It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in! The room was adorable, cozy - feeling like home from the first day, smelling like clean sheets every day, having the perfect balcony for morning coffee! We enjoyed the extraordinary green areas everywhere around, together with the three pools giving us a feeling like we are in some kind of oasis :) Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from everything, in the heart of the city, but still so quiet and restfull. Staff was so friendly and helpful at all times, that we stayed in contact untill next summer. True value for money and one of the best hotel decisions ever made!

WIFI should be improved

Convenient location, friendly staff and very close to the beach.

The rooms need some renovation as they seem to be old. However, they are in a decent condition.

They do cleaning job pretty well. The pool is pretty and clean. The location is perfect for people attending conference, as it is 7 minutes walk from the conference venue and 1 min walk to supermarket.

The only thing I would like to complain is the shower room, which is quite hard to use and with lots of water leakage flowing around the bathroom.

convenient location as it’s surrounded by restaurant’s and close to the beach. Very peaceful environment even if there are a lot of guests. love the cats :)

Great location-close to the beach , bars, restaurants , shops etc . Clean and big rooms with big balconies. Very nice and clean outside area with 3 big pools and one for kids.

This is a nice hotel but it's hard to understand what makes it a 4 star hotel as rooms are a bit dated, in need of updating, no extras in the room , rusty bin and toilet holder in the bathroom, very dated toilet. More like 2 stars as advertised on Google.

Very kind staff! They perfectly cleaned our room nearly every day. They always stays for our wishes. Big like for them! The pools was great, although we only used one that fits for my smaller child to start learn swimming. Beds was comfy, balcony was ok and the kitchen appliances satisfied our requirements. Breakfast was alwasy the same - but that foods was excellent.

Wifi works only in the balcony, but there was nearly stable. It would be better to install repeaters into the rooms. The bathroom was very small and there was a drain hole but the water can't find it, we always stay on a plash of water when we sit on the toilet. The shower stall was small too, and the shower handle was cracky and sometimes water pressure dropped. I can't set the shower in a position that works, only in hand - but the shower stall was too small for that mission. Breakfast was always the same.

I can sincerely recommend Castle Suites for a perfect summer vacation! I loved my room most of all, especially the balcony that had a view at one of the amazing pools. Second thing I fell in love with, the quiet and beautiful pool areas surrounded by nice green areas. Generally, it was very clean; all the members of the staff were always there to help me with anything; great location and close to everything; delicious food at the restaurant. I hope I will come back as soon as possible!
