Lovely space, photos are pretty accurate. We had a group of people on a retreat and it worked very well.

The apartment is neat and clean and everything is available to accommodate large groups. It is modernly decorated in an old building giving it a special feel. Handing over the key was fine on time and everything was well arranged. We'll be back! Nothing fell against everything was fine!

We rent 2 apartments for a group of 30 people and everybody liked it a lot. The location is excellent! A little bit dirty outside when the group arrived. The street is narrow, so they had to walk about 20 minutes to get to the hotel, because the bus could not get there.

This is fantastically located apartment which was perfect for our group. From start to finish Central Hill were the perfect host.

Four families of four just stayed here and we could not have picked a better location, remarkably comfortable for a group this large. I highly recommend this rental for the perfect perch for exploring Lisbon, located in the Príncipe Real neighborhood just near the Baixada (highly recommend). Just steps from several parks (we have kids that needed to get some energy out running around), breakfast spots, bars, tapas restaurants, stunning views of the city and 10 min. walk to the waterfront and downtown. We could easily walk the block away to get coffee (sometimes multiple trips per day), shop for Lisbon made clothing, jewelry, ceramics and see stunning architecture, pop into a restaurant with a outdoor garden patio out back. The best part is that despite its proximity to all the sights and restaurants it is pleasantly quiet, only situated on one street, traffic is light and relatively non-existent at night. Lots of light, and the perfect perch for sunrise, coffee on the balcony and relaxing. There are several small bodega-style grocery shops nearby for stocking the fridge and bar. Our check-in could not have been smoother with the property manager very communicative and helpful.

We really enjoyed the apartment.As a hen group of 9 it was perfect for us. Everyone had good sized rooms and had space even to sleep more people. Lovely common room and kitchen and lots of bathrooms. It was abit cold on our 1st day as windows were kept open but we soon solved that with lots of heaters turned on. Showers were nice and hot but we found we needed to not all shower at same time. There was hair dryer, kettle, fridge, toaster, dishwasher which we all used. We had a couple of keys, some more keys will be good for larger group. The decor was nice. The floors was cold so you need slippers.
