What a happy house! It's very stylish and super cute. Guests were taking pictures of the interior/exterior (even though the posted photos for the property are spot on). Communication in advance of the trip was great and Andrew met me early for check-in. There was an iPad for running the sound system and other systems in the house were easy to use. The pool and spa were heated to just the right level and we used them daily. All of the supplies were meticulously labelled which was very helpful. Lastly, this property is very close to downtown which is convenient with the jam packed schedule we had planned. I would happyily plan a return trip to this property. - Thanks Andrew!

Wonderful place for a girls weekend. We hung by the pool all day and then could either walk or 3 min Uber to everything downtown! Great location and had everything a group of 5 girls could need!

We had a wonderful time!!! This rental had it all!!! The property was more wonderful than the pictures. The decor was fun but very comfortable and functional! The property manager met us there and went over all the functions of the home. The kitchen was well appointed with all the things we needed to cook. The pool and hot tub are very nice! The patio had nice furnishings with a fire pit too!!! The area that the home is in was very nice and we went on nice walks. This home was convenient to everything just a short drive!! Joshua Tree is a nice day trip! We would definitely rent again if we return to Palm Springs. Thank you so much Andrew for everything.

Beautifully furnished and well stocked with everything you need! We were totally impressed with this home and the attention to detail. Andrew was responsive and available for even the smallest question. We all enjoyed our time at this wonderful home!

We absolutely adored this property and would go back again in a heartbeat. The colorful, modern design made me happy every time we walked through the house. The kids loved playing in the heated pool and my husband and I loved reading by the warm fire pit after the kids went to bed. The kitchen was well-stocked and we had a great time grilling out. We had all of our meals at the outdoor dining table. I've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties over the years, and this one really knocked it out of the park. Thanks!

Andrew was amazing with his response time! House was clean, well stocked with glassware, dishes, plates, paper towels- everything you would need for a weekend away from your personal home. The bedrooms were comfortable and enough towels and room for 7 ladies to bond, laugh, share and reconnect. Spent all day outside in pool and jacuzzi sipping our cocktails! Will definitely be back!

The Colony Hideaway is truly a wonderful escape. Perfectly, clean and outfitted with magical Palm Springs decor! Communication with Andrew was easy and he was very accommodating for our group. This property is close to downtown so we were able to walk to grab coffee, a bite for lunch and shop our hearts away.

We were a group of 30-something gals who wanted to throw an upscale bachelorette party for our friend and this house was perfect! Everything in it was special and had an authentic PS vibe to it. The pool was gorgeous and relaxing, hot tub wonderful at night, and the landscaping was to die for. The host Andrew was super friendly and helpful (he met us in person which was a nice touch) and he seemed genuinely invested in us having a fun trip in addition to making sure we knew how the house worked. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic property. Beautiful home, very comfortable along with sensational landscaping and pool that was the highlight of our Labor Day getaway. Awesome location not far from downtown. A wonderful and memorable stay at this beautiful home! Andrew the manager did an amazing job and was super helpful throughout out our five week stay, though everything was in such great order that we didn't have to call on him much. The kitchen was outfitted with everything that you could possibly need and the home is furnished to perfection. Pool, spa and fire pit were used extensively and the landscaping provides desired privacy. Highly recommended for groups that want to relax in style in a spacious Palm Springs bungalow.

Beautiful mid-century modern property with fun pops of design throughout. I was impressed from the moment I walked in when I saw the clean concrete floors and the vaulted ceiling in the open-plan main area. The property is wrapped by high hedges and gates (sidewalk and driveway) giving a feeling of seclusion, along with lots of windows providing great views of the nearby mountains. The casita was great for working from this property as my family enjoyed the media room or the pool. We all really appreciated the multi-zone air conditioning in the 115F heat. There was plenty of seating (that wing-back chair is great) and the dining chairs were lightweight and easy to manage at meal times. Delivery from downtown was normally about 30 minutes away. When we felt like cooking, the kitchen was well-supplied, including stacks of indoor and outdoor dishes and drink ware, a great 5-burner stove with a griddle (when cooking breakfast for 5, this is a great feature!), and treats like cake pans and decorating supplies. Our kids were a little young to enjoy the supply of games, but they had a great time in the grassy outdoor spaces and by the fire pit. The living and dining space was a TV-free rest area, which encouraged us to talk, to play, or to enjoy the Sonos sound system. The property has sliding glass doors in every room, providing complete access to the outdoors (which was a bit of a worry at first with curious 4-year-olds, an almost-2-year-old, and a pool outside, but it worked out fine; the slider in their room was covered by curtains most of the time). The driveway was even mercifully shaded by the hedges during some of the day. Andrew was fantastic telling me how to operate the property, and the only problem I had was typing the WiFi password correctly!
