My family of 4 had a great time in Cape Charles and this was a perfect home base for the week. The home was as described and depicted in the photos. Neighborhood was very peaceful and friendly. It was quite warm and humid during our stay, and the AC in the house was more than up to the task keeping it very cool and comfortable. A trip to the main street in town took just a few minutes on the rented golf cart. The house was well equipped with various cookware and dishes and there was plenty of room to spread out. The private beach is small, but very convenient. We split time between that and the main beach in town. We would stay again without hesitation

We got together in Cape Charles for a wedding at my sister’s house nearby. The hosts were incredibly nice to work with and have a beautiful and spacious house located in a great location in Cape Charles. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon!

Family (4 adults) one child had a seasonally chilly but delightful experience at beautiful Seablues! Exceptionally clean and well-equipped, charming high end decor, great location - easy walk to beach! Clear prompt contact with hosts. Love Cape Charles all year round! Highly recommend!

Loved the location. House has everything you will need to prepare meals. Kitchen great! Plenty of dishes, pans, utensils! Owners great with communication. Would highly recommend this place if you entourage go to Cape Charles.

This house is beautifully decorated, well-appointed and well-organized. The kitchen equipment is the best I've ever seen in a vacation rental. We all had a great time.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The owners were great at being available if needed. The house was clean, organized and very comfortable. The screened in porch was a great hangout area. The house had everything we needed and then some. Close access to the private beach and it was nice having pool access. Definitely would stay again!

We loved the home. It was clean, comfortable, great location, and had everything we needed. The hosts were easily accessible and went above and beyond. Great experience!

The house is pretty and the layout was great. We enjoyed the house and had a great stay. There was plenty of room for the bride and bride's maids to get ready and we had room for small family gatherings after rehearsal and the reception. Downside was the amount asked for us to do for clean up and mosquitoes are terrible. That should be on the page to bring spray etc. The house is beautiful, beds are comfortable, kitchen is nice, several different gathering spaces for connecting in a smaller group or solo time. It's a beautiful area and community. I wish we had more time to ride bikes. Fyi Water pressure is weak but i guess typical for some coastal communities. We never ran out of hot water!!! The light in the island is too low which makes it hard to work around and the bulb needs replacement. Possible a preference but everyone said the same thing when they say it. For the older fokes, they wanted an elevator like houses in Santa Rosa Beach, fl. They managed but difficult. They did not stay at the house. That would have been too hard.

The house was exactly as advertised. It certainly was fully equipped for anything that we needed. It is furnished very nicely and slept 8 very comfortably. We would definitely recommend this to anyone for a great stay in Cape Charles.

This was our opportunity for a family reunion that had been delayed due to the pandemic. The cousins really had a wonderful time together. There was plenty of gathering space and more “alone space”. The kitchen (the hub) was terrific! The beach is close by and the wonderful historic town is walkable or an easy cart ride. The play ground in Central Park was appreciated by the kids, 2, 6, 6, and 9.

Loved our stay in Cape Charles . The house and neighborhood are beautiful! A cute town with an old time feel. We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seablues. The house was well stocked and clean and comfortable not to mention the perfect location in Cape Charles. I would highly recommend this property to family and friends.

This beautiful house was well stocked with everything we needed and more. We loved beaching during the day, napping on the screened in porch in the afternoon, and lounging in the comfy living area in the evening. We rented a golf cart and brought our bikes and we’re able to get downtown in just minutes. Everyone in our crew from the 4 year old to the 40 year old thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Owners were very responsive and went out of their way to be helpful to us.

We spent two weeks here and had a wonderful stay. We are a family of 5 - kids are 6,3, and infant. The setup of the house was great for the kids to play with lots of space for adults to hang out. The home was clean, very kid friendly, and well stocked! The beds were super comfortable, which we find rare in rentals. We could walk to the beach each day and every evening for the sunset (which is also visible from the top floor). We have stayed in a lot of other rentals in CC and definitely recommend this one!

This house had all the amenities, and was close to everything - the beach, pool, and town. Having a deck on each of the 3 floors was a wonderful feature.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was like a home away from home. Two families of 4 slept and played comfortably. Every accommodation you can thunk of, steps from the beach, near Great food. Only issue the AC is broken or disabled. Only hot air blows out, the property managers tried to make it seem reasonable but it is not, I shouldn't have to work this hard to be cool. They gotta fix their system especially as the summer nears. We turned off the entire system and just opened all the windows.

First of all, the location of the house was perfect. The Beach is about a two minute walk. The layout of the house is an invitation to relax. The esthetic of the house is beautiful as well as the balcony view. My family and I made wonderful memories this Christmas at Cape Charles. Thank you for understanding! We will be back that’s for sure!

This home was lovely- clean, well-appointed, comfortable, and exactly as advertised in pictures. The owners were very helpful and made themselves available to answer our questions. We had a wonderful stay, and would do so again!

We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend with another family. This property had everything you might need from kitchen supplies (tin foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, every cooking utensil you can think of, dish soap, dust pan/broom etc.) to bathroom and laundry supplies. WiFi was great. The general decor and furniture was modern and comfortable. It's a pretty house in a great gated community steps from the private beach. Loved the ceiling fan in the screened-in porch and the "crow's nest" top floor. Great for sunrise and sunset viewing. We would definitely come again!

The house was extremely well appointed and beautiful! We loved walking around Cape Charles and exploring all that it had to offer! The home owners were very easy to reach and extremely helpful throughout our stay!! We will definitely be back next year!
