For a family vacation with 7 adults and 2 children, this property was perfect. We had plenty of room for everyone. The home is beautifully decorated, was well stocked, and very clean. With the heat, the pool was a welcome break. The kids enjoyed the kayaks. This home is close to the beach, shopping, grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants. What a memorable vacation.

Comfortable and very relaxing

We are a family of 10, all adults, five couples. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the home, pool, local area, and beach. The house was spotless and well-equipped. The downstairs bedroom needed more places to hang and unpack our stuff; we made due. Adding hooks to the walls and the back of the door all over the house would help. The owner let us know that a sliding glass shower door broke, and a new one was on order. The temporary curtain rod fell several times, but no big deal. The HVAC in the upper floors kicked off; the owner had someone out the same day to attend to it. Maybe adding TVs to all the Bedrooms, in case folks are used to having one, would be nice. We bought several beach chairs, umbrellas, and floats and left them for the next guest. It may be time to replace them, as several were broken. We found the coolers the day before we checked out under the sink downstairs. This was a 4.5-star stay, but it would take very little to get it to a solid 5-star accommodation. We just stayed the week of Christmas and it was perfect! The owner was very responsive and helpful with booking different reservations and telling us fun things to do with the kids. The location is great. It’s less than a half a mile to sombrero beach and there is a nice park there and tons of parking if you don’t want to walk. There are a handful of beach chairs provided. It was a little over a mile to Publix and sandal factory. My brothers rented a boat and the dock was perfect for that. We would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing TG week at this property. Beautifully kept and decorated property with a boat dock and a half mile walk to a white sand beach. House feels brand new. Top quality and well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and easily fitted our two families of four adults and six kids/ teens. I would have no hesitation in recommending and hope to return again. Communication with Julie was helpful prompt, friendly and professional. I live in Miami and often come to the keys and this is the nicest property we have stayed at. No need to look any further !

This vacation rental accommodated our family of nine perfectly. Our married children and grandchildren each had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The décor was beautiful!

We had a wonderful time staying at the beautiful home. The kids enjoyed the pool everyday and the beach was very close. The elevator was very handy for suitcases. The view from the deck was breathtaking you will never get tired of the beauty. I would highly recommend this home. We had ages for 73-8 and it was perfect. The only small negative I wish they had provided simple things like salt and Pepper we bought groceries but never thought to get them because it had always been provided anywhere we had rented before. A very minor detail . You won’t regret staying here.

My husband and I took our 3 girls and another family to stay in Marathon. This place was amazing! Great location! We rented a boat for the week, so having the private dock on a canal was amazing. A short walk to Sombrero beach. And the pool with the kids was fabulous! Would stay here again! The owners were awesome and communicated very quickly!

Very clean, great location (near Publix and the beach), excellent host that is easy to communicate with. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. Running/biking path right outside. We rented a boat and the dock was perfect - great fishing not far off shore. Go to Irie Island Eats for the best food!

We woke up each morning with the most beautiful view to enjoy as we breakfasted on a very comfortable deck. The house is elegantly decorated with all the comforts of home. Great pool, easy access to water and kayaking, great security system! Laundry facilities were convenient, too. We are a group of retired (except one) friends who wanted a Florida Keys adventure during our cold winter months and could not have been more happy with this condo in Marathon. It met our needs in every way and the elevator was a real bonus. The layout afforded everyone their own bathroom, the decor was beautiful and the setting was beautiful looking out to the channel from the spacious decks. No doubt we will return and explore more of this beautiful area in the future. The owner was extremely prompt in getting back with me on a few minor issues. This property would be ideal for any type of group as it is centrally located in the Keys making day trips very convenient.

The house was amazing! Short walk to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked compared to most places we’ve stayed. Getting the kayaks and paddleboards in and out at the dock was interesting but made for funny stories and pictures. Loved having our own pool. Would absolutely stay here again!

The home was very nice, with plenty of rooms and places to gather. Kitchen was well equipped, pool is quite small but did the job for our group of six. Location is perfect with easy walk to Sombrero Beach, lots in town in Marathon or drive to Key West or Islamorada to spread out, and ideal for boating with dock and easy access to gulf or ocean.

We have stayed at many Marathon home rentals and this was one of our favorites. We had three elderly individuals with us so the elevator was a lifesaver. The condo is very clean and spacious. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The outdoor patio was well equipped but the bugs made it tough to enjoy at dawn or dusk. Although the pool was small, we used it most days. The heater stopped working twice while we were there but the owner was quick to respond and tell us how to turn it back on. We would absolutely recommend this beautiful condo to others and stay there ourselves again! It’s located very close (walking distance) to Sombrero Beach and a quick drive to the grocery store and restaurants. Don’t hesitate to book it:)

First, let me start by saying that the our great experience with this VRBO rental started with the communication with the property owner, Julie. She was such a pleasure to work with! Initially, I messed up on part of the booking and instead of telling me how to fix it with VRBO she fixed the problem for me by reaching out to them and quickly resolved the issue . Also, I had lots of questions as our trip got closer about Marathon and the property which she thoroughly answered. She is full of lots of good local knowledge! 10 of us stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend and had a great time! We loved the location. We enjoyed our mornings sitting on the balcony overlooking the water and watching the boaters go by. It is easy walking distance to Sombero beach, which is a beautiful beach! Plenty of restaurants near by. Key West is about an hour or so away which made for a great day trip. Be sure to be on the look out for Fred on your way there! The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. It had enough pots, pans and dishes you needed to cook a dinner for a large group. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Also, the pool, kayaks and paddle boards were great too! We definitely took advantage of them! I hope those who follow enjoy there stay as much as we did!

Our group of 9 had a fantastic week staying here. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything you needed and more. Check in and check out were very easy. Would definitely stay her again. Julie offered great communication and easily answered questions and accommodated us.

Great VRBO experience. House was clean and well stocked. Pool and dock were perfect for what we needed. Loved the location near to sombrero beach and short ride to the mouth of sisters creek. Will be a go to house for us in future trips to keys.

The elevator was a definite plus. We loved sitting in the pool overlooking the canal. It has great access to taking a boat out to explore the waters and dine out along the way.
