Melissa and Max were amazing hosts! Great communication and a well-maintained and clean home. It was the perfect beach getaway right in Texas.

Everything about our stay was perfect! The home was spotless and well appointed with supplies. The owners were helpful and easy to get ahold of. The home is very close to the beach and was the perfect size for our family. We will for sure be booking again!

Our family of 6 could not have a better getaway. House was clean and perfect in size and amenities. Master away from the other two rooms and bathroom was great. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. And our host was prompt in communication. We loved it!

Our stay was WONDERFUL!! This place has everything you could need for a fun beach vacation, and only steps from a beautiful uncrowded beach. We had our 2 yr old with us and we were so thankful for being walking distance to the beach. The closet is stocked with a variety of beach toys, chairs, cooler bags and a big beach wagon, huge plus for hauling all our things down to the beach. Beds were great, kitchen well stocked, very clean. Nice covered patio downstairs with picnic tables, couches, and an outdoor shower for hosing of sand after a day at the beach. Access to the pool at the beach club was a huge hit with our toddler and a nice break from the beach if you need it. Overall, a superb property and we would stay again in a heartbeat!!

We couldn't ask for a better property for our long weekend. It was spotless and had everything we needed. We took advantage of the provided beach toys, floats, beach wagon, umbrellas and inside board games. We loved eating outside with a nice breeze on the downstairs patio tables. It was right across from the walkover to the beach. Not only did we go to the beach...we went to the beach club and used the pool...and also took advantage of the food trucks there on Saturday. We will be back for sure!!

This property was so far above what we expected, we could not have been happier. From going to the beach and watching dolphins in the morning, to the cleanest water I have ever seen on Galveston, to the house having everything that you could possibly want for a beach stay. Pictures do not do this property justice as was amazing and felt so warming and inviting. My 3 little girls did not want to leave this place. A short walk to the beach and the fact that the house had little amenities like children’s utensils etc. was a perfect touch. The community pool was perfect and looking forward to a trip back to this property in the future.

Nice house. Bad weather

We had our annual Girls Weekend at this fabulous property and we had a blast! The house is nicely done, well equipped with everything you need, plenty of space and very clean. It has everything you need for a beach getaway! The neighborhood is lovely and the grounds are very well kept, great beach access and the house has great outdoor spaces. The beach club at pointe west adds a lot to the location as you have access to great amenities, pool and a great restaurant. Highly recommend this property!

Our family vacation was a lot of fun. The house was comfortable and in a great location. The hosts were very informative and responsive.

From the moment we walked through the door my family and I felt at home. The house was decorated beautifully and conveniently located providing a short walk to the beach. Everything we needed was available and Melissa was always helpful immediately anytime we had a question. The only thing we’d do differently is stay longer on our next trip!

We’ve stayed at Three Pointe West before but this was the first time in a house. The big breezy and shady patio was perfect as was the spacious clean and family friendly beach. The home had comfortable beds, tvs, nice dining table and the washer and dryer worked perfectly. The communication with the owner was perfect from the time of the booking until the day we left. I really appreciated the information they prepare ahead of time to help you be organized and the nice reminders for checkout. We rented a golf cart which we really enjoyed driving around the resort especially to watch sunsets. I was apprehensive about going in late July with our hot summers but we never felt hot on the beach, inside, on the patios, or in our golf cart. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was packing up on our way out of there. We’d love to come back next year!

Melissa was very easy to communicate with before and during our stay. She provided us with extra information, recommendations, and she even verified something for us with the Beach Club to make our stay smoother. The house was perfect for our family. My husband and I said that many times throughout our stay. We can see this house continuing to work for our family even as our children get older. We love Pointe West and have stayed in other homes, but this house was our favorite one. The house is beautifully decorated, well-stocked in terms of cooking supplies, and the quality of the linens, mattresses, and furniture were all superb. The beach and pool items were all in remarkably great shape- no broken beach chairs or cracked sand toys here. The hose and outdoor shower (with hot water!) were very convenient and helpful. The location of the house is right across from the path leading to the dune walkover. It was very quick and easy to get to, which was important for me since I had three young children (and all the kid beach gear to haul) on the trip. I also liked the floor plan of this home- one floor, but the primary bedroom was set off from the other two bedrooms. There was room to gather and spread out as needed. We plan to return to Seas the Moment. Thank you for hosting us!

We’ll maintained property. Three minute walk to the beach. Just right for a relaxing weekend. The Beach Club (2 minute drive)was a nice option with pools and restaurant.

We had a wonderful time this past weekend at Seas the Moment. It was everything like the listing said and we would definitely go back again! Weather was a bit windy but that can't be controlled and there were games that kept us busy inside if we didn't want to go out. All and all the perfect weekend!

Property was great. Everything we needed for long weekend getaway. Location is a bit of a drive to all of the Galveston restaurants and activities so keep that in mind if you plan to do a lot in town. That said, the location is very quiet and the pool access was great. Overall a great vacation for our family.

The property was well-maintained and well appointed. Even traveling with a toddler and infant, we found it had everything we needed! The array of beach supplies (chairs, wagon, beach toys, skim boards) in the beach gear closet made the already quick walk to the beach (just 20 paces to get to the boardwalk to cross the dune onto the beach) even easier with plenty of things to play with once there. The beach club access was also a great amenity for taking a break from the beach. Perfect for little kids! Would definitely recommend.

The hosts were so great to work with! This house was the perfect size for our family of 5, and we weren’t lacking anything. It’s a short drive to the beach club and the perfect location to walk to the beach. We loved all of the beach toys and wagon that was provided! We cooked most of our meals at the house since the kitchen was fully stocked, and they also have a great grill. This house is beautifully decorated and perfect for families. We look forward to coming back!

The house is super clean, with great AC, and the owners provide so many things ranging from crockpots to beach toys! Beautiful view of the pond from the back and right next to boardwalk to the beach. Compared to other Galveston beaches we’ve been to, the beach in this community is clean and wasn’t crowded at all. The Point West Beach Club, which you have access to for a small fee ($15/person for the entire stay) with this rental is also amazing and wonderful for families, with infinity pool, hot tub, ping pong, shuffleboard, pool table, and more! The owners are great communicators and seem to truly care that their guests thoroughly enjoy the stay! Highly recommend!
