Location was great. Sweet room with all you need. Friendly owners with good on-line communication.

No aircon.

The owners have done a fantastic job of retaining the feel of a typical Greek property but in a very creative and stylish way. We really appreciated the modern bathroom with its walk-in shower, the beds and bedding were very good and the views from the balcony into the beautiful village of Kioni were great.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like. The property more than met our expectations.

Central location with excellent views

Noisy from bars open til wee small hours but this part of central location

Lovely warm welcome from Tim and Sue. They had kindly got the apartment ready so we were able to check in early. Lovely modern bathroom, all very clean and beds very comfortable. Right in the heart of Kioni so everything you need is just a stroll away.

Apartment was on top floor and balcony a bit narrow, so not great for my vertigo, but we were a last minute booking. Just avoid this issue by booking early and requesting a lower apartment.

Tim and Sue very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, close to fabulous beaches and restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful time at Pebbles of Kioni. Sue and Tim are great hosts. The ground floor appartment is great, very comfortable and really nice decorated. We would love to stay here again!!

Everything was great! Tim and Sue are the best hosts. The room was very cosy, modern and clean. I definitely recommend it!
