Super spacious, modern & clean apartment!

The bed was so uncomfortable, there was a spring sticking out the mattress & it squeaked and creaked with every movement. It was a shame given everything else was lovely. Also I thought given the size and standard of the apartment too it was odd the bed wasn't king sized too.

Apartment centrally located close to shops and restaurants

Apartment had a damp smell (particularly bathroom) and lack of a sofa, although it was beautifully furnished. My bug bear was the lock box - that just might be me as I have carpal tunnel syndrome, but I broke 2 nails trying to get it open!

Location, size of the property and parking good

Dirty kitchen, had to ask for cleaners to come in. No mattress protector on bed …… very uncomfortable and also extremely unhygienic - agent said one would arrive but it never did …. Ended up buying bedding. Windows backed onto wall ….. alarm from neighbouring business going all night till 10.30am the next day followed by being woken up by construction being carried in the apartment under us. Apartment is very specious but the bed and furniture in it are all tiny - including a double bed in a room which could easily afford a much bigger bed.

The only couch in the living room was very badly stained - this was reported with photo’s immediately as a deposit of £150 was held in authorisation on my card - This really let the standard of the accommodation down . I was keen to ensure that we would not be held responsible. This was never acknowledged during our stay.

Comfortable apartment, with spacious kitchen/living area. The ktichen was well-appointed, the bedroom very comfortable, the bathroom was slightly small but comfortable and the shower cubicle was spacious. Well decorated & clean throughout The location was ideal for us (close to Clifton) and lots of restaurants/bars on the doorstep.

Very small point - would have a liked a larger dining table, it was little small even for 2 people, though the room was huge and spacious enough to fit one! Apart from that minor niggle, everything was great.

Absolutely everything. It felt like home away from home. I would definitely love to stay here again. Everything was perfect and could not fault anything about this apartment.

Spacious, stylish decor, clean. The location near Clifton Down station and shopping centre, and a short walk from Clifton Village, is very convenient.

On one night there were some noisy neighbours. But that was the only negative thing regarding the stay.

No air conditioning or fan and our stay was during a very hot spell. Very noisy outside so having the windows open was disruptive.

Location was very good. The room was very clean, and the interior design was super cool.

Demanding a £150 ‘Holding’ fee - which is NOT mentioned when book and pay beforehand - and holding the keys/booking ransom EVEN AFTER PAYING FULLY IN ADVANCE until this fee is paid is a bit scummy. Needs to be better advertised this fee exists in advance, rather than springing it 48 hours beforehand and refusing access until it’s paid.

Beautiful and modern apartment with all the facilities I could have asked for. Even though I selected a studio apartment, it was still lovely and spacious. It was in a brilliant location with easy access to train stations, shops and where I was working. The hosts were very quick to respond to my messages and also provided clear instructions about check in and check out.

Although comfy, the bed was creaky. Some of the dishes were dirty before I had used them.

Television not working,dust and hair had accumulated in corner,were not told prior to booking there were 54steps to climb each time returned to the apartment,would not have booked had we known.

The Clifton location was the best part of the stay. The decor of the room was good and the kitchen area was well equipped. There was a lot of communication with the hosts. The room was toasty.

Where would you eat in comfort? A fold out table was not available. Little storage. The bathroom is miniscule. Our room had not been cleaned thoroughly. The £15 extra hour charge was insulting.

Shower had very little pressure as did the bath. bin area was very untidy at the entrance of the property. Bed wasn’t very comfy. Could benefit from a microwave and couldn’t work the tv as it was in partially in Spanish and only a few channels.

Wonderful area surrounded by great restuarants, bar, and coffee shops. Easy walk into the city centre. The place was decorated really well too.

Good location and easy access to the property.

There is a lot of things that the hosts needs to work on. Firstly, the cleanliness - when we arrived after the check in time - the cleaner was still there, rushed massively meaning the apartment was left dirty. Not hoover, shower or mirror weren't wiped, and there were people staying the night before. The sofa needs changing as it is dirty with stains, the bed is very uncomfortable and the facilities need upgrading: for example two at the place and one of them was cracked. The bathroom is VERY cold and the water pressure is horrible, so showers were very cold.
