over several days; however I don't think this is in control of the owner, I believe this is probably provided by the housekeeping service, so I am sure it is the same for all the VRBO units. I would definitely be happy to work with these owners again on a future stay!

This room at Signature MGM is a greeat location for LVCC or Sands tradeshows and everything you would want for an easy stay. Starbucks right downstairs.

Very nice
The property is gorgeous and located just behind the MGM Grand. The location makes it a short walk to the strip. The room is spacious and it had a balcony. The kitchen is an efficiency with a small fridge and tiny stove. Contact housekeeping for silverware.
But there are no pots/pans. The microwave was handy. If you are looking for a studio or apartment feel, then you should book here. If you are wanting to be right on the strip, choose the MGM. The pool was open, but you have to get on the list early. Otherwise, the owners are helpful and attentive. I didn't need anything. But she checked to make sure everything was good upon arrival and throughout my stay. I would book here again. Thank you!

Short stay
Made a quick trip Vegas for a family event and found this property perfect for our time there. The kitchenette was perfect for our needs and a call to housekeeping for dishware had us enjoying our breakfast in no time. Very clean, comfortable room. But be aware the Tower valet service might not be available.

Nice spot a few blocks down from the strip
Check-in process was simple and easy. Noticed w few dirt spots on furniture and jacuzzi jets need cleaning from probably not being used in a while. The balcony view does not face the strip but view is still nice.

Great building / location
We stayed here for our elopement. The building is connected to the MGM Grand, which makes it easy to access the strip. Staff in the building were very accommodating and the owners were very responsive to all of our questions.

Great atay
Very nice great stay great view nice people wonderful room. The cleaning people don’t do such a good job I had to go under the bed after dropping something and seen a lot of crumbs and food under the bed like they haven’t vacuumed under it in months. (Isn’t the renter fault) Other then that great experience clean comfortable.

Everything you need!
We love this location. You have everything you need available to you. The unit is clean and comfortable. If you want to cook a meal you have everything you need. It’s part of MGM without the additional fees. You have access to all of the MGM amenities but also your own private things as well. We will definitely be back!

Just go - it’s perfect
So if you want the perfect Las Vegas stay, reserve Louis and Marie’s condo! With all the hotel options, we questioned our choice but could not have been more pleased...and thrilled we didn’t have to battle a noisy frantic casino hotel lobby. Check in was a piece of cake with helpful valet and attendants and friendly quick reception hosts.
The location was literally a block off the strip and right on the monorail line. The uncrowded private pool was beautiful and directly out the back door of the condo building. The exercise facility was also in the building and had new equipment and plenty of it and also uncrowded. A really nice Top Golf was a 250 ft walk away!
The condo was super clean and exactly as advertised. The view of the strip off the balcony was very cool and a perfect place for coffee or a drink! The furnishings were comfy and we didn’t need a thing that wasn’t provided.
Marie and Louis were great, extremely responsive and helpful hosts. They definitely are three steps ahead of the typical VRBO hosts. Highly recommend their place and we’ll be back for sure.

Business Trip Breeze
Traveling for business and looking for a location close to the MGM conference center that would not require me to wait in line 45 minutes each morning at Starbucks. Not only was this unit close, I was able to make my own coffee and breakfast every morning before heading to work for the day. No casino smoke day and day out. Clean and super easy to communicate with owners. I will be back!

Nice Room with a Great View of vegas
Very nice room with all the amenities including access to all the MGM resort. Property owners were great. Loved the balcony view & the kitchenette especially having a frig. Room had plenty of space, fairly comfortable bed & a huge bathroom with both a shower & whirlpool tub. A bit of a walk just to get to the resort Casino, "the district" & even out to the strip but was nice & quiet & not smokey like over in the hotel wings. An overall better value for your money than with the regular hotel room stay. Would definitely recommend if you plan to stay in the MGM Grand resort complex.

Perfect size kitchenette for cocktails, light fair and reheating leftovers.
The balcony has a wonderful view of the strip.
The seating area was very relaxing for socializing with wine and cheese.
The bed was very comfortable, not too soft and not too hard.
The saltwater pool is so relaxing. Just wish the hot tub was open past 4pm
It’s great having Starbucks in the lobby.

Las Vegas Getaway
My wife and I wanted to spend Thanksgiving in Vegas this year and are so happy to have found this beautiful property. Not only was the condo well appointed but the location was absolutely perfect for us. The building is attached to the MGM Grand via a short indoor walkway so it was a breeze to come and go at any time. Overall we had a wonderful weekend and cannot wait to come back in the future.

The views are great from this apartment. The place is very clean and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It's a close walking distance to the Strip and the Uber pick is just minutes away.

Fabulous suite with balcony and a relatively good view of the strip. Room had a kitchenette, large bathroom, jetted tub and separate shower. So much better than having a basic hotel room. Be warned, there is a lot of walking in Vegas. This unit is in Tower 1, which is close to the elevator and the walkway that connects to the MGM Grand. I mention this because it is a huge plus at the end of a long day of walking. The unit was clean and well taken care of. The kitchenette was stocked with dishes. We would definitely book this unit again.
