The decor.

1.their policy to ask for security deposit in cash. We never did this outside China and there too in small hotels. They are probably the only hotel in Vietnam doing this. 2. Taking long time to double check your room for minibar consumption at checkout. Funny, a five star not trusting their guests. 3. Practically no item in restaurants for vegan/vegetarians... Just a Margherita pizza. 4. I had a big slip fall in bathroom due to faulty tap leakage on floor. Had major bruise on my back but luckily missed hitting my spine which could be very serious.

Not a lot

On arrival staff weren’t overly helpful. Certainly didn’t go above & beyond to assist us. The shower had an old razor cap on the floor. Ordered breakfast and only half the meal came - even after we made them aware it was still very average

The furnishing and fixtures are amazing. If staff can speak little english it will enhance the value of the hotel.

I stayed for the gold bathrooms it did not disappoint. the bed was huge and very comfortable the bath room was also huge and I enjoyed my stay very much

Very unique Building, Different from other Hotels. infinity pool is awesome, Wonderful Views of the city. Top notch Experience.

Room Fridge don’t has Freezer compartment.

Everything about the hotel was on point. Be it the service, facilities, smooth check in and check out or the incredible 24k gold Infinity Pool with the amazing Hanoi skyline in the background. Would highly recommend it.

The infinity roof top pool was with amazing view. Staff was quite helpful and the Room was also very nice.

They charge FULL price for check in before 9 am and HALF price after 9 am. I had requested for early check in and Nothing of this sort was informed via email or msg. I was even ready to pay the amount but then they said that it's last minute and they can't provide me room now. I was traveling with an infant still they didn't try to help out while others were given room.

incredible experience. great hotel and service! The pool is wonderful, it was comfortable for us to swim in it in February at +15 :)

The entire hotel is made of gold, what more do you want? It has a great gold plated infinity pool. The room has all the amenities and a great view of the lake in front of it.

the service was horrible. I didn’t not feel welcomed. I’m a solo traveler and the staff was somewhat rude. I would not come back just bc of the service

The rooms are huge. Very comfortable bed and big bathroom with everything in gold. You really feel like Donald Trump in this Hotel :) The staff is nice and there is a huge pool mon the rooftop that is amazing.

The location is a bit far from the old quarter but not that bad. 15-20 min with the taxi.

Big rooms and heated toilets in the lobby.

Bath tub but not enough warm water to use it, no restaurant on top level (as promised). Want to be extraordinary but making mistakes in planning.
