Upon arriving we couldn’t even get to our condo due to second street being torn up so we had to park pretty far from our unit and walk with all our luggage. When we got checked in, we found that the AC did no work on the riverside. After texting the manager he did send somebody out who did not fix the air because he needed another part. So for the first 2 days the air wasn’t working. Day 3, riverside finally started to work, but the city side rooms were at 80 degrees now! We were sweating just walking around in there. The property manager said he would make it right but is now ignoring us. When spending 10K on a condo you think the unit would be top notch and the road construction would have been something we were told about up front. Needless to say I wouldn’t stay here again!

Property was better then expected. It is in a great location, a few hundred feet and you are on Broadway. We were there for my sons 21st birthday and had 14 people staying here. Had plenty of room and the place is very nice inside. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking. The property manager was great to work with. Can’t wait to go back and stay here again.

The condos were spacious and clean. It was a girls weekend and we had so much room. Location was excellent- just a half a block off Broadway. Property manager responded quickly to questions. I highly recommend staying here.

We were 10 in all looking to have high quality accommodations without a hotel experience where we would be separated. This was ideal. (It has a game room with a pool table). It was very safe with multiple combination deadlocks and only a block from all the live music action. Comfy mattresses. The host was very attentive.

We have been on a family trip to Nashville and Memphis, looking for a condo right downtown in Nashville where our group could gather easily between events. The property, right above French's Boot store and near Broadway, was spacious with a modern feel, very clean and comfortable. Our teenage sons loved the pool table in the recreation area. The managers/ owners were helpful and stayed in communication over outer stay, checking in often. Thank you for a great experience!

The property was in a great location and was beautiful. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the property manager was amazing. He was very helpful and was available for questions. I would definitely stay there again.
