キッチンの排水溝が詰まっており、全く水が流れなかった。 食洗機が備わっていたのでお皿は洗えたが、かなり不便した。

The sound insulation of the room is not very good. You can hear the sound of pets walking on the balcony at night.

Nothing to like about this place for the price they charge. It is a shoebox like very small accomodation very far from Queenstown town centre 11 km.

Very very small. Far from town center. You have to drive to Queenstown to do anything. No restaurant cafes nearby. Very difficult to find as wrong address is mentioned on booking.com AC vents looked like they haven’t been cleaned up for a long time. Bathroom usage restrictions since the unit is adjacent to a property and the tenants next door have noise issues.

Very modern and small apartment. We had everything we needed, also provided milk. Great to have a washing machine

In my opinion it was too much to ask for doing chores before check-out for the price we paid. Before check-out we had to take out the trash, clean and put on the dishwasher. I would understand if it’s an Airbnb but the price was comparable to a hotel.

Its like living in home instead of hotel.

May be the bathroom needs a lock. As we have to tell others that its in use.
