We loved this spacious house in Bayeux for our family of 6! They even adjusted the be configuration for us, and the staff of the hotel that manages the house was always available for what we needed, from getting a taxi to letting us borrow an iron when we needed it. It was in a great spot to walk to everything in Bayeux, even to and from the train station! It was also so cool to wake up and see the cathedral outside my bedroom window.

We were not able to get the stove to work for us, and there was some nearby dog that would howl and screech at various times of the day and night. Hopefully that dog was just belonging to another guest and not a permanent resident!

we liked the location which was convenient to the train station and town centre. It was self contained and everything was working fine.

it was a bit cold for us with no heating turned on even though it was quite cold at night and the flooring was really cold - bring socks! The stairs are a bit steep and we left our heavy luggage downstairs.

The location was fantastic - with a view of the cathedral. The house was clean and had enough space for us all.

The person we collected the keys from didn't understand what we had booked, including the car parking arrangements. The electrical sockets were very loose in some rooms.

Location is amazing and Bayeux is wonderful! Staff at the hotel, a few doors down, where you collect the key, are lovely and very helpful. Beds very comfortable, view of cathedral is wonderful! Bathroom modern and shower is lovely. Spacious house, close to everything. Restaurants a short walk. Cathedral is very close, parking free on street, if you can find one, or hotel charges to park behind. Close to DDay beaches great for exploring! Would stay here again.

We liked this house, so did our children, but it needs a few pictures on the walls in toilets, bit of TLC, decor a bit dated. A lamp needed in the lounge. For the price and for 1 night, it was suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Kitchen needs seriously updating to bring it in line with bathroom and more plug sockets. Felt a bit unmanaged.

great location. staff was very helpful and pleasant. large bedrooms and a new modern shower and sink.

Kitchen was so dirty that I was uncomfortable cooking in it. also the 2 toilet areas need to be updated and cleaned and renovated. One living room chair also very stained. because of these dirty areas I would not rent again until updated.

The location was superb ,hosts very friendly and helpful.Well equipped kitchen but a pair of oven gloves would have been useful. Great to be able to park outside the property.. In all a fantastic stay and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bayeaux. Thank you, Ian , Marina &Bill.

Very strategically located, close to all major POIs, yet adequately away from the noise of the market.

Private car parking could have been better. I had problems while parking my car each time. Despite a notice in front of the house, every other person parks their car right in front of the gate, making it difficult to find another parking in the vicinity. There is adequate parking around the area, but for those with kids it could be a bit of a walk after a long journey by car.

Location is amazing, there is a view of the cathedral from 2 of the bedrooms. The city center and many restaurants are an easy walk just around the corner. Most of the Omaha Beach attractions are within a 30 minute drive of the apartment. Utah Beach and many other “D day” locations are within a 45 minute drive. La Mont St Michel is just over an hour away. There are also several museums in town. The owners are great people and went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. They are also very knowledgeable about the area and it’s history. The apartment is in a historic building and the interior is remodeled nicely, especially the bathroom. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware. There is plenty of room for 7 or 8 people.

Some areas could use some fresh paint but overall it was a great value for the price.
