2nd summer in a row at this property in Ft Recovery. I would recommend this to anyone with families and kids. Our family had about 20 people here and it was wonderful from the pool to the barn and the park right next door.

We loved the location and setting of this property. The town is wonderful with a few restaurants and great parks! The home itself had a wonderful layout with plenty of comfortable beds, lounge spaces and eating/seating. We loved the variety of activities, especially the pool, pickle ball, basketball and ping pong table. The large island in the kitchen made feeding 11 grandchildren easier! :) The pool was heated 🙌 it was very private and beautiful. We had 21 people and no one felt cramped all week. We loved the 3(!) washers and dryers but the dryers took several cycles to actually dry. The pool was a bit dirty upon arrival but the host came and cleaned/shocked it and it was fine. Overall we loved it and would love to come back again!

We had an amazing 2 days getaway with our friends and family! Our almost 5 hour drive to this like in a fairytale house location was so worth it. Very quite place, mesmerizing view from the balcony and relaxing beach style feeling from the pool. The house was clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need to make your stay feel lime home. Adults enjoyed the pool, but the cherry on the top was the huge, modern gym, were kids were having a blast! Actually an amazing addition along with all the other amenities the house provided. Would definitely recommand this owners and the house to anyone who is looking for a top vacation with a twist of home comfy feeling!

Overall a perfect Bachelor Party for us 25 - 55 year old guys! Basketball, Firepit, cooking out, Pool and more! Highly recommend if you plan for a one stop place of bringing your food, booze, and fun!

Nice property, great space for family and friend getaways

Our stay was wonderful. There was never a dull moment during our stay as the property offered everything you could think of. I would highly recommend to a friend and would even book again myself. 10/10

I'm happy to have found this unique getaway. It was perfect for a long weekend with family. The gym was in use constantly! Everyone enjoyed basketball, volleyball, pickleball and the favorite--kids vs. adults dodgeball. Hope to return in the summer to take advantage of the outdoor pool and beautiful setting!

We had another great weekend of family time together. As always the kids loved the hot tub and the gym. Dodgeball, basketball,pool,ping pong! Also the house has had many updates since last year and it looked really nice. It was nice enough we had a fire going all weekend outside in the fore pit. Something for wveryone and lots of memories made

The house was perfect for our company xmas weekend. tons of room for everyone and plenty of activities to keep us entertained.

Lots of opportunities for all kinds of activities such as basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, ping pong, pool, and hot tub were enjoyed. There was Plenty of room for seating to gather for games of all kinds, for visiting, and for meals or just relaxing. We didn’t leave the property except to take a walk in the park next door and go to church which is really close too. A great place anyone would enjoy.

There was so much space and we loved the gym. We got lucky with weather and the kids ran around outside some too. We wanted to try the fireman's pole, but we didn't want to try it in front of the "littles" and we forgot, so only one used it. So cool.. We had smores at the fire-ring. They loved the gym. we played basket ball and volleyball. The Garage/room by the gym was perfect when we wanted to see the action in the gym, but keep the littlest out from underfoot. The loft was also amazing. We loved that there was 3 Christmas trees on the property. Also, nice was the 3 refrigerators. We made use of the grill one day and the hot tub. There were so many tables. These came in handy for our making Christmas ornaments and other crafts. There was no shortage of seating on any level. The recliners and sectional were comfortable. Comfortable beds. The 3 and 4 year old, found the cement fox in the tree line and made "Band-Aids" out of leaves for it's "boo-boos". That was a fun thing...so you could have a "fox hunt" for the little ones. They were tickled and had to go and tell it "bye" before they left. The home was well equipped. We also liked that it had a regular coffee maker and Keurig. We played some of the games as well.. One of the 10 year olds had a birthday while we were there. He sent me a video later, with a couple of pictures from our trip, that said, "thanks for the happiest day of my life". It really was nice. The gym was unforgettable. One for the books.

Celebrated Christmas together with 9 of 12 siblings attending and many spouses. Great location (easy walk to town), loved the gym to play Pickleball and pool. Enjoyed the hot tub, large kitchen, and just a great space for all of us to gather. The bathroom locations are a little tricky, but it all worked just fine. Great place!

Clean, nice working with property management, always answered questions quickly, Family loved this place and we enjoyed the history of Fort Recovery and went thru the museum less than 5 minutes from property. Kids loved hot tub, pool table, ping pong, gym. Plenty of room for everyone

This is our second year in a row staying with the same group and plan to stay again. Everything is as advertised if not better. We enjoy outside activities, but the gym and loft makes this place weatherproof for our group.

The whole stay was terrific. Every aspect. I am also an STR owner and you all are doing a phenomenal job. Had 17 adult men there for a retreat, and everyone was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the property was. Thanks so much - will likely see you next year!

Check in was very simple. The property itself was nothing short of incredible. We hosted our friend’s bachelor party and had two amazing days of basketball, dodgeball, and pool time. More than enough space and beds for everyone inside. Tailspin brewery is roughly 15 minutes away from the property and had very good drinks and atmosphere. 10/10 recommend

We had a wonderful family reunion at this beautiful property. The property was spacious and had wonderful locations to play, visit, eat, and just enjoy being together.

Great house lots to do. Basketball court is awesome. Would stay again.

Solitude but close to amenities, clean and many things to do

Nice and tucked into a wooded area, but plenty of yard to play. Didn’t go into woods. Pool and hot tub nice. Plenty of sport things to do Could use a corn hole set. Place was tidied up nice and pretty clean. Host relied to any questions

Loved the place and the kids really enjoyed it. We have already booked it again for next year.

Beautiful house and grounds with a full size gym, hot tub, and outstanding swimming pool enhanced our extended weekend with some competitive basketball, volleyball, and badminton. We relaxed in the living room while our little preschoolers played with their cousins. One dinner and games were planned for a family Rodeo.

Beautiful property with plenty of family activities available for all ages. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you may need to make a family meal. Gorgeous pool and gym.

The property was amazing-Lots to do! We utilized every bit of it-gym, loft, swimming pool, ping-pong, pool table, fire pit, kitchen, grill, etc. Adults and kids all had a great time (26 of us from 5 years old-76 years old) Thank you!!

House, gym, pool + grounds were exactly as pictured. Our 5 grown teenagers spent hours in the incredible gym. So much room in the house, especially seating in the kitchen. There were plenty of towels, pillows and absolutely everything you would need. Plenty of chairs around the pool and more outdoor equipment than we had time to use. Such a peaceful and gorgeous setting. The only issue we had was that the outdoor weber grills were filthy and grease had overflowed all over the deck. My son in law scrubbed the deck twice with soap + water, hoping to keep away the bugs. Only other negative was being there for 2 nights, could have stayed for a week. Enjoyed our visit to Fort Recovery, people were very friendly. Hoping to have a chance to rent the other properties.

The place was wonderful, everybody stayed busy with the pool and basketball court.

Wonderful time at this gorgeous property. The pool, hot tub and gym were well used and provided hours of fun family times. We would strongly recommend this place to others. One of our favorites.

One of the nicest places out golf group us ever stayed at, without a doubt!! Everything about this house is first class. We will definitely be back!!!
