We went to the Kenny Chesney concert & stayed at The Record Room & it was absolutely fabulous!! Very very clean and close to everything!! You could walk everywhere!!! Highly recommend this place!

We had a great time at this property. A close walk to everything Broadway has to offer. We had a small issue with the keypad and the property manager was quick and helpful and resolved the issue immediately. We highly recommend this property!

Property was clean, close to all that Nashville has to offer. Decorations and accessaries were perfect. Loved the coffee bar and record player. Beds were comfy and extra mirrors in hallway made 8 girls getting ready for Broadway so easy!

Awesome for big parties! Location was perfect just two blocks from Broadway. The "get ready bar" was perfect for a big group to get ready. All the amenities were wonderful, especially the record player with some great music. Would highly recommend staying here!

INCREDIBLE!!! Our stay was so memorable and the accommodations were impeccable. The location was close to EVERYTHING and the scooters that were available made it easy to travel around the city. My friends couldn’t stop talking about the trip. I think that we will talk about this trip for years to come.

We stayed here with two families - 4 children, including 2 teens. PLENTY of space for everyone. Location is outstanding; can walk to everything but it's enough off of broadway to be removed from the crowds. This is ideal for any trip to Nashville. Plan your parking before arrival to find the best lots for overnight pricing.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and spacious. The glam bar was a perfect space for all the ladies getting ready! Just a short walk to Broadway and Printers Alley. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband & I took our daughters & a couple of their friends to Nashville for a 21st birthday bash! This place was perfect in every way! The second we walked through the door, I knew we chose the right place! The decor was so cool & let me tell you, with 6 girls, the ‘glam’ set up in the hallway was beyond amazing! Between the restroom space & the glam set up, each of them had more than enough room to get ready! The bedroom with the bunk beds was a bit tight but it worked out ok for sleeping purposes. Cleanliness was superb! The location was prime, just a few blocks walking distance from Broadway & steps away from Printers Alley. I’d definite stay here again!

Location, location, location. Next to printers alley, restaurants and lower Broadway. Check in was seamless. The place was clean. Beds were comfortable. Keurig coffee maker and some coffee provided. Would come back to the record room!

Unbelievable location to Broadway and many restaurants and bars! Shopping is a must in this area! The property is more than described! Property manager was an absolute delight to work with! OVER the TOP! Def 5 Stars! We will be staying here again!

We were grandparents, parents and 4 boys ranging from 4 to 15. We really enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and like the atmosphere of all the music. We liked the condo and the kids liked the record player and learning more about it. Thanks for a fun stay. The condo was perfect for us.

There were 10 of us for a 50th bday party! The loft was plenty big with an ideal set up! There were no stones left unturned. Perfect location, walking distance to everything Nashville has to offer. Love the “get ready” area down the hall, liked having the door between toilet/shower (in the middle bathroom) close off so people can use the double sink and mirror while others are showering. Enough bar stools for our party to sit around the kitchen island. Easy in/out access with the door code. Beds were super comfortable, lots of plugs/usb ports. I’d recommend this to anyone, you won’t be disappointed!

The Record Room was a wonderful place to stay in Nashville. Perfect location. Walking distance to Broadway. The property management was above helpful and was available if we needed. I highly recommended staying here. And I plan on my next visit to book again at the Record Room.

If you have a large group and want to be close to the Nashville honky tonk district, this is the spot. Literally 2 short blocks to Kid Rocks bar and the beginning of the strip!! The place itself was clean, nicely done, roomy kitchen/dining area for being right downtown and the rooms/baths were all very nice. We loved it!!!

This property is ideal for everything that you can do in Nashville! We had the best time! It is walking distance to most attractions and a short Uber to some. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The place was clean and all the check in and check out procedures were so easy to follow. We will definitely be back!

This property was perfect for my daughters 21st birthday celebration. Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. Love the wall of mirrors and outlets in the hallway. Gave us plenty of space to get ready. So convenient to all the best restaurants, bars and attractions. I would stay here again!!
