Alles hat uns gefallen. Das Haus ist super schön eingerichtet. Der kleine Pool ist toll zum Abkühlen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage, nahe Alt-Platanias, abseits der großen Straße ist perfekt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen.

The property was amazing. Beautifully set out, immaculate and very pretty around the pool area. It had everything you could ask for and more. George the host was amazing too, checking everthing was ok every other day. I could of stayed there for a lot longer. Would definately recommend it.
There was nothing i didnt like about the property. The only little thing was that it was up hill.

We liked the feeling that you were in the heart of a small community. The hosts were lovely but not intrusive. The property has been renovated very nicely and the plunge pool a rare extra for a small place. The sun terrace gets plenty of sun but there is also shade. Whilst the village was small, there were many restaurants virtually on the doorstep and we ate well every night. A 10 minute walk to the very good beach of Platanias. Small village shop (essentials only) literally next door. You do need reasonable fitness levels as the village is up a steep incline - but you get the views as a reward!
Nothing we didn’t like. The only suggestions for improvement would be to have some washing up liquid to hand (though there is a small dishwasher) and perhaps a knob or handle to more easily close the front door.

Appartamento bellissimo, dotato di tutto il necessario, zona relax all’esterno molto riservata con piscina con idromassaggio per rinfrescarsi, puf/lettini comodissimi. Proprietario gentilissimo e super disponibile, pulizia e cura della casa titti i giorni. A due minuti a piedi dalla via principale.

The house is full of character - in a town full of touristy things, Cretan Soul is a beautifully and thoughtfully designed place located up the hill in the old village. The architectural touches throughout really made it feel special and somewhat removed from the outside world. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast outside in the mornings. George (the owner) was fantastic and was immediately available anytime we had a question.

This property was immaculate. Everything was perfect. Beautifully modern space with loads of space, and everything you need for your stay. The outdoor space is ideal, with a small pool and sun lounges, plus space to dine out of the sun. The property was incredibly clean, and was cleaned daily by a lovely and generous housekeeper. The hosts were so kind and welcoming, leaving fresh fruit and local produce at the place for us and checking in regularly to see if we needed anything. The bathroom and bedrooms are huge, the air con works very well, and there is a washing machine, dishwasher, tv and lounges. Would recommend this property 10/10

Located in the historic old hillside village but the most modern and well equipped property with a splash pool and cool interior due to excellent insulation

Absolutely everything here was fantastic. The incredibly friendly owner who greeted us and regularly (but not too regularly!) was around to check everything was okay, bring us fresh things or tidy the property.
It looks every bit as good in reality as in the pictures. We spent 9 nights here and it was some of the most relaxing and comfortable days we have had. The property is renovated to feel rustic and traditional but with all things one would expect from a boutique modern place.
We stayed in October/November so our weather was mixed but the place was perfect for the rainy days and the sunny ones.
I cannot say enough nice things about this place and the owner. We will likely be back to Crete and Platanias simply to stay at this beautiful home.
Also Agioklima restaurant is a stones throw from the property where we ate twice because the food, style and price was so great 😉

I absolutely love that you didn't find TVs in every single room. Only 1 in the whole property.... This for me was a plus! Our children played and enjoyed time together without being Infront of the TV.
The beds were so comfortable, rooms cool.

Everything was just perfect! Probably the nicest place I've ever been to. There was a cold wine for us in a fridge and delicious snack in the oven :) AMAZING PLACE, AMAZING PEOPLE
