Great property and close to downtown.

This was the perfect rental for our group of 10 woman. We unanimously loved this spot and had nothing but great things to say. We already began looking for reasons to return. We stayed at Talbot’s Corner for 4 days during my bachelorette trip. The house is extremely spacious (photos don’t even do it justice) and very well maintained- super clean. We also loved the decor. Tyler was an incredibly responsive and accommodating host. He provided detailed information and instructions and had hosting down to a science. The location is convenient to East Nashville, The Gulch, and Broadway. We required 2 XL Ubers and never waited more than 10 to 15 minutes. I’ve stayed just off Broadway before and much prefer this location. We cooked a few breakfasts at the house and felt the kitchen had the essentials plus some. Tyler was even able to offer early check-in 10am and late check-out 3pm for an additional fee. I’ve never experienced such an accommodating and fair host. Look no further, Talbot’s Corner will be your home away from home. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

We had an excellent experience staying at this property. It was a very well thought out rental, with very a responsive host any time I had questions before our stay. The beds were comfortable, and there was more than enough space for our party of 9. This would be a place that I would recommend to anyone I know traveling to the Nashville area!

We rented the house for 3 nights for a 21st birthday getaway! The house was very clean and exceeded all of our expectations! The bunk beds were even more impressive in person than in the pictures. The only negative thing I can say is the shower floor on the third floor is very slippery and needs a mat, one of our guests slipped and fell in the shower but she was fine, just a bruised knee. Everything else was great!

This home was amazing and worth every penny! Tyler was very helpful and always responded very quickly to any questions as well!!! Uber and Lyft ride to/from Lower Broadway were always reasonable as well from this location! I would stay here again anytime!!! The beds in this home are very comfortable and everything was very clean and easy to find! Everything is very up-to-date and in great condition. I definitely recommend this house to anyone!!!!! The home is very nice and nice owner to work with as well!!!!! I highly recommend it!!

The property was very nice, kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Rooms nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Short ride to the city. Plan to rent again!
