La proximité le la plage et des rues pietonnes, á 2 minutes á pied. Joli restaurant et restauration correcte. Personnel a l ecoute et serviable. Hotel propre avec du charme.

Hotel, un peu destablisant dés l entree, avec un agencement sur plusieurs niveaux et de longs couloirs. ( parking, au 6 ème étages, bar et spa au 3 ème étage, restaurant a un autre étage... ) Parking cher, places etroites mais indispensable, aucune place pour se garer a l extérieur. Mobilier un peu vieillot, pas de douche mais une baignoire. Le SPA non fonctionnel ( sauna et hamman defectueux..) dommage car nous avons eu deux jours de pluie et aurions apprecié le SPA.

Die Lage war großartig. Die Rutschen sowie die Abendveranstaltungen waren ein Highlight für groß und klein. Das Buffet bietet für jeden etwas an.

Die Pools stanken extrem nach Chlor. In der Anlage haben sich an den Steinwänden große brocken gelöst uns sind fast auf mein Sohn gefallen. An sich merkt man dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist. Überall sind dürftige Ausbesserungsversuche von Baumängeln

ascenseurs à l'arrière vétustes ; toboggans pour enfants pas en service ; piscine extérieur peu ensoleillée au matin (froid) ; all in (pour avoir des cocktails franchement a l'eau, et un pain saucisse, j'aime autant allez en ville!) ; sécurité (on nous a volé le portefeuille lors de notre arrivée (le point que je reproche, est que n'importe qui rentre à l'hotel, surtout au niveau du parking car un passage piéton de promenade, arrive sur le parking de l'hotel!) ; badge des chambres s'est désactivé plusieurs fois (je ne suis pas le seul!) ; bracelet pour le all in mais il faut quand même sa carte de l'hotel pour prendre une boisson prés de la piscine ! , lampe de la terrasse tout le temps allumée la nuit (obligé de fermer les tentures) ET piscine intérieur uniquement sur rendez vous et pendant une heure qu'au matin avec les enfants, d'autre part, très vétuste, on n'y a été qu'une seule fois car déçu...

It was clean and enough for the children. Also the food was good for every type of diet. For fussy eaters and special diets. The front of house were amazing - I would say the best in the hotel due to their hospitality and happiness and also I watched one guy help out the waiting staff by collecting plates and making tables. It was good to see they were helping when the waiters were really busy.

There is an assumption when you arrive that you know where everything is and the rules about the towels and all inclusive section of the bar. The bar staff looked so fed up and unhappy - I don’t know if they are overworked and underpaid or just don’t like their job but they were the most unhappy. In fact I was a little apprehensive about approaching the bar as they spoke to people like we should know about these rules but we had just arrived! They don’t notice how long you have been there or even that my children had been ordering food and drink all week with their wrist bands but asked them on the last day to show them their bands. It was like they hadn’t even noticed us. It’s not a good atmosphere with the bar staff sorry. There was a lady cooking food who was so good at it and felt she could do with a hand. She was courteous and polite always. Nice lady. Night time the entertainment started too late - 10pm is normally chilling out time. It might be better to have entertainment 9-11 or 8-10. It was a good holiday, good location. Food was really good and also the choice of drinks was really good. Just motivate the bar staff and maybe have some of the entertainment staff hold a welcome meeting for new arrivals so we know where everything os and what the rules are about the pool. Even a little tour etc. it would create a better atmosphere and maybe lighten the mood on the bar staff who have to continually explain the rules.
