The house was spacious with a big outdoor patio.

The main bathroom didn’t have any mirror or place to put the toiletries, which was annoying . The towels and bedding were grey or dark colour , it was difficult to tell if they were washed at all. Very unpleasant feeling.

Loves the modern decor but such a cozy feel. Perfect place to hang out while my daughter recovered from surgery. Highlight was the deck out the back and the outdoor sofa! Toy box was a nice surprise and kept the kids entertained!

Unfortunately sun does come in the main bedroom first thing in the morning so maybe some curtains or better covering block out blinds would do the trick to enjoy a sleep in!

Everything was extremely good

It was all good

Liked the fact that the bedrooms were a distance from each other. Liked the huge TV in the master bedroom. Liked the shower heads. Liked having a full kitchen. Although we didn't need to use it, liked having a full laundry. Didn't hear the neighbours except for them coming home after work with their "doof doof" music blaring as they parked. Apparently there was quite a party with some bad language coming from a residence at the rear of the house on Saturday night.

Baltimore Street seems to be full of noisy cars plus other noisy cars use it as a thoroughfare. And one of the next door neighbours left at 4.30am to go to work each week day in a noisy car. Am only assuming this, but perhaps Baltimore Street is full of Housing Trust houses - there doesn't appear to be one, not one actual front garden - just weeds and gravel. Plus houses of very poor condition - paint peeling off, woodwork falling down. I wouldn't be recommending this property for its location.
