We really enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful and comfortable. The location is great and the neighborhood is very quiet. The home had everything we needed which made our stay very pleasant. Lynn went above and beyond for my Birthday and was easily accessible. Great location to relax!

Everything about the house was as listed. It is in a nice neighborhood. Lynn was available and responded promptly to any questions. I would stay here again if I am in the area.

We were excited to find a rental near our family. This was the perfect setup for what we needed. The host was very easy to communicate with and went the extra mile. The house was very clean and recently renovated. It was the most thought out and well appointed rental we have ever been to. We highly recommend to anyone and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property was immaculate and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. I’ve never felt so at home in a rental. The yard is beautiful and the outside space was lovely. We will absolutely stay again when we come to visit family.

We live locally but had family coming in and needed a place with no stairs. The decor and amenities were all tastefully done. There is plenty of space. We will book it again when we need the extra bedrooms for guests.

We loved this darling home! Communication with the host was clear and the house is well stocked with many thoughtful touches. The primary suite's closet is big enough for a pack n play and the home overall is even better than the pictures. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful; we'd absolutely stay here again!

The place was cozy, spotless, and worth every penny. Great communication with the host with easy check-in. It ended up being perfect for our family and our young kids. A few highlights we will remember - the large kitchen, spacious master shower, beautiful lawn, and its location which was close to a park/playground.

This property was super nice and well equipped with every amenity you could imagine. Everything was very clean and we couldn't ask for anything nicer. The host was Great and very good with answering any questions we had. We will definitely recommend this property to others and hope to get to stay here again.

My husband and I rented this property with our two adult sons. We were attending a wedding in the area. The house was spotless and all accommodations were excellent - well stocked kitchen, linens, washer & dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and coffee! The property was close to shopping and restaurants. A storm came through our first night and we lost power for 30 hours. A tree fell on a power line and it had to be repaired. The owner did everything possible to accommodate us and was extremely generous. She couldn’t have been more nice. I will be recommending her properties to all my friends and if I need a place in the future, she will be the first place I look to make a booking.

Lynn was a phenomenal host. Everything you need is inside the house, from garbage bags to coffee for the keurig. Lynn would come by and make sure the trash cans are out or that the walkway is swept, and yet you’ll never see her. Our family had a great trip over the 4th!

This place was beautifully decorated and had plenty of beds to accommodate the family. Nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! The owner is a sweetheart and was there to help when I couldn’t figure out the shower in the master. Could not ask for a better place !

This was our second time to stay in this home. It is just perfect and meets all of our needs as a family of 6. Beds are comfy, the kitchen is wonderful, and the ability to do laundry while away from home is fantastic. Lynn is so kind and answers any questions you may have. We will definitely be back!

Lovely bungalow in quintessential hometown America where everyone is welcome. Lynne's home was immaculate...she packed it full of all the amenities and then some. So so clean and beautifully apportioned. We stayed in the Tri-Cities area and the location was perfect for exploring the Hallmark Channel-style villages of Batavia, Geneva, & St. Charles. Lynne was absolutely delightful and we were able to meet her at her place of business, Towne Tap, while enjoying some of Al's Pizza next door. Overall, an amazing experience. Highly recommend. Go.

This property and the property owner were AMAZING! The location was great and central to everything we wanted to do. The inside was nicely upgraded and perfect for our group. This was a very nice house to stay at. I live just over an hour away but had a 3 day training in Naperville so didn't want to drive. We stayed here and it was a great experience. Very easy check-in, check out process. Great communication. Has everything you need in the kitchen, nice amenities in the bathroom, beds were comfortable, there was even Off on the patio for mosquitos. Highly recommend this location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was the perfect amount of space for my family of 4 and allowed us the comforts of home while on vacation. All of our questions were answered promptly! Would definitely stay here again.

Lynn's place is a fabulous place to stay! It's everything we were looking for and more! This was a family trip with my husband, daughter, SIL and 11 yr old grandson. We traveled from California to visit my son, DIL and 3 yr old grandson in a nearby town. Both grandson's loved the opportunity to run and play in the huge backyard. Backyard BBQ and patio was perfect. Oh and my 11 yr old grandson LOVED the York Peppermint patties in each bedroom on each nightstand!! House inside is exactly as pictured....beautiful, clean and well maintained!! That huge master bedroom shower was fantastic, so much so that I had to keep my grandson from taking showers in it all the time...LOL!! Lynn was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again in a heartbeat! Thanks for your hospitality Lynn! We had a great time!
