Lovely property, child friendly garden, good views and very friendly hosts. Would highly recommend and defiantly return.

We were due to be at a wedding that was cancelled, and had this property booked for a few of us to stay over (3 couples) i was unable to get hold of the property owner to try to arrange a change of date - i suspect this is because it was listed on VRBO and seemed to have cottages.com (or similar) as the owner - i assume there's too many bits in between you and the owner when using Vrbo as the message system. However, before i checked in i was given details of how to get there - i'd say, aim for Lydney golf course and turn left on the track. It's very simple. We were meeting friends in Chepstow in the evening - which was a £30 taxi back All in all - the property is a perfect size for 3 couples, would definitely recommend, and a good base for walking.
