Very clean and the location couldn't have been better!

Clean place with great location in the city. Right next to the highway and Buckeye's no noticeable noise from the highway. We liked how the garage separates the duplex.

The bed sleeps better than my bed at home. The only thing tht I would change is a ceiling fan in the bed rooms. Five star all the way from me!

Great location! House was nice and simple just what we needed for us and our dogs. Good size yard for dogs!

The property worked well for our stay which included our 3 dogs. Having a back yard was an important feature. The proximity to stores, restaurants and downtown New Braunfels was very nice. Our stay overall was enjoyable.

It was a great short stay! Loved the backyard for dogs, and the location was convenient. There were not as many amenities included as others I have stayed at, and the address didn’t pull up the exact location on my gps. I think updating the entry method with an electronic keypad would be a nice touch. Overall, I think it’s a good place for the nightly rate.

The property was very clean and more spacious then expected. It was very quiet, as well. Debra was so fast to reply whenever we had a question. Highly recommend!

We loved the location. We were concerned if it was going to be to far from floating the river and it wasn’t. It was close to everything and when we were done with the river crew we could go back to our cozy place. It was very clean! Debra’s place has everything that you would need in the kitchen. Def will stay here again when we come down again!

We have stayed here before on business and will book to stay here every time we are in town. Clean, easy access and a pleasure to stay at.

We had a fantastic three day weekend at this duplex. Debra is a wonderful host. Helpful from first communication. She is quick and responsive to all communications. She had the home ready for our arrival and everything was clean and neat. The yard was great bonus area to relax in The only word of caution is the driveway is steep so just be careful and thoughtful when walking All in all we could not have asked for a better experience. We had a small incident (our fault) during the stay and Debra was extremely helpful and understanding. We would stay there again if ever in New Braunfels. The location is close to everything, the meat market across the street had everything we needed and Uber was convenient. If you are looking for a great 2 bedroom rental we would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed.

We booked this last minute and it was perfect for our family of 6 and the furbabies!! We will stay here again next trip!!

A real good location About 15 mins to where ever you won’t to go and a real good meat market and store across the street we had a lot of fun will stay there again

Right off the highway really close to everything. Duplex was clean as was as described. Back yard was a bonus.

At first I was concerned about the geography of the location but it is perfectly placed for convenience and the home smelled like my grandmas house which flooded me with nostalgia upon entering. I loved my stay there as everything was clean and the beds and couches so comfy. Above all Debra was a saint.

Everything was great, the property was very clean and backyard was perfect for my granddog Willow! My daughter and I will definitely be staying again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for my husband and I with our dogs. Super clean and centrally located. We felt very at home and were able to visit with my grand baby. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Super comfy bed too! I would stay again for sure.
