There was nothing to like. Pathetic service. Small room and bed. Very bad breakfast.

The staffs are very polite and honest I had forgetten my phone there and they themself courieed it .

Great place, service and how well they treat the guests.

Just there is delay in food order nothing else , everything is first class there.

Rooms and toilet are clean and well maintained.

The room should atlease have a table and chair where one can have their meals.

This hotel is a good one if you're on a budget travel. The price is reasonable and the room facilities are quite good for what we have paid. And the complementary breakfast provided was good too. It used to be different menu everyday. It was simple and enough for a light meal in the morning, and the staff were very cordial and helpful. The dining hall looks unfurnished but I believe in coming years it will be improved. I will definitely consider this hotel too if I visit kolkata again.

The area of the property is nice and safe. The hotel has pretty good wifi.

Lazy hotel staff, not communicating well, and service is horrible. Charged more than the invoice from the online booking, and asked to contact booking.com if I have.

The breakfast options are not great. There is no RO water available and you need to buy packaged water bottles.
